It’s location was its saving grace as everything else was worse than I have ever experienced

1:) You cannot call down to reception from room. Have to go down every time needed assistance with anything. 2:) breakfast was a very very poor offering and very rude staff who spoke no English at all 3:) all external areas from room including hallways and inside elevator was hot and humid as no Air is used. It became smelly due to humidity 4:) service personnel are very very lacking and basic. Just one boy helping for all guests and one reception staff maybe two at peak hours. 5:) cleaning level at 50%. I used one teacup and spoon and left it on nightstand very obvious to clean it. But two days the housekeeping cleaned with tips from us and they left that teacup right there. Unbelievable. 6:) no door in shower area to separate it from toilet/sink so the second person to use bathroom had to use it in wet mode and easily slips at times. 7:) one elevator very very slow 8:) have to walk one floor to restaurant so for persons with mobility issues that is bad choice hotel

Our first night i couldn't sleep, the bed was so hard. The next day I upgraded to the room with soft beds.

I had high floor the cleaning staff where on point very friendly. Tracy at reception was always willing to help with a smile. All staff were polite friendly and approachable

Location

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve soept on in my life, dead cockroach in the bathroom and constant loud noise from guests at early hours of the morning. WiFi was also really poor unable to do basic tasks on the internet

Khách sạn có vị trí tốt trong tầm giá, rất gần bãi biển, khu phố sầm uất, đồ trong phòng sạch sẽ, có ăn sáng cơ bản. Mình đi chơi cả ngày chỉ về ngủ 1 đêm nên thấy hài lòng với giá tiền.

Đây có vẻ là 1 khách sạn gia đình quản lý, mọi người khá thân thiện nhưng không chuyên nghiệp, nhân viên không có đồng phục. Khi mình đến không có nhân viên hỗ trợ hành lý. Trước cửa khách sạn là quán trà đá khá mất mỹ quan. Về cơ sở vật chất thì khá tốt, nếu quản lý và vận hành chuyên nghiệp sẽ nâng tầm khách sạn, nhưng do vận hành chưa tốt nên giảm tầm của khách sạn đi. Kết luận thì mình thấy đây là lựa chọn khá tốt trong tầm giá

Central location, close to the beach, friendly hotel owner, will come back if I visit Da Nang again.

The location was good, walking distance to the beach (around 5mins) and lots of shops, restaurants, salons etc within close walking distance. The staff were friendly too.

On arrival the lift wasn't working which was inconvenient given our room on the 5th floor and our heavy bags. It was fixed within several hours of arrival then broke down again on the same day which indicates poor maintenance and management - an overall theme. The room size was decent (we booked one with 2 beds for the extra space). We booked sea view but it wasn't really much of a view of the sea - more a tease. The room has signs of wear and evidence of damp in the walls. We encountered a moth infestation in the bathroom too and had to kill around 10+. The breakfast choice was poor, not fresh nor labelled so it won't be suitable for anyone with allergies because there is also no-one to ask what anything else. We didn't eat breakfast there once despite it being booked with our stay. Overall, given the price of this place and places nearby (which I also viewed), this place was not worth booking. We ended up leaving after 2 nights despite booking for 5.

Tracy at the reception was exceptional. She was patient not over awed by our queries & went out of her way to help us with our check-in. She did all our bookings with a smile & even messaged whenever she needed to. This hotel is in good hands with her at the reception.

Location and polite & helpful stuff

Its one of my worst experience i ever had No comfort of any kind. Mattresses are hard and rough. Doors are banging 24hrs. Cleaning and house keeping starts at 6 am so alot of furniture been dragged not one hour even of sleep i got there

The room was very clean, well decorated and maintained. The hotel was located near a McDonald’s and much more shops of all sorts.

I liked the location, the price of the room and breakfast was nice.

Not the swankiest place but you get what you pay for.

Chủ ksan siêu khó tính. Dhs nvs cửa sổ ra thành phố, đối diện các ksan khác, tắm có khi nta nhìn thấy hết :) (nhìn ảnh là rõ) Check in 14h nhưng check out là 11h45. Nhiều quy tắc vớ vẩn, bạn tôi còn bị sai đi đổ rác hộ? Không bao giờ quay lại lần 2.

Соотношение цена/качество. Старые двери, дверь шкафа частично сор да, нет перегородки в душе, по выходным караоке до 23:00 (11:00 p.m.). Соотношение цена/качество не очень комфортное, цена завышена. Грязновато в душе, надо помыть плитку и швы между плитками. Номер бронировала через букинг без кредитной карты и с оплатой наличными в отеле. Внесла оплату за неделю вперед, но потом нам надо было уехать раньше. Мне отказались возвращать деньги, мотивируя это тем, что букинг снимет с них комиссию… сказали, надо написать в отель через букинг. Я написала, официальная поддержка букинга ответила, что стоимость возврата бесплатная и мне должны вернуть полную стоимость за ночи, которые я не буду жить в отеле. Однако, сам менеджер внутри букинга тупо отказался отвечать на сообщения. Я подошла к стойке регистрации и показала правила отмены на booking.com, правила по которым будет снята комиссия с отеля- что booking.com подтверждает бесплатное изменение , но на рецепшене мне отказались возвращать деньги, хотя я оплатила наличными. Впервые с таким столкнулась. В остальном персонал был мил и дружелюбен. Был сломан душ, но они его быстро починили.

Gute Lage, gleich am Strand, fußläufig bis zur Dragon Bridge und zahlreiche Restaurants ringsherum. Rollervermietung direkt im Hotel für 150k, Roller gut in Schuss.

Unmögliche harte Betten, wir haben noch nie so unbequeme Hotelbetten erlebt. Daher würden wir trotz der positiven Dinge nicht wieder buchen.

Miła obsługa, ładny pokój, śniadanie dobre. Blisko plaży i jest prywatny parking dla skuterów.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Lähimarketti heti hotellin vieressä ja paljon katu baareja ja ok hintaista ruokaa. Grabilla kun haluaa kulkea esim nightmarketille tai Han Marketille niin noin 70 tuhatta vnd suunta.

Sänky oli kuin betonia. Kirjaimellisesti. Henkilökunta yritti parhaansa ja laittoi meille 4kpl ohuita patjansuojia. Pyysin hyoneen vaihtoa mutta ei onnistunut koska ei vapaita huoneita. He sanoivat että jotkut pitää kovista sängyistä, ymmärrän tämän mutta vähän epäilen että kuka haluaa nukkua hotelli huoneessa ja saada kokemusta nukkua kuin betoni lattialla. Heillä on siellä pehmeitäkin sänkyjä. Meillä kävi vaan huono säkä. Meillä oli buukattu 4 yötä ja 5 päiväää joten en jaksanut enää asiasta sanoa.

Vielen Dank an Moon von der Rezeption. Sie hat sich immer hervorragend gekümmert und hatte zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit ein freundliches Lächeln für einen parat.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und möchten besonders das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hervorheben. An der Rezeption wurden wir stets herzlich empfangen. Nguyet und Trinh waren extrem zuvorkommend und haben uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps zu Ausflügen, zur Umgebung und zu kulinarischen Empfehlungen weitergeholfen. Auch Huy hat uns bei der Tour-Beratung und Organisation super unterstützt. Man merkt wirklich, dass hier mit viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit gearbeitet wird. Besonders schön ist auch die Lage der Unterkunft: In der direkten Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants. Der Strand ist nur etwa drei Minuten entfernt.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und hat alles Nötige geboten, könnte jedoch in Zukunft noch etwas abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden.

The hotel was a good choice regarding location, staff and the conditions of the rooms. However there was a few issues that I would like to share: 1. Breakfast finishes at 09:00, we are staying there because we are on vacation, we are not in school or army :) I think breakfast should be available until at least 10:00. The buffet can be rich for Asian people but for other people, I find it hard to adapt. 2. The hotel accepted only cash payments and that was stressful because they also want the payment upon arrival. The card machine was not working.

One day I asked for water from the reception when I arrived in the hotel. They said the room service placed 2 bottles in my room. I went and I saw that there was none, opened the fridge and I saw 2 bottles there (different brand). I drank them and when I was leaving, they charged me for these bottles. I was trying to explain this via translation app, and my grab was waiting outside, there was a lot of time pressure so I just paid it but I must say this was not nice. I had already asked and got confirmed that I had water in my room. Secondly, there is a phone in the room but it does not have a cable, so you cannot use it.

The staffs unprofessionalism. In fact we booked the hotel and the day of arrival we received a message vis WhatsApp from the receptionist asking us at what time we would arrive. We answered that we would arrive in the evening. She asked at what time : we answered between 19h and 20h. However when we arrived they told us that we couldn’t check in because they told us we didn’t answer their messages, which wasn’t true. They told us they didn’t keep the reservation and that they had sent a message informing us about that. As we were in a public bus, we hadn’t read the message and anyway which hotel sends a message at 19h that one cannot check in at 20h ? Apparently there was a lack of communication between the receptionist and the staff that worked at the reception in the evening. We insisted we wanted a room and then they told us we had to wait for a room to be prepared. A room was ready for us at 21h. We don’t understand why the hotel wanted to cancel the booking when anyway a room was available and why the room wasn’t ready ? Anyway, we lost so much confidence in the hotel that we left the next day. The only positive thing was that we spoke with Madam Lucie and she listened to our complaints and she was very friendly and she told us that the hotel will do everything to improve the service to the customers. It was nice that at least 1 person of the staff was comprehensive ! There were other disfunctionalities : we would recommend the hotel not to wash dishes in front of the people eating breakfast on the top floor, especially that they take the place where the view is very beautiful!

The hotel is located very close to the beach and has lots of restaurants, ATMs, gyms, massage places and so on close by. To buy souveniers and groceries is also never a problem here. The room was quiet in the night.

The bed was hard like if it was made of wood without a madrass.... If the madrass was a madrass, then it was many years old and had lost its flexibility at all. I mnaged to "hit" my knees and different parts of the body and get blue sports from it (not hit at the bed but on the madrass itself). When i arrived the flushing in the toilet did not work. After they made it work, a leakage in the pipes in the bathroom let water flow down the wall and over the floor into the drainage of the shower. They were unable to fix that during my whole stay and suggested instead just to close the door to the bathroom in the night so i would not get disturbed by the noise of the water. The wardrobe smelled so wet, that i did not use it for my clothes. Unbelievable that this hotel has such a relatively high price. The seaview was a joke... of course by definition you could see a small part of the sea between other houses and over an ugly roof directly under the window. I mean if you get a room in the second floor 200-300 meters from the shores with several buildingblocks in between, you can not really call that a seaview. Also the window was so dirty that you it was not a pleasure to have alook out of the window at all.

Des lits qui sont très très fermes avec des malformations au centre. Le déjeuner était minable. Il ne remplissait pas le buffet lorsque les plats de service étaient vides. Une très mauvaise insonorisation qui nous dérangeait. La douche à l'eau froide à l'occasion. Le support du pommeau de douche brisé.
