The cleanliness and a very nice staff

So far i had nothing to say for me all is perfect

The space was decent. Building staff are nice.

Arrived 1 hour past check in time only to find out that are rooms aren't ready, our arrival wasn't communicated between staff so we had to wait almost an hour before we can use the room. The location is hard to find - lobby is within carpark. No network signal for local and roaming ( as in none at all, even in the room itself). Wifi wasn't as fast as stated. Really struggled to get to use phone specially if you are only visiting and would rely on ordering your ride. Bed squeaky. Tiny cockroaches all over. Overall, it was disappointing.

Cleaned room was perfect organised.and the caretaker Kim his helpful,and plenty of parking.you don’t have to pay extra for parking.and close to everything.I might suggest if you will have a big group much better to booked for 10pax or 15pax.

Its not that i didnt like it, but if they provide a automatic washing machine it will be great coz i stayed there for a week good that i have a extra clothes to wear. & no signal in the reception.

The property is very clean and new. Shopping malls were very accessible. The swimming pool and gym were very nice and clean.

There's no phone service but they have wifi.

L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder rapidement à l'aéroport. Nous avons profité des belles fontaines du casino juste à côté.

They informed us last minute that the booking was cancelled and has been trying to be in contact with them since morning but no response. My family was on their way already when they told us. Such a waste of time and effort.

Very clean, safe and staff really nice

Nothing I didn’t like , but just a suggestion, hair dryer and toaster/toaster oven would have been appreciated

Breakfast is horrible and very expensive. The hotel staff didn’t give me back the change. If he wants a tip, i can give it to him with all my heart but i don’t like it when they don’t give the change back. Terrible. The location is terrible as well, no shops around, so hard to find. Lobby is in underground. Not very accomodating. I chose room with sea view but they changed it to pool view. No plugs beside the bed to charge phones. Overall not very happy with my stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bayshore Luxe by Prime is truly an excellent place with excellent staff and a five-star service at a great price! The location is perfect — near Terminal 3, Mall of Asia, Parqal, and Ayala Mall, and right beside Okada. The infinity pool was absolutely mesmerizing, and my kids had the best time swimming. We were so happy they allowed us a late check-out because one night was just not enough. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Waking up to stunning ocean views made my stay unforgettable. The amenities offered the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury, while the spacious rooms felt like home. the location couldn’t be more convenient near the airport.

Every aspect was perfect and to my satisfaction.

Will definitely go back. Thank you for the very hospitable staff (Ms. Ruth and Mica). Thank you for being efficient and accomodating. The place is very clean and complete amenities. The accomodation is up-to-date with security system and the lights are very nice.

The design was amazing and well put together. I love everyfin about the place .I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and every detail from the cleanliness of the room to the quality of the amenities was perfect. The service exceeded my expectations, and the little touches made me feel truly valued as a guest. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Staff was very good and one of the best apartments I have stayed, best views and very clean.

Bed was a bit itchy at first, possibly due to the cleaning materials. Sofa smelled just a bit, maybe because previous guests would put their dirty and smelly feet on it. But, asking for a towel/blanket to put over the sofa did the trick.

Well eventually the room was nice, and the ocean view suite did have stunning sunset views. Kitchen was large, game table a cute addition and it was lovely to see a cot included even though we didn't need one. It does have the potential to eventually be an amazing stay.

Well... there was a complete mess when checking in, because they combined my booking of one apartment, with travel companions booking of 2 apartments and we were missing an apartment completely. No internet or phone reception in lobby meant needing to go back out to street to try and sort the mess with completely different people in the booking . Com chat to those in the lobby. There is no actual receptionist, you get greeted by a security guard. Eventually 1 apartment got upgraded to the "3 bedroom ocean suite" that actually only had 2 bedrooms we could find. And then finally we got 3 apartments when we asked why couldn't we have the upgrade AND the original allocated room as the second booking that was supposed to have 2 apartments anyway. Website and booking.com said amazing things about their breakfast options... and when asked about it in the morning, we were advised to "go across the road to Okada and use one of many restaurant options" or they offered to help us get breakfast delivered (no doubt via the grab app, we had been using all stay). The building is under construction still, yet advertises the final potential it wants to obtain as being already available, and signage is limited. Heads up about pool usage... needs to be booked in 24 hours before you intend to use it, and there is an allocated number of Guests allowed in the pool per room, or you have to pay for extra guests to be able to use it. After the breakfast chat & lack of visible facilities we didn't ask about massages and other advertised features.

Very comfortable apartment and lot of space

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance - it is not a normal hotel but like appartments. The entry is through the parking and it is all a construction site, so that was very confusing.

the room was tidy

did not realize that the main pool was not open. The place was very new and don't think that they had all the issues ironed out yet. The Wi-Fi was very in and out. there is not much around the area to walk to.

The apartment was very clean and everything worked in the apartment and felt very new. If it wasn't so over saturated with Taylor Swift photos, I probably would rate it higher and enjoy it better.

Location was very difficult to find as its an actual apartment and not a hotel and the apartment was in a block still largely under construction so signage was non-existent and it wasn't on google maps. There was nothing open nearby to get food other than the 7Eleven back on the main road and we couldn't have food delivered because the address didn't show up on the Grab App either. The apartment was very clean and well equipped but too small for a family. The seating in the lounge room was insufficient and the dining table only made for 3. The whole apartment was over decorated with Taylor Swift memorabilia and was very unnerving. The photos look nothing like the real thing. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Wifi didn’t work unfortunately

I booked a room and waited for two hours because they said my name isn't appearing on their system, but obviously they are not doing anything about it! They didn't want to tell you if the room that you've book is already occupied and they cannot give you a room anymore, It's so disappointing!! and also The staffs is not accommodating. I asked for the hotline or where I can send an email to booking regarding on my problem, but the staff there told me that she will find it on google which is so funny, They are not prepared when something like in my case happened, Good hotel but very cheap staffs! 😂😂

The place is so amazing. Unit is in Cluster H, just be patient regarding phone signal when you reach their lobby. But it’s not actually gonna be a problem as long as the guards or the receptionist have your information, they will assist you there. Ms. Ruth is very friendly and very accomdating, she’s so nice and showed us some of their on going and soon to be open for booking units. Concepts are so amazing and i love the idea of unit 8-A. I recommend it for family with a newborn baby☺️ Thanks Ms. Ruth! Definitely we’re coming back again for another staycation!

Never liked anything just the view

I didn't like the fact that it was not on the location in moa as they advertised it. was 3 km away from the location they advertise. Never would have booked it if they were honest about the location and the building was still being built. No curtains in the living room. Everything was a mess, tried to cancel but they say it was none refundable, no choice but to stay. Lying about the location was the part where they pissed me off, they said it was in bashore avenue in moa but indeed up 3 km away. What a joke i want a refund. Then the whole condo started smelling paint thinner from construction no room service nothing. Dont recommend it all.

Ruth was amazing. The place was superb.
