駅に近い繁華街に近い。風呂は良い。岩盤浴も良い。施設全体が良い。

強いていうならですが、仕方ないけど、若干湿度が高く部屋が湿っぽかった。

次の日に朝一番にプールへ行けたので、とても楽しめました！

前回の宿泊から約8ヶ月ぶりに再訪したが、 相変わらず高コスパで、今回ヨーロッパエリアの入浴施設だったが、ドイツエリアの新設や、外水風呂の新設など更に進化していて大変満足した。

設備が充実しておりお得感があった。部屋や廊下などは裸足で歩いても気にならないほど清潔に保たれていた。

スタッフの対応は、控えめに言ってもあまり親切とは言えない。

場所。スパワールドで遊んで、そのまますぐホテルに入れるのはとても便利。

部屋に入ったらなんか臭かった。特にベッドの上にあったクッションから、お風呂に1ヶ月ほど入ってない人の悪臭がしてすごく不快でした。ちゃんと清掃してないのでは？と感じました。

2日分の、入館料が、ふくまれてること。

忘れものして、連絡したら、あるのがわかり、着払いで、送ってもらおうとお願いしたのに、送ってくれない。

プールと温泉ガソリン一緒にあるのでゆっくりと遊べて満足しました。

2日目のプールとスパの利用案内が雑で、二度手間になり、せっかく前方に並べたスパの順番が後周りにさせられた。

La longueur de l'attente à l'arrivée, le manque d'informations, c'est très difficile de se repérer etc et le personnel ne parle pas bien anglais.

スタッフの対応が大変良かったです。

朝食ビッフェのレストランが、朝から入場待ちで人の渋滞の為。 家族連れや、カップル等で！ 時間帯等考えて欲しいと思います。

今回孫と3名で新館に泊まり、綺麗な建物でお部屋の広さも良かったと思いました。

改善希望なので書きます、８月半ばの泊まりです、はじめに部屋に入った時エアコンが効いていて綺麗なお部屋だと思いました、そして設定温度を27℃にしてプールに行き戻りましたら、なんとも言えない匂いが充満していました、お部屋の消臭スプレーも使いましたがダメでした、小さな窓を少し開きシャワールームの換気扇を強にして何とか過ごしましたが、室内機の空調のお手入れを何とかしてもらわないとダメだと思いました。

4人で予約したが、ツイン×2部屋となりました。すぐ隣の部屋を配置いただき助かりました。

部屋の床がホコリだらけ。落とし物をしたが見つからず残念な思い出となった。朝のバイキングは大行列。 これらのサービスを総合すると、値段が高すぎる。もう泊まらないだろう。 朝のバイキング時、受付係がテーブルの後片付けをするシステムは変えた方が良い。混雑する日や予約者の数は把握できるはずだから、マンパワー不足にならないよう準備できるはず。現場のスタッフの皆さんは、各所本当によく頑張っておられました。 運営側の皆さんは現場を見ているのでしょうか？？残念なホテルでした。

沢山の色々なお風呂が楽しめて、とても良かったです。部屋も新館で綺麗でした。

お風呂の濡れている所がヌルヌルしてて歩くのが怖かった。お部屋は新館で綺麗でしたが少し狭いのが残念でした。床を素足で歩かなければいけないのはちょっと気になりました。

The attached facilities despite having more up sells than Freemium in app purchases (Asian floor tfornmen the month we visited) but the rating is for the hotel only, not the Onsen.

Dirty run down rooms , lights behind the bed dusty , bathroom miserable and more rules than a Victorian boarding school. Checkout is 10am. And you don't get to your room even 1 minute before 15:00. The whole place seems to be staffed by students on summer break. No sign of leadership anywhere.

Spa World has everything you need. You could literally live at this hotel without ever needing to leave. If you do need to leave, the location is phenomenal. Close to two metro stations and plenty of street food, as well as the zoo.

The summer break crowds were overwhelming and breakfast was insane with so many people. From a guest experience design point of view, there is room for improvement. Standard rooms in the new building are tiny with hardly any room to move. Upgrade to a superior room if you can.

部屋が臭うのと、祝日は人が多すぎてプールが汚れていた、 新館と本館によってはコインランドリー等が遠かった。

* 房間非常寬敞、乾淨，住起來很舒適。 * 溫泉種類很多，可以體驗不同的浴池，泡完很放鬆。 * 很多人評論提到從平面道路到飯店沒有電梯，其實飯店側門有手扶梯可以使用。不過側門的位置比較隱密，不太容易找到，建議抵達後直接詢問櫃檯人員，會方便許多。 * 櫃檯人員普遍英文能力有限，但很幸運入住當天遇到一位英文很好的接待人員，解說非常詳細，也很有耐心，入住過程十分順利。 * The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. * The hot spring offers a wide variety of baths, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. * Many reviews mention that there is no elevator from street level to the hotel. However, there is actually an escalator at the hotel's side entrance. It is a bit hidden and difficult to find, so I recommend asking the front desk upon arrival. * Most of the front desk staff have limited English, but fortunately, I was assisted by an English-speaking staff member who explained everything clearly and patiently, making the check-in process very smooth.

The price dropped by about USD 50 the day after I completed my reservation. While I understand that dynamic pricing is common, such a large price difference in such a short time was disappointing. I hope the hotel can consider a fairer pricing policy or provide some form of price protection for guests who book earlier.

The Spa resort is a massive complex in the middle of Osaka and has a lot of great activities. We spend one night there to have 24 hours where our children could swim and do fun stuff in an otherwise "City Explorer" vacation. They generally really liked the place and us parents were really fond of the Onsen in the resort. Once you are in, you actually don't need to leave the place as you can get almost anything you would need inside. Japanese people are not too much into swimming though, so don't expect a pool experience as you would get in European water parks, as it was mostly lazy rivers and kiddy pools, but still fun enough for the kids to enjoy.

We didn't like that once you were in everything costed extra. If you wanted to ride the water slides it would be 1500 Yen per day and if you wanted to use Karaoke or pool it would cost you additional charges. I would like it if they would offer a "Premium" package or something similar, where you could just upfront expense everything, so you didn't need to go around worrying about expenses as the kids wanted to try everything. Then you could upfront just know everything was expended and the kids could go around and try what they wanted without me signing papers all the time.

Hot bathes are awesome.

Pool was old and pretty shallow all around. Need extra money for activities and not sure it worth the price.

It’s definitely worth staying if you have young children and prepared to spend extras for splash and slide. Sun lounge also charged extra per each and every hour.

Splash pool is separate from the hotel and to find lifts from one to other , well it’s an absolute maze and it takes time to get from one place to the other. The entrance of the hotel has super strong smell of smoke (where people have been smoking). Breakfast is free, but the choice is awful not to mention terrible coffee. No coffee in the room either , only green tea.

6月30日〜7月1日宿泊。2つのお風呂が体験出来ました。 朝食も大変美味しかったです😊 フードコーナーの食事も美味しかったです😊 帰りに道頓堀を楽しく歩きました

岩盤浴はセットされてなかったので、少しがっかりです

チェックインしたら部屋使用前からお風呂に入れるし、チェックアウト後もお風呂に入れるところ。 ホテルとつながってるから良い。

部屋の水の蛇口が止まりにくくて、強く締めてもポタポタ水漏れがして、気になりました。

온천 대욕탕을 맘껏몇번이라도 이용할수있어서 좋있다 체크인때 주는손목 큐알은 손목에 하지않고 개인이 보관만 몸에 지니면 된다호텔내에서는 사용할일이없고 체크하지않는다 다만 온천내에서 음식등 지출이있을땐 현금이아니고 큐알로 찍고 퇴실때 결제한다

객실과 온천이 거리가있고 호텔 내에선 맨발로다녀야하는것이 불편? 옷이나 신발을맡길떼 100 앤동전이꼭필요하다

本館は建物が古い。部屋の水道の蛇口から水がしたたる。もう少しブュッフェの料理が美味しいと最高

プールのスライダーが楽しかった

プールのスライダーが終わる時間が18時と知らなくて、フリーパスを買ったのに３回しか滑れなかった けど２日目は朝から行ったのでたくさん滑れました。

温泉が快適だった。 ホテルも新館で綺麗で気持ちよく過ごすことができた。

아이가 놀기에 딱 좋은 수영장이었습니다 숙박기간동안 수영장 스파 모두 이용 가능해서 좋았습니다. 동물원 가기도 가까웠구요. 사슴공원도 신이마미야역에서 금방가구요.

두번째 방문이었는데 숙박비가 작년보다 다소 오른듯해요. 그래도 가성비로 보면 이만한 곳 없습니다.

the pools on the roof are amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. It was nice to walk around with no shoes on all the time.

the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and there are extra costs for things that are not included in the accommodation fees such as going on water slides.

位在通天閣附近的溫泉度假飯店，作為大阪自由行的第一站和休憩場所相當完美。 館內有大型的溫泉浴池設施，可以充分體驗到日本的大眾澡堂文化，加購的岩盤浴體驗尚可，但性價比滿高的。 房間本身相當乾淨整潔，備品也提供的很齊全。 飯店附的早餐以日式早餐餐食為主，沒有大魚大肉但仍然吃得相當滿足。 除了通天閣外，出門就可以抵達ドン・キホーテ和地鐵站，可說相當便利。

員工們的服務態度都很好且友善，但作為有接待中文旅客的前提下若有會說中文的服務人員會更好。 第一天向櫃台人員反應館內服過小的問題後沒有獲得改善，是隔天再向另一位人員說明才解決問題。 退房時使用的手環結帳機台因未知原因不收受我的信用卡(在我五天四夜的日本行中是唯一一次發生這種情形)，稍微影響到我回國的行程安排。

The property fails to mention that you are not allowed to wear shoes or slippers inside the hotel anywhere and roam around bare feet. The size of the rooms is so small that cannot open even a single bag, and there is not storage provided inside the rooms to even keep your bare minimum stuff. Four as in 4 only, hooks are given to hang your clothes, storage for shoes and bags is given in lobby ( which, to be noted is located in the other building, (so you will be busy doin to n fro to your rooms) theres no phone in rooms provided to connect with the reception for any reason, we were travelling with kids and we requested them for a bigger room with some storage (we were ready to pay the difference amt) but they are so set in there rules that they can not change the rooms. Over all it was a very pathetic and hectic stay.

いつも部屋着が男性用なのはなぜなのでしょう？

この値段で朝食付き 施設のお風呂は、充実してるし 2泊では、施設は満喫できず、あと1泊して、岩盤浴とかもしてみたかったです。部屋は、狭かったですが 新しいので◎！今回は、大阪食い倒れがメインでしたので不自由は、なかったです。友人もかなり満足してました。手配した甲斐がありました！

私たちは、ギリ理解ができましたが、施設内の移動や精算、エレベーターなどQRコードのリストバンド、カードキーなどを利用しての館内なんで高齢の方には、難しいこともあるかも。 チェックアウトの際フロントの説明がなく1人のQRで精算機で精算して、出口に進んだら、もう１人は、出口で出れなく、また精算機に戻ったり。。。フロントでちゃんと説明して欲しかったです。

スパ内にホテルがあって、スパを利用できて、お得だった。 お部屋が綺麗で、かわいいかった。館内着も楽で、スパで取り替えられるのが良かった。バスタオルやタオルも、部屋から持って行く必要なくてよかった。

良くないとも言えないが、ホテルの部屋のトイレには、スリッパが欲しかった。

So so strict and rigid in so many areas maybe easy for locals but incredibly stressful in many areas for me Pass despite great facilities I found it unworkable not at all relaxing Sayonara spa world

手続きが面倒くさい。下足箱キーや部屋キー、入館QRコードなどそれぞれ使いこなすのに苦労しました。

最主要的分數都給了公共溫泉浴場設施，有好幾層樓，男湯、女湯、岩盤浴/按摩設施，設計感、舒適程度跟規模都讓人驚艷，男湯跟女湯依據月份會分配到歐洲設計樓層或亞洲設計樓層，讓人置身不同國度。住宿房間本身也很ok，乾淨、備品、空間大小適宜，地點對旅人來說也十分方便

房間本身的配色好像有點搶眼，但這只是我個人主觀偏好而已

Beim Frühstück gab es einen Softeis-Spender. Die Onsens waren hervorragend und sind vollständig im Hotel-Preis integriert. Sicher über 20 Onsen-Bade-Optionen. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gibt mehrere Restaurant-Möglichkeiten in den Resort-Bereichen, die gut sind.

Frühstück war nur durchschnittlich. Man muss sich daran gewöhnen, dass man im ganzen Resort (inklusive Hotel + Zimmer) keine Schuhe anhaben darf. Der Übergang in den Anbau ist nicht wetterfest, daher an regnerischen Tagen werden die Socken nass beim Durchgang.

Room was spacious but would be nice to be able to separate the bedroom from the loungeroom with a partition.

Kind of annoying having to put shoes in a locker as soon as you enter the hotel and had to lock the stroller up outside (out of the weather but inconvenient). Felt weird wearing socks or barefoot to breakfast but was an interesting experience.

加湿器の中が汚かった。まったく洗ったりしてない状態だった。布団は煎餅布団でペラペラで血もついていて気持ち悪くて、布団がペラペラで床で寝てるのと変わらず、寝れなかった。前はベッドにした時は良かったので、本館の和室でクオリティーがまったく違うことを知りました。

Das Personal spricht 0,0 Englisch, es ist ein Drama wenn man eine Frage hat, beim Frühstück waren Speisen als frei von Schweinefleisch gekennzeichnet, und es war Schweinefleisch drin, die japanischen Anzüge für das onsen sollten in zwei verschiedenen Größen auf dem Zimmer liegen, nicht jeder hat Größe M, im Badezimmer fehlt ein Halter für das Handtuch, es ist jede Menge Platz, um einen Halter anzubringen, die Antworten über Booking.com dauern eine Woche, das ist absolut untragbar, weil man kann sonst die Unterkunft in keiner Weise erreichen, um eine Frage zu stellen

風呂床が滑りやすい

Viele Spa-Möglichkeiten die den Hotelgästen fast rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine relativ große Auswahl.

Man merkt dass die Spa-World schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Das zeigt sich nicht nur in der teilweise schlechten Qualität der Spa-Anlagen (insbesondere der Ebene für die Kinder), aber auch dass aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen es versucht wurde, ein Hotel im hybriden Stil zu machen (westliche Zimmer aber im Hotel darf man keine Schuhe tragen ??), was sehr fragwürdig ist und teils an Mangel an Hygiene-Verständnis denken lässt. Im Hotelzimmer läuft zudem kontinuierlich ein Lüfter, den man nicht ausschalten kann, was wohl daran liegt, dass quasi alle Zimmer auch als Raucherzimmer genutzt werden können.

宿泊したら泊まる当日と次の日スパワールドに入浴できてすごくお得感アリでした。

チェックアウトした時間帯と入浴できない時間帯がかち合っていて1時間ほど待ち時間があり入れない時間帯が違う時間ならよかったと思いました。

通天閣が近く観光に便利 施設内も温泉、プール、食事処、ゲームセンターと、子供連れにはとてもよかったです

チェックアウト後の施設利用は可能なのに外出は禁止なところ

Clean, friendly staff, vast onsen area with lots of options (asian zone).

Not necessarily a bad thing, but there was an overwhelming amount of information/guidelines to read through when first arriving. Very thorough, which is also a good thing.
