Reviewed Nov 15, 2025La localización del sitio es excepcional en pleno casco histórico de la ciudad. Limpio, cómodo y sencillo con todo lo que necesitábamos. En la habitación cupimos 3 personas sin ningún problema y la ducha en el patio de la habitación tiene su gracia. El edificio en general tiene mucho encanto y lo tienen muy bien montado con una cafetería en la planta baja con buen café. Además, llevan un proyecto solidario al que destinan fondos recaudados. El equipo que lo gestiona es genial y nos vamos muy contentos de haber conocido a Samzito! Una gran persona y profesional que nos trató como en casa. Si volviésemos a la ciudad, nos quedaríamos aquí sin duda.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025The place felt very cozy and homely. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. It’s also in a convenient yet quiet location, perfect for a short stay.
The toilet was open, which might feel unusual, but I still felt safe using it. Some facilities are quite basic, so it may not suit guests expecting hotel-style comfort.

Knowing you where helping a community initiative was brill too, both by staying at Kneading Place and drinking the excellent coffees they make in the cafe downstairs.

Opposite got laundry, rental for bicycle, beside got vegetarian shop,walking distance to temple and jonker street. Good place to stay. Hidden gems in the city. Very clean. Get a cheap price with more than price service. Staff very friendly.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2024I love everything about it. The view, shower, unique decoration, breakfast, service, environment. It's so peaceful and enjoyable. Truly felt like travelling. Comfortable place to seek peace.
Stairs to the room can be improved by providing light as it is getting darker on that area. A little bit struggling to unlock the door. Other than that, everything is perfect.

The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and with a super refreshing outdoor shower. As if that were not enough, it is located 2 minutes from Pasar Jonker food market, right in the center with everything there is to see in Melaka within a maximum of 15 minutes on foot. Reviewed Aug 4, 2024A hidden gem in the middle of Melaka! With a fantastic cafe downstairs. We really loved the location, the food, coffee, very fast Wifi! the hospitality of the staff and the cozy room with a great patio with outdoor shower!
There is a mosque next door, just be aware that you have an early wake up call. For us that wasn’t a problem, it’s only a couple of minutes and then you can fall asleep again. You really want to stay here at this amazing lovely location!

I am pleased to say a big thank you to the owner who was willing to wait for our almost late arrival. we appreciate it very much. Okay, as for the room, it's very interesting and very comfortable,with a unique toilet. OMG. We didn't expect it, very aesthetic.Quiet area not too noisy, various facilities provided. friendly atmosphere. The breakfast provided is not lacking, really tasty and full until the night. hahahahaha.A wide variety of coffees, homemade bread. very tasty . will repeat again next time
