Die Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit besonders Yunus und Melin. Das Frühstück war vielfältige Angebote. Das Zimmer war sauber und Personal dafür war gut.

Not a 5 star hotel at all

Le seul point positif est l’emplacement prêt des commodités

En dehors de l’emplacement, ça n’a rien d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, un 3etoile A pourra bien correspondre au niveau de service et de restauration. 1/ plusieurs coupure électriques, on nous a guidé du restaurant vers l’extérieur de l’hôtel sans excuses ni explications 2/ le petit déjeuner : très maigre, un café espresso est considéré comme supplément 3€!!!, viennoiserie indigne d’un hôtel non classé, le personnel de restauration est très crispé, les n te donne l’impression que tu n’est pas le bien venu 3/ l’entrée de l’hôtel ne donne pas l’impression d’un hôtel 5*, le taxi ne peut pas se garer devant l’entrée mesquine 4/ dans les chambres, on nous donne un gobelet pour préparer un thé ou n café 5/ service de chambre médiocre….

Great location with easy access to sightseeing attractions, shopping malls, the metro, and buses. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good with a wide variety of options.

The towels and bedsheets had a noticeable smell, similar to sulfur. I assume this may have been caused by the sanitising products used. There were also no proper cups or plates in the room—only paper cups were provided, which I don’t think is appropriate for a five-star hotel.

ممكن حجم الغرف صغيرة و كذلك المكيفات مبرمجة عل حرارة الغرفة. إذا وصلت درجة حرارة الغرفة عل المؤقت يفصل المكيف اتوماتيكياً لمدة ٥ دقائق ثم يعاود الشغل مرة اخرى

The staff was too unfamiliar and no mather what you want they tell you (ok )but they dont do what you want, what you need, even if you send email they respond you quicly but it is not true! I asked for 2 rooms near each other for my familis they comfermed by email but we had 1 room in 3rd floor and other in 5th floor and when we asked to change they told its not possible!!!!!! Pay attention about using mini bar because they forced to pay the things that u did not use and dont use their taxi because the price is not clear I will never turn there even if there was in best and comfortable location near the Cevahir mall!!!!

ممكن صغر حجم الغرف و كذلك التشغيل المبرمج للمكيفات حيث انه كلما وصلت درجة البرودة للغرفة يفصل لمدة خمس الى عشر دقائق ثم يبدا التشغيل ذاتيا , تنظيف الغرف جيد و لكن يحتاج الى الدقة و التطوير

The shower was awful. Even though I had the shower door closed, water came out and filled the whole area as well as water coming through under the door in to the room.

L'emplacement, surtout les personnes intéressées par le shopping, cevahir mall est à deux pas . Le quartier sisli aussi est desservi par plusieurs moyens de transports (métro, bus ...etc)

On ne peut pas qualifier cet hôtel de 5 étoiles. Impossible. Aucun luxe. Literie très normale. Et c'est dans une ruelle pas un boulevard, un petit hôtel . Même la restauration ne suit pas. Petit déjeuner désagréable (pas de jus d'orange frais, si tu demandes , tu payes) et pas varié.

The staff was very nice.

Very tired infrastructure, smelly bathroom, broken leaking pipe in my bedroom, uncomfortable pillows, cleanliness wasn’t on top of its game. Although the staff was very nice, I would not stay there anymore. Renovation is needed to keep claiming the stars.

Personnel à l écoute, souriant,aimable, toujours des réponses aux demandes,un grand merci à Enes et Melih, Toutes les activités ont été commandées via Enes. Emplacement de l hôtel, 3 mn de la station du metro qui desserve la totalité des sites,je le recommande.

I had a great experience with Laila’s cleaning service. She was punctual, professional, and very thorough. The house was left spotless, fresh, and beautifully organised. Laila is friendly, reliable, and clearly takes pride in her work. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend her

La proximité du métro

Personnel poli mais inexistant quand on demande quelque chose. Hotel affichant 5 étoiles mais ne mérite à peine 3 étoiles. Services défaillants, pas de climatisation les derniers jours en pleine canicule. Petit déjeuner insipide et indigne d’un soi disant 5 étoiles. Chambre minuscule et salle d’eau exigu et sentant la moisissure. Surclassement de chambre qui était attendu n’a pas été honoré.

كل شي ولايصنف 5 نجوم كان التكييف سيء جدا ولايوجد عازل للصوت حيث تسمع كل شي خارج الفندق وخاصة كان هناك هدم لاحد المواقع القريبة

تسجيل دخول و خروج سريع وسلس ، الموظفين يتحدثون اللغة الانجليزية ،بشوشين وسعداء بالخدمة ، الموقع جدا جدا رائع قريب من مول + محطات مترو ، خدمة تنظيف الغرف رائعة للغاية شكر خاص - BESRA ، استمع للطلبات الخاصة من الغرف ، التكييف يعمل بصورة ممتازة ، متوفر بالغرفة خزنه .

لا يوجد ما يغير تقييمي الممتاز مع وجود ملاحظات امل النظر لها عدم تنوع الافطار ، عدم وجود مراءه داخل الغرفة - مما يستدعي استخدام التي بدورة المياه .

The location was perfect

The toiletries (soap and toothpaste) were not replenished daily. I had to call reception multiple times, and eventually go down to the reception myself to get them.

Easy for access near metro station, clean good breakfast

Bathroom very small and water was leaked to the floor and remained wet all the time and they didn’t repair the problem room 702 , also safe lock not working

A special thank you to our cleaner, Besra. Every morning we left the room quite messy while getting ready, and when we came back, it looked absolutely spotless. She cleaned everything so perfectly that we were genuinely shocked each time we returned. Her attention to detail and hard work made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Besra!

I had an excellent stay at The Craton Hotel Şişli. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional throughout my visit. I would like to give special recognition to Ms. Gülizar from the housekeeping team. She did an outstanding job keeping my room spotless every day. Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. I also greatly appreciated the hotel's generous gesture of offering me a complimentary breakfast, even though my reservation did not include breakfast. This thoughtful hospitality was truly appreciated and reflects the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay a wonderful experience. I highly recommend The Craton Hotel Şişli and look forward to staying here again.

Only location was good,near by metro and very central

First of all front of the hotel has a big construction project and very noisy ,they said stopping at 15 but all day was busy till late evening.I asked several times iron but she gave me broken iron and iron table and second time they give again broken .5 stars hotel but no any good services.I informed a bit late(30-35 min)check out.I was at bathroom but 3 times they called and tried to enter room.unnice feeling ,I was so angry .I definitely never stay again.Rude receptionist and bad customer attitude.I don’t advise anyone .Even management doesn’t care.Disappointed…Never again

Its location is excellent, everything is nearby. As well as its cleanliness, calm, no noise and the staff was exceptional

This hotel wasn't even near a 5-star standard; at best, it’s a poor 4-star property. The facilities feel seriously outdated—the faucet was faded, the toothbrush glasses were old, and the refrigerator barely kept anything cool. The sink drained very slowly, and the breakfast was very ordinary. I left my clothes behind, and they refused to help arrange shipping them back to me.

It was exceptionally clean. Our cleaner Besra was super helpful and attentive and did a great job. The breakfast was outstanding. There were so many options and you could get your eggs cooked by the chef according to your liking. They had traditional turkish breakfast items as well, which were so delicious and varied each day. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was so good. Will definitely return.

The walls are a little thin and you can hear the guests next door. But it wasn’t a huge problem as the hotel is mainly for families and people behaved respectfully.

Cleaning rooms was perfect. Madam Gulizar made our stay at hotel really comfortable.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, proche des différents quartiers et facilement accessible. Le personnel de l’accueil est toujours souriant, réactif et disponible en cas de besoin. Un grand merci également à Gülizar, la femme de ménage, qui s’est occupée de notre chambre tout au long du séjour. Son travail était irréprochable : la chambre était toujours parfaitement propre, soignée et agréable en rentrant. Son professionnalisme et son attention aux détails ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. À bientôt !

My family and I had a lovely stay here. What really made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we spoke to was kind and always ready to help. You could tell that they genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable, and that made such a big difference. A special thank you to Gürken and Songūc. They were honestly incredible. They were always so patient and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our needs. Whether we had a question or needed help with something, they never made us feel like we were asking for too much. People like them are the reason on why guests would love to come back again. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spectacular. As someone who is a sucker for cleanliness, I really appreciated how well everything was maintained. Thank you to everyone for making us feel welcomed. We truly enjoyed our stay and will remember your kindness.

I stayed at The Carton Hotel in Şişli for 4 nights. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. Special thanks to Ms. Gulen for keeping the room spotless every day. She was always smiling, kind, and professional. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable!

Nothing to be liked.

The air condition was broken in the early days of summer. I booked 6 nights with the hotel but cancelled my reservation after the first night because my family (wife and 2 kids) slept that night in our sweats literally. I tried to cancel the rest of the reservation but with no luck from the hotel side nor booking.com. I blame booking.com to still do business with these kind of hotel with no frequent sudden checks about the info posted on their application. Also, the staffs were not helpful nor honest. They offered me other room but the problem was really in the central AC unit. I had to pay again for another stay for the other 5 nights through their website because booking.com didn’t help in securing a document from the hotel stating that I have left after the first night.

The location is close to Jawahir Mall. The cost is reasonable. The staff were friendly.

The food is bad, the bathroom has problems like water leaking from the bathtub onto the rest of the bathroom floor. The air conditioning is bad, weak, and doesn't cool well; it stops every half hour for about fifteen minutes.

Everything! In particular the friendly and helpful staff (Besra, the room attendant does an excellent job cleaning and refreshing the rooms, and Enes on the front desk is very helpful and always friendly with a smile).

Goede voorzieningen met restaurant, zwembad en sauna, lokatie nabij metrostation, vriendelijke schoonmaakster.

Leider die letzten zwei Nächte hat Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert ob wohl 4 mal uns beschwert haben und es wurde auch gleich Tehniker geschickt und jedesmal aber das Problem immernoch war . Das war nicht gut

We stayed for 3 nights (June 16–19) at The Craton Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location in Şişli. Access to public transportation is outstanding, with metro stations, buses, and shopping areas all within a very short walking distance, making it easy to reach any part of Istanbul. A special thank you to the housekeeping lady, Golam, who was very kind and did an excellent job keeping our room spotless every day. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance or information. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, location, and service made this a perfect stay. We would definitely choose The Craton Hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul.

The only aspect I did not appreciate was that when I requested a bottle of water late at night, I was informed that I would need to pay for it. For a five-star hotel, I believe complimentary water is something guests generally expect, especially during late hours. It is a small gesture, but one that greatly contributes to the overall feeling of hospitality. Apart from this, our stay was excellent, and the staff were professional and helpful

The staff were great , the location is near a mall and the bus stop, breakfast was very good and it offers varieties of food, it is clean and they answer directly and provide us with our needs.

Завтраки очень скромные. Казалось бы 5 звезд, недешевый отель.

Мне понравилось местоположение отеля, и нереальный вид.

Был не сильно разнообразный завтрак, и также то, что, что бы поплавать в бассейне обязуют надевать шапочку или покупать её у них) это как на моё мнение странно, в первые с таким сталкиваюсь

Zimmer Service grandios danke an Gülizar und Gülem. Jeden Tag richtig sauber gemacht. Besonderer Danke an Yunus, der Junge ist einfach grandios hat mir positiv sehr gut gefallen weil er immer hilfsbereit war und mehrmals nachgefragt hat in der Zeit wo wir da waren ob alles ok ist.

I like everything about the hotel. Staff very friendly. Open our arrival my friend got sick and they did whatever they could to assist us. The room and the whole hotel were super clean. The room had such a nice interior design. The breakfast was OK. It was close to many different buses station and metro, which can directly get you to all visiting sites.

I really don’t have any complaint regarding the hotel.
