The rooms were cramped with nowhere whatsoever to put your clothes, no fridge & kettle but that was my own fault for not checking before I booked, aircon was good which was the only plus point

Fan only room was a bit hot in June but couldn’t leave one of the windows open because the mosquito net was broken and you could also see right into the property next door

Reviewed May 16, 2026Mi estancia de 3 noches era impecable. La cama muy cómoda. La habitación muy tranquila. El AC funcionó muy bien. Estaba todo limpio. Mi habitación (4 camas) tenía un pequeño balcón donde pudiste también colgar ropa. Hay taquillas muy grandes. Recibí mi café por la mañana. Hay agua para rellenar. La piscina estaba limpia. Hay varias zonas para sentarse, adentro o en la piscina. Marin me ayudó con algo personal lo que agradezco mucho. Yo definitivamente me alojaría de nuevo ahí. Cerca del hostal, se puede alquilar motos y bicis buenos y baratos. Al lado había un restaurante Indio con platos increíbles a 2 Dollares. Ubicación en si, muy buena. Y... hay unos gatos super lindos. Me sentí muy bien ahí.
Para mi todo fue genial.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026La habitación es grande y espaciosa, con lockers cono para una mochila pequeña, cada cama con cortinas, 2 baños dentro de la habitación, siempre había jabón, Shampoo y papel higiénico. El Hotel está cerca de algunos templos, las camas estuvieron bien para mi, hay piscina, bar restaurante a la par, al frente y a los alredores encuentras más restaurantes y tiendas pequeñas para comprar cosas. Como a los 400 metros junto al río encuentras el street food y cruzando el puente esta el nigth market con buenos precios para hacer compras. Atención muy buena y muy cálida, la señor siempre te saluda al entrar muy amable. Hay 5 gatitos todo son amigables y curiosos, si te gustan los gatos te va a gustar el lugar.
Lo único es que la habitación estaba en el 3er piso para subir con maletas es difícil yo recibí ayuda del muchacho que atiende por las noches para subir mi maleta

La propreté, qualité des équipements (sanitaires) n'est pas 5 étoiles mais elle est largement suffisante, surtout au regard du prix et de l'emplacement.

The staff are super friendly and always happy to help. Bonus points for the cute cats you can pet. The location is also perfect — close to everything but still nice and quiet.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Este año repetimos el hotel en nuestra visita a Camboya. El personal es magnífico, nos ayudan en todo. Nos dejaron hacer el check in temprano cuando llegamos. También nos dejaron hacer el check in tarde sin coste al no tener reservadas las habitaciones al día siguiente. Son muy agradables y la ubicación es perfecta. Es una calle calmada, pero realmente a solo 3 minutos caminando del old market y otros lugares de interés. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Nice common area to hang out, play billiards, stay at the pool with a beverage you can buy directly from the bar on the spot. My stay here was perfect and kept extending nights. Location nicely close to riverside, not too much traffic on hotel location and nice restaurants and markets right on the same street.

Un grand merci à Ratha et à sa famille L’hôtel est très bien situé et est équipé d’une piscine. Adjacent à un bar, ce lieu est parfait pour ceux qui recherchent un moment convivial, mais également parfait pour ceux qui veulent se ressourcer dans cet endroit paisible. Très bien situé non loin du centre où vous trouverez tous les restaurants mais sans la circulation de la ville.

Strange policy about toiletpapier. Big sign Please do not throw used toiletpapier (and other stuff) in toilet", but no decent waste bin.in the toilet to throw things in. A waste basket was placed outside the toilet.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Udendørsarealet var fantastisk med lækker pool og dejlig stemning. Værelserne er lidt primitive, men der er, hvad man skal bruge for at få et skønt ophold i Siem Reap. Vi var der i 18 nætter, og vi elskede at kalde Zen Angkor Guest House vores hjem i den tid. Personalet var skønt, især Rota, som arbejder der 24/7. Beliggenheden er enestående!
Der var knap så rent på vores værelse. I vores tid blev lagenerne sjældent skiftet og skraldespanden sjældent tømt. Dog tror jeg ikke, at det er noget problem, hvis man er der kortere tid, end vi var.

There was a lot of noice at night - dogs yelling which was very loud. The room was quite dirty when we arrived, and overall the cleaning of the room wasn’t very pleasant.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Honestly, this is by far the best hostel I’ve stayed at in Cambodia. The location is perfect—super central and you can walk everywhere, lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. But still not noisy. The staff are legends, so kind and understanding. They even let us check out at 10 PM for free, which was such a lifesaver! The whole place is super clean, the beds are big and comfy, and the value for money is crazy good. I loved the big outdoor area too—the pool and loungers are perfect for relaxing. It's both social but you can find your alone space as well. And a huge bonus for the cutest kittens running around the property, which honestly made my stay 10 times better. If you’re coming here, just book it. You won’t find anything better..

La habitación estaba sucia, incluidas las sábanas. Nos fuimos para dar tiempo y al volver tuvimos que esperar. Pedimos únicamente cambio de ropa de cama y nos dio sólo una bajera. Ni funda de almohada ni de edredón, así que estuvimos una noche más y nos fuimos antes de tiempo. No sólo por esto. Es barato, pero no compensa para nada. El ambiente es raro, tapadera de lo que sea.
