This location is extremely convenient, with easy access to the subway station. However, there was one drawback - the construction site next to the hotel generated noise from early morning till late at night, making it difficult to rest.

El hotel está superbien ubicado, tienes un montón de restaurantes y ocio alrededor. Las camas muy cómodas enormes con un TV grande, el baño enorme y la ducha con muy buena presión. Había un montón de cosas de aseo, como cepillos de dientes, crema de dientes, gorro de baño etc. Tenía cada habitación mesa para planchar con su plancha y secador. Siempre nos regalaron botellas de agua, te, café etc. El hotel estaba muy bien

El hotel muy muy bueno, pero nos tocó el alojamiento en el piso 4 y en el piso 3, el hotel se lo tenía alquilado a un spa y este spa estaba haciendo algunas reformas y de repente a la 12 am cuando llegamos al hotel escuchamos un taladro, martillo, movimientos de muebles. Es cierto que detectamos de donde venía el ruido la segunda noche y los del hotel hicieron bastante por intentar detectar de dónde provenía el ruido. A la tercera noche nos cambiaron a una habitación a la plata 7 y nos regalaron una bandeja con frutas por el inconveniente. Hay una construcción en frente del hotel pero parca de trabajar a las 10 pm y comienzan al día siguiente tipo 8 am (creo, nunca me despertó el ruido) La construcción como tal nunca nos molestó.

the room are smaller than the description. Our room supposed to be 410 sq. But the hotel room is more like 310. We confronted to the hotel and they agreed to upgrade us to a bigger room but has to be the next day. We also don't have a microwave as mentioned no fruit delivered to the room either.overall they are lie about the description

Как и почти везде, персонал не говорит на Английском. Но это не было проблемой. Использовали переводчик на телефоне.

Hotellin tiedoissa kerrottiin että aamiainen saatavilla, mutta näin ei ollut. Kova meteli viereiseltä tontilta. Huoneessa ei ollut ns. sääntöjä. Esim WC paperia ei saanut heittää pönttöön, muttei sitä sanottu missään. Ohjeita pitäisi olla englanniksi. Henkilökunta ei puhu englantia. Pyyhkeille ei ollut naulakkoa tai tankoa.

The room size was awesome. Staff were helpful in checking 1 room in early as we landed early. The amenities in the room, toilet seat functions came with a washer which no other hotels I stayed in during my stay had. They also had fans available as they only have heaters. So it was good that we could open the window. Bed was comfy, room clean, location awesome. They had a massage chair at the laundry room which was an awesome touch.

Well nothing that I didn't like. But I was under impression that this was a bigger hotel, with a proper lobby. But nothing of that I didn't like.

Very convenient location, easy access to subways and lots of options for good quality restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They let me check in earlier as my plane arrived at early morning. They looked after my luggage when I was traveling to another city.

Unfortunately, a huge active building site next door so couldn’t really enjoy the balcony (which also rather oddly only had one chair).

Clean rooms and good water pressure

They gave us only one key for a 4-night stay even though I asked very politely for an additional key. The room was supposed to be "soundproofed" but we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and adjoining buildings. The room was definitely smaller than 40m2 advertised.

The room was beautiful and luxurious. We asked for a quiet room and I was able to sleep without earplugs. The staff were excellent especially Mr Luo who is helpful and friendly. He even assisted me to call the next hotel to resolve an issue as my Mandarin is not great. The location is excellent with the Nanjing Road West metro station right near our doorstep, food street next to the hotel and interesting streets all around. We had a wonderful stay.

The location is so superb. Close to the metro station and very close to good bakery and food. I would love to stay here again when I come to Shanghai

Bis zum Zimmer einfach aber sehr effektiv (positiv), im Zimmer ist man dann in einer anderen, super modernen Welt angekommen und bei vielen Details kann man nur wow sagen.

- Staff did not speak English. - There's a construction site next door that starts work very early in the morning, making it extremely loud. - Bad smell coming from the floor drain. - Shower's default setting is the rain shower, and it's difficult to switch to the handheld shower. - All our windows are greasy and hazy.

The hotel was a great place to stay in as a base staying in Shanghai. It is in a good location. There are many restaurants and shops around too.

Very convenience and nice hotel

Unfortunately there was not the swimming pool even if it was one of the service that made the decision of this hotel. Expedia needs to update the information of this hotel. Moreover, the entrance and the lobby are very poor, with no space to let the luggage while waiting for the check-in or the day of the check-out. The room was wonderful, new, big and comfortable.

Reception staff should pay way more attention to the clients, no one even bother to notice our presence in the hotel. Mobile phones are more atrractive than customers, so it seems. Language barrier is one thing but lack of good will is another.

The write out from the booking.com is over rated. The hotel staffs are just giving minimum effort. There is no telephone for communication and we need to go down to front desk. Total disappointment.
