Reviewed Sep 10, 2026I liked that clear instructions were given to enter the property. They were very thorough. I also liked that the property was in a great location in respect to the port, shopping, and restaurants. It was also great that there was a real breakfast option offered with a voucher across the street from the property. Sheets, extra pillows and a blanket were left in the closet for use of the additional futon. This was a very nice gesture as well.
The entering of the unit was very tricky. The main door key (to the unit itself) was difficult to manage and we had a hard time entering the unit each time. Also, the shower door was very janky and seemed like it was coming off of the hinge. The shower itself was very small and didn’t leave a lot of room for moving around in the shower. It also had a lot calcium build-up and could have used a good deep cleaning or perhaps could use a nice replacement in the near future. It also would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen/unit. There were a few napkins in an above kitchen cabinet but not enough if there was a spill etc.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026La Ubicació. A 3’ del metro, de la parada de taxi, del port per si voleu anar a Capry en ferry, i caminant es pot fer la zona antiga i llocs mes característics. Es perfecte per visitar Napols I l’amfitrió Pasquale molt amable ens ha ajudat en tot el que hem necessitat. Sempre esta disponible.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Très bien placé à quelques pas du port et tout près du centre de Naples L’appartement est très propre et très confortable Pasquale est très réactif et très sympathique Nous étions pourtant 4 et l’appartement est très grand et confortable avec un petit balcon pour voir la mer ou plutôt les énormes paquebots à quai !

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Appartamento molto curato con gusto, molto pulito,aver anche solo un piccolo balcone con un piccolo scorcio sul mare e vedere ogni mattina una nuova nave era bellissimo! Poi la posizione perfetta metro, filovia, bus, quattro passi da Plebiscito, molo Beverello e via Toledo direi che è Top.
Essendo tutto così perfetto avendo cabina armadio, asse da stiro, specchio a misura di persona e persino una vasca idromassaggio,hmmm mi sono meravigliata solo per il box doccia.

Leurs indications de bons restaurants hors des circuits touristiques et la fourniture de tickets pour le petit déjeuner dans les bars des alentours compensent la simplicité de l'aménagement de la cuisine

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026It was perfect for me & my Children everything needed was there. Breakfast included was less than a minute on the corner from accommodation, quick great service & fresh ! We were able to leave our bags and collect in the evening after our boat trip, the hosts made it a unbelievable stay and we will be back, i highly recommend this accommodation if you want your holiday in Naples to flow ! 11/10 stars perfecto

Wir hätten uns noch eine Toilette in der unteren Etage, oder zumindest getrennt vom Schlafzimmer gewünscht.

Honestly, we were surprised by the high rating of this property, as our experience was very different from what we expected. We did not feel comfortable during our stay. Arriving to find food left in the refrigerator by previous guests, including prepared sandwiches and opened bottles, gave a very poor first impression and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness. Although breakfast is listed as included, it is actually limited to a voucher per person for a cappuccino or coffee and a cornetto at a nearby café. We feel this should be described more clearly, as it does not correspond to what most guests would expect from an included breakfast. The apartment appears to have been renovated in a piecemeal manner, without much attention to quality or consistency. The bathroom was particularly disappointing and is the area most in need of improvement. Overall, apart from the location, we struggled to find positive aspects that would make us recommend this property.

Le logement est petit,vétuste. C'est plutôt une grande chambre avec une salle de bains qu'un appartement. Logement très mal insonorisé et de ce fait bruyant. Convient pour un couple de passage pour une nuit mais pas pour une famille. Le petit déjeuner comprend une boisson plus une viennoiserie pas plus. De plus il faut sortir de l'établissement pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner dans le café d'en face. Chanceux si vous pouvez vous asseoir. Rapport qualité prix très mauvais. Trop cher pour les prestations proposées. Photos mensongères. Familles passez votre chemin

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Super netter Vermieter, immer erreichbar, extrem hilfsbereit. Whirlpool, Kühlschrank, auf Wunsch jederzeit frische Handtücher. Top Lage am Hafen, Restaurants, Cafés,Metro quasi vor der Haustüre. Umgebung wirkt sehr sicher.
Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal renoviert werden. War für uns aber kein Problem da es sauber war.

Etwas mehr putzen könnte nicht schaden. Stockflecken im Bad an der Decke, die Düsen vom Whirlpool schwarz. Die Steckdosen teilweise lose.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr groß, bietet viel Platz und ist wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist super und ideal, um die Umgebung zu genießen.
Der einzige Punkt, der uns persönlich weniger gut gefallen hat, war das Bett, da die Matratze sehr weich war und deshalb für uns nicht ganz so bequem.

여행을 할 때 항상 사워기 필터를 별도로 가져가 사용하는데 이번 숙소에서 쓰고 난 후에 필터의 색이 많이 변했어요. 숙박하는 동안 배관을 교체한다고 연락한 것 보면 배관이 노화된 것 아닌가 생각되네요.

Cette ville chaotique a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour à succès les restaurants sont extraordinaires surtout la pizza 🍕😋 mais sont principales charmes est sa côte .
La ville est très salle , bruyante, il y a un monde de fou, une circulation intense dans tous les sens, dommage que la ville soit aussi laissé à l'abandon depuis 1970....

Il est idéalement situé à proximité du centre historique et du centre commercial. On trouve d'excellents restaurants dans les environs, et le bar au rez-de-chaussée propose un bon petit-déjeuner.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La casa è bella, spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Gli ambienti sono ampi e ben organizzati, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è ottima: comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e ben collegata, ideale per chi visita la città a piedi e a un passo dalla Metro. Un ringraziamento speciale a Pasquale, che è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie in modo chiaro e puntuale. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento e ci torneremmo senza esitazione!

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and quiet. We enjoyed our stay there. It is right next to the port and a walking distance from Quartieri Spagnoli and other great places. The owners are nice and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment to anyone who travels to Napoli.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026La cosa migliore della struttura è la posizione, centralissima, vicino al porto, al castello e alla metro. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro a Napoli.
La pulizia della camera non era eccellente, il bagno anche un po sporco con un odore di muffa. Anche la colazione purtroppo è stata pessima, il barista del bar convenzionato era scortese e i prodotti non erano affatto buoni considerando la qualità degli altri bar a Napoli. Per il prezzo pagato si trova di meglio.
