The views and the location are great- the staff told us there was a shuttle that takes you in to town- which when we arrived were told by locals was not true. But we used uber and it was very fast and cheap to get in and out of town
For 6 adults / 1 teen we were given limited toilet rolls in all bathrooms and had to purchase more ourselves- which is fine but for well over $1000 a night… expected at least enough toilet roll. We were told there was coffee making facilities - we were given maybe half a dozen espresso pods for 6 adults / 4 nights. The property was clean, but we found a use Vape under one of the mattresses! 😬 there is NO air conditioning and NO ceiling fans and NO windows! Floored by this! Even in winter with no ability to even crack a window the rooms get Hot and stuffy! We found 2 fans in cupboards thank goodness was but with 4 rooms in use we had to swap each night so each room got 2 okay nights sleep out of 4. I’ve heard of no aircon but no fans?? What REALLY upset us was we are 6 extremely respectful adults aged 42-66 we had - No music, NO excessive drinking, NO Loud noises, quite literally was out all day skiing and exploring then came home and sat in the lounge and did nothing more than TALK and maybe a couple of laughs, we never even stayed up past 10:30pm and didn’t even have doors open and we were told there was a noise complaint! We were so unbelievably upset by this! We did absolutely NOTHING - not even a loud cough to warrant such a complaint! There is clearly a neighbour who doesn’t appreciate this property being rented out so be aware of that.
Mesmerising view! Everything u need to make the stay comfortable. Heated blanket for each room. Thick blanket in living room for perfect gathering by the fireplace.
Nothing
Absolutely one of the best views from a rental property ever. Almost breathtakingly surreal.

What guests love
Areas to consider
Cleanliness
10/10Mixed: property was described as clean overall but a used vape was found under a mattress, which is a significant cleanliness concern.
Service
10/10Neutral: staff provided information (e.g., about a shuttle) but that guidance proved incorrect on arrival; no strong praise or severe complaints about staff responsiveness.
Location
10/10Very positive: "views were magnificent" and location is great for accessing Queenstown (though on a steep hill requiring rideshares); the outstanding views strongly boost this score.
Room Quality
10/10Below average: rooms have no air conditioning, no ceiling fans and no windows which made them hot and stuffy; finding a used vape under a mattress also detracts from room quality.
Amenities
10/10Limited: lack of A/C, no ceiling fans initially and very limited coffee pods provided; two fans were found in cupboards but inadequate for full group use.
Value for Money
10/10Questionable: paying well over $1,000/night led to expectations of adequate supplies (toilet paper, coffee) which were not met, reducing perceived value.
Food and Beverage
10/10Minor negative: only a small number of espresso pods were provided for a large group; no other F&B offerings mentioned.
Overall Experience
10/10Mixed but weighted to positive: magnificent views and a great location provided a strong positive impression, but serious negatives (cleanliness issue, poor ventilation, limited supplies and an upsetting noise complaint from a neighbor) tempered the stay.
