Il personale molto gentile ed accogliente

La camera aveva una finestra veramente piccola, il lavandino era troppo ma troppo basso ed il wc aveva una pendenza verso destra.

Everything in the property is great! The location and the staff were very helpful! It is beautiful and the room had an enough space. They were very flexible, breakfast is great! We would love to be back!

La struttura è sicuramente in un punto centrale e strategico, le ragazze dello staff sono gentili e disponibili, colazione ottima e per qualsiasi richiesta provvedono con molta efficienza.

La struttura è in un punto strategico ma buio e poco trafficato, cosa che inizialmente può intimorire un po’ (noi eravamo due ragazze). La camera purtroppo non era così pulita, abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi di rossetto, cuscini un po’ vecchi e ingialliti, la doccia dopo qualche minuto si allagava un po’ e il wc e lo scopino non erano molto puliti. I tappeti inoltre sono polverosi e in camera non ci sono né armadi ne grucce per mettere i vestiti obbligandoti a tenerli in valigia.

It’s very authentic. Small and friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It feels like you are a local as well in Marrakesh. Moain and Ibrahim were amazing and helpful all the time. Very kind people. I would recommend for tourists who’d like to experience the real side of Marrakesh. (Simple, not luxurious!) The way to the riad is also fun.🤩

It’s not European level, so don’t be surprised! In general it’s a good place to stay.

Une expérience magnifique. L’accueil était exceptionnel, les chambres sont très propres et décorées avec goût. L’ambiance est calme et authentique. Merci pour votre hospitalité.

Sa localisation.

Les cafards dans la salle de bain, les serviettes de toilettes pas très propres, les tapis dans l’ensemble de la chambre, la literie, le bruit. Les hôtes parlent à travers leur tablette sur Google traduction.

The room, the location, the staff, the breakfast ñ.

Le seul problème c'est que , à ma grande surprise, la chambre ne disposait pas de toilette prívate ! Ils m'ont donc mise sur le champ, dans une autre avec douche et tout. Le lendemain ils m'ont dit que cette chambre coûtait 1000 dh !! J' ai répondu que si j' avais su que celle que j' avais réservée n' avait pas de toilette, je ne l' aurais pas prise. Ils n' ont pas insisté. Du coup, vu le prix, je n' ai pas pris une chambre pour le retour.

Le personnel nous a très bien accueilli, et le petit déjeuner vraiment merveilleux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le Riad

La ubicación es muy buena,en plena Medina,y muy cerca de la plaza. El alojamiento estaba limpio, era silencioso y el personal muy amable. Las camas son cómodas también.

Lo único que no nos ha gustado es que en la habitación hay cortinas opacas para que no entre la luz pero en cuanto amanece hay mucha claridad y te despiertas temprano.

La stanza era molto umida, la pulizia non era ottimale. Il bagno piccolo, la doccia comoda ma lo scarico della doccia era leggermente otturato infatti faceva fatica a scendere l’acqua. La ragazza alla reception non ci ha aiutati molto, abbiamo chiesto mappe e attività e non ce le hanno fornite.

El personal del Riad fue muy agradable. Tuvimos problemas con el cierre de la puerta de la habitación desde dentro y el chico del Riad lo arregló rápidamente aun siendo casi media noche. El desayuno fue increíble y aunque el segundo día hicimos el check-out a las 6.40h, nos dieron una bolsa con desayuno para poder llevárnoslo.

Sería mejorable el cierre de las puertas de las habitaciones, pues quedan ligeramente entre abiertas. Que el baño tenga parte de la pared superior con aberturas mejora la ventilación pero hace que se oiga todo desde las camas, lo que elimina casi del todo la privacidad del aseo.

Beautiful, great location and the staff were incredibly kind. A lovely breakfast is offered, and it’s very quiet within the riad! It felt very safe (the area too) as a solo female traveler. I didn’t feel uncomfortable once walking through the narrow darkish streets at night to get back to the road from town. Would absolutely stay again. Highly reccomend !

It’s super humid in there. Entering you can already recognize a weird smell. Our ceiling in the bathroom was full of mold. We stayed one night. Wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay

Experiencia desastrosa – evitar a toda costa Tenía una reserva en este riad y, el mismo día de mi vuelo a Marruecos, me avisaron de que no podía alojarme porque estaban en obras. Me dejaron completamente tirado sin ninguna solución, con todo el viaje ya organizado, lo cual me generó un estrés enorme. Después de horas intentando resolverlo con Booking, el propietario cambió de versión y dijo que sí podía alojarme. Esta falta de seriedad y organización ya anticipaba lo que vendría después. Cuando finalmente llegamos, la realidad fue incluso peor: la habitación estaba en condiciones lamentables, sucia, con manchas evidentes en las paredes, la ducha en mal estado y presencia de bichos. Un nivel de higiene totalmente inaceptable. Además, el propietario intentó que no dejáramos constancia de lo ocurrido en Booking, lo cual es muy preocupante y poco transparente. Para intentar tapar la situación, nos prometió una compensación (pagarnos una excursión y llevarnos al aeropuerto), pero no cumplió absolutamente nada. No pagó la excursión ni mostró intención de hacerlo, y el día de vuelta nos dejó tirados sin el traslado al aeropuerto, sin avisar y sin ofrecer ninguna alternativa. En resumen, una experiencia completamente negativa de principio a fin. Falta total de profesionalidad, condiciones inaceptables y promesas incumplidas. No recomendaría este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto.

Tutto era perfetto, lo raccomando!

A recepção foi boa, a recepcionista foi muito simpática e profissional. As instalações, apesar das áreas reduzidas, surprendem pela positiva, renovadas e bem decoradas, lindas! O quarto também me surpreendeu me pela positiva: gostei muito da decoração e tudo limpo. Como sai antes da hora do pequeno almoço, preparam me um pequeno lanche para levar. Simpáticos. Embora não seja muito prático e façam algum ruido na manipulação, adorei as fechaduras tradicionais das portas! Voltaria a ficar aqui hospedada!

A localização embora sossegada, não é fácil, só com o Google maps, mas é normal na maioria dos Riads em Marraquexe. Apenas a casa de banho embora privativa era no exterior do quarto (acesso pelo corredor).

A manager do Riad é incrivelmente prestavel e foi dempre muito simpatica ! Os quartos sao amorosos e o pequeno almoco incrivel

The location was perfect, the room was amazing, good looking, clean, the balcony was cozy, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, the staff was kind. Great place to stay.

The door of the hotel didn’t have a sign so it was hard to find. The shower didn’t have a door or curtain so at the end of the shower the whole bathroom was wet.

There is no label of the accommodation or something that it can make it obvious to the clients. As a result I had to do circles around the area and ask locals to find the exact location.

Die junge Dame war immer sehr höflich, bemüht und wirklich zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral.

Die Schlafräume sind sehr feucht, dementsprechend riecht es auch so. Leider ist es auch nicht so toll ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr unbequem und die Schlafräume hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Außerdem war die Tür des Zimmers direkt verbunden mit dem Frühstückssaal, dementsprechend hatte man keine Privatsphäre. Wenn man nicht viel erwartet, ist es für den Preis in Ordnung, aber noch mal würde ich die Unterkunft nicht buchen, weil ich mich unwohl gefühlt habe.

The structure is inside the Medina, difficult to find at first but only in this way you could experience the real Marrakech. The staff is really friendly and accommodating.

L'établissement est tres bien placé proche de tous les points d'intérêt. Le rapport qualité prix est intéressant mais pourrait etre amélioré. Le personnel est tres distant, on ne nous a posé aucune question, fait aucune suggestion...

L'établissement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement notamment au niveau de la salle de bain (peinture qui se fait la malle, installations bruyantes..).

The Riad was beautiful, in a great location jn the centre of the city (although you definitely need google maps to find it) and the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. It was great value for money!

Personale accogliente, gentilissimi. Anche la colazione tipica e molto ricca, davvero buona. La posizione altrettanto, a pochi minuti dalla piazza principale.

L’ unica pecca è che le stanze non rispecchiano al 100% le fotografie, soprattutto il bagno abbastanza trasandato.

The riad is nicely located in the medina, the breakfast was very good and the staff are friendly.

Some areas could be improved, such as: - Adding a sign to make the riad easier to find, as it was a bit difficult to locate at first. - Improving the quality of the mattresses and bed sheets for greater comfort. - Allowing guests independent access to the riad’s front door. (I’m not sure if this is common practice in all riads, but each time we wanted to enter, we had to knock and wait for a staff member to open the door for us. Although they were quick to respond, having our own access would have been more convenient.)

This was our first time visiting Morocco and our very first stay in a Riad, and we couldn't be happier. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly from the start. ​They organized a transfer from the airport, and a porter met us to guide us through the winding streets right to the doorstep. Honestly, without his help, we would have never found it, even with Google Maps! ​The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was top-notch. If you are looking for a stress-free and authentic start to your Moroccan adventure, we highly recommend this place.

There was absolutely no dust, and the room smelled fresh with no unpleasant odors at all. It’s just a bit roughly maintained in terms of decor, but in terms of hygiene, it was great. We felt very comfortable staying here!

I really liked the staff and their kindness and flexibility. More so, the breakfast was very good. The location is very quiet which in marrakech is something I am pretty happy about.

Es complicado llegar, hay que pedir ayuda si o sí. No es muy recomendable llegar de noche. Aunque la ubicación es buena.

A bit of humid smell in the entrance and ground floor, felt a bit stiff.

La ubicación era lo mejor, estaba cerca de todo a pie. Los trabajadores del Riad eran todos encantadores, nos ayudaron en cualquier duda que teníamos y cualquier cosa que hacía falta. El Riad era pequeño pero acogedor, las habitaciones las limpiaban todos los días y tiene una terraza arriba que es espectacular. El desayuno también estuvo genial.

Estaba bastante escondido, por suerte el anfitrión nos recomendó coger con ellos un traslado desde el aeropuerto hasta el Riad y fue lo mejor que hicimos porque sino no lo hubiéramos encontrado, ya que está ubicado en uno de los callejones de la Medina. El baño de las habitaciones tenían algo de humedad y la ducha no tenía cortina y se salía todo el agua. Aún asi, estuvimos allí encantados y repetiríamos!!

La cama es cómoda , la habitación es agradable aunque sencilla, nos quedamos en una de las que hay subiendo a la primera planta, que tiene baño. Desde el cuarto se oye todo lo que pasa en el Riad con las ventanas cerradas. El desayuno compensa muchísimo, nos sirvió un desayuno súper rico, con el pan típico marroquí, mantequilla, diferentes acompañantes (mermeladas, miel con crema de cacahuete y cacao súper rica, etc) café y zumo, fruta, yogur … en fin, muy completo. La chica nos imprimió los billetes de avión al enterarnos que en el aeropuerto no servía el billete en el móvil, cosa que de agradece porque si no teníamos que buscar algún sitio donde imprimir a toda prisa.

Del baño mejor no esperar gran cosa, un poco mal cuidado y sumamente escueto, en las fotos es el que está pintado de rosa y el plato de ducha es con forma de media luna. Cuando llegamos, vi que lo unico que tenia eran las toallas y un rollo de papel, aunque en la página dice que hay jabón champú etc, nada de nada, estaba vacío y de hecho tuve que pedirle a la chica del Riad si nos podía dejar un poco de champú al menos, no sé si fue un fallo de logística o que realmente nunca ponen nada, la ducha no tiene cortina, el agua sale bien y calienta al poco de abrir el grifo.

Je n'ai toujours pas recu ma facture pour ce séjour dans l'établissement il y'a 1 mois. Attention niveau administratif il sont tres lent. C'est en plus un séjour professionel donc mon employeur ne me rembourse pas en raison d'absence de facture.
