The apartment building is very well located in the Center of Districts 1 and 3, with lots of restaurants, sreetfood stands and coffee shops around. It is also located in a quiet, safe and clean alley with easy and fast access to downtown and other tourist destinations. Guests can enjoy walking in a clean and safe park nearby all day long, or simply walk to wherever they want to go in Districts 1 and 3. The room I had was very clean, safe, cozy and satisfied all my needs for my short holiday. Well equipped with fridge, kitchenette, microwave and kettle. Staff: extremely courteous, professional, helpful and accommodating at all time of the day. English and Vietnamese communication skills exceptional. They pay attention to every single detail to ensure that my short stay was one of the most memorable ones.

Our stay was very comfortable and cosy, we enjoyed every moment of it. The room was also very clean and all the facilities were provided (including washing machine and dryer which was really helpful), with excellent communication from the hosts. We always felt supported throughout our stay, and the security at the lobby was wonderful, always cheerful and ready to help.

The property was clean and the amenities were all in proper working condition. When we arrived, the microwave oven was missing the reheating plate and upon informing the management they immediately got it replaced. And the staff were super accommodating. 10 pts there.

Pas honnête. Ils ont accepté notre réservation puis nous on appelé directement pour nous dire qu’ils ne pouvaient plus nous recevoir car la chambre était en travaux mais qu’ils nous proposaient une chambre plus chère. Nous avons refusé car ça dépassait notre budget. Ils ont refusé d’annuler la réservation pour qu’on paye les frais d’annulation qui étaient toute la durée du séjour. Nous avons contacté booking.

Excellent apartment equipped with everything we needed for a great stay in HCMC. Good location, spotlessly clean, quiet, and highly recommended. Special mention to Rosy who was incredibly responsive to all queries. Also a big thank you to the ever present security guard - friendly and helpful at all times.

Staff were responsive and very accommodating, available any time you need them. Facilities were new, everything I needed was there. I found the washing machines and dryer especially helpful during our long stay.

The host was very communicative leading up to my arrival. He was also very accommodating of a late check-in and understanding of modifying my reservation. He was prompt in responding to me when I arrived and made sure I didn't wait longer than a minute outside!

The couch was uncomfortable but overall, it's not a big deal.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und hatte alles was man benötigt. Zudem war es sehr komfortabel und sauber und auch die Hosts waren alle sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen, es gibt viele kleine Cafes in der Nähe und gute vegetarische Restaurant. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und es wurde sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine bereit gestellt. Durch die Seitenstraße auch eine ziemlich ruhige und sichere Lage, allerdings ist eine Bar mit allabendlichen Gesangshows gegenüber.

Leider haben die Kopfkissen und auch die Matratze bei Ankunft einen leicht muffigen-ranzigen Geruch, den ich ziemlich unangenehm fand. Nachdem ich die Unterkunft deswegen kontaktiert habe, wurde die Bettwäsche direkt am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht, was das ganze nur leicht verbessert hat. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft aber sehr sauber! Ich denke aber die Unterkunft sollte vlt. in waschbare Kissenschoner und Matratzenschoner investieren und die Kissen regelmäßig reinigen lassen, den der Geruch kam eher nicht von der Bettwäsche sondern von den Kissen und der Matratze selbst.

A little hard to find because it’s hidden in the alleyway

The apartment was extremely clean and the host was very helpful during our stay. Depending on what you’re planning on doing in Ho Chi Minh the location might not be the most convenient. There was a lovely coffee shop right around the corner.

I stayed here for 8 nights and Rosy and team were so attentive and caring. They were frequently in contact prior to my arrival to ensure a smooth check in process, and kept in contact throughout my stay regarding room cleaning or anything that might impact my stay. The room was exactly as described/pictured, and they even offered to get me a proper desk as I would be working some of the time. The location is a bit of a walk from the main touristic part of district 1, but this was much to my preference, with some great street food and more local restaurants/coffee shops around. I will 100% be staying here again when I’m back in Saigon.

The rolling garage door is a little slow and you need to open/shut it each time you go in and out, but at least you have peace of mind about security.

Het appartement was van alles voorzien, heel erg modern en schoon. Ook heel fijn dat er een lift was. De host was super behulpzaam en aardig en ik kwam niets tekort. De locatie is ook geweldig. Dichtbij de roze kerk Tân Định Church en met veel eettentjes en winkels in de buurt.

Het enige jammere was dat de wasmachine echt heel vies was van binnen. De randen aan de binnenkant waren overduidelijk nooit schoongemaakt, want er zat extreem veel vuil tussen. Ik kreeg het er niet uit, dus ik kon helaas ook geen wasjes draaien. Als ze de wasmachine even een goede schoonmaakbeurt geven, is het appartement echt perfect! Enige aanmerking.

Nice location, not too busy but close to the center. Several coffee shops are near. The apartment is clean and spacious. It`s easy to reach and it is easy to enter/leave. The host is responsive and is flexible.

Sometimes there is some noise coming in from outside of the apartment. It`s not loud but noticable. The heat in the shower takes a little while to get hot.

Loved the clarity and treatment from the hosts. Since this is an apartment the operational time is not 24/7. We landed very late in the night and arrived at 4:30. Rosy ensured we dont have any difficulties to check in and wait. The location was also nice

I had a great stay here in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Communication was smooth and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Appartement très propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut, gros plus pour la machine à laver très pratique ! Il y a aussi une cuisine mais je ne m’en suis pas servie. L’emplacement est central donc très pratique, nous avons fait beaucoup de choses à pied. Les propriétaires étaient très arrangeants lorsque nous avons eu un souci d’avion.

Peut-être le matelas un peu dur si vous n’êtes pas habitué.

Es war sauber, es war ruhig, es hat eine gute Lage und es war günstig. Für vietnamesische Verhältnisse war es vom Preis Leistung Niveau, das beste was ich bisher gesehen habe.

Das ist nur Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Aber konstruktive Kritik ist ja immer gut um zu wachsen. Die Dame beim einchecken und bezahlen war sehr kurz angebunden und konnte mir keine einzige Frage zu der Umgebung beantworten. Was mich schon sehr gewundert hatte. Aber das soll das ganze nicht herabsetzen. Ich hab den Aufenthalt genossen.

People in one of the apartments turned TV loud between midnight and 3AM and they didn't open the door when I was knocking on the door to tell them to make it quieter. Fortunately the staff probably resolved this, because when I told them the number of noisy room, the next nights it was quiet.

Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste. Wlasciciel jest bardzo przyjazny. Pozwolili nam zostawić walizki w bezpiecznym miejscu. Lokalizacja jest świetna! Jest super cicho bez hałasu, wszędzie jest blisko. Jeżeli kiedykolwiek będziemy wracać do Ho Chi Minh na pewno tam się zatrzymamy.

Das Apartment ist super schön und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, schön ruhig was nicht immer leicht ist in Saigon 😄Außerordentlich hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Sie war wirklich sehr nett und hat uns immer geholfen. Würden definitiv wiederkommen. PS: man kann sogar Wäsche umsonst waschen, was ein wirklich toller Mehrwert ist wenn man schon länger unterwegs ist.
