O hotel é novo.

Apesar de ser novo, não parece muito bem limpo. O fluxo de hóspedes é muito grande. A localização também não é muito boa. O hotel fica bem distante de uma linha de metrô… são pelo menos 15 minutos de caminhada. Escolhemos o bairro errado para ficar em Osaka. Para quer curtir vida noturna, talvez valha a pena. Caso contrário, procure outra região.

That the room didn’t have a view as we did pay a fair bit for the area. The laundry area could be done via coins instead of the app as it gets a bit confusing for tourist and the rooms didn’t feel the cleanest. It was good as per regular standard but not the best compared to the other hotels we have been in japan for the same price range.

Der Onsen / das Spa war phänomenal im 17Stockwerk über den Dächern von Osaka gelegen. Super Aussicht aus AußenPool und aus Sichtschlitz in Sauna, (hier könnte man mit Folien arbeiten um noch mehr Aussicht zu bieten. Lage ist Ideal (jedoch kein Parkplatz), kulinarisch, Shopping und Nightlife, alles um die Ecke bzw.Fußläufig erreichbar, auch Bahnhof Namba 1200 m. Zimmer nicht riesig, aber ausreichend. Jederzeit wieder.

Check in the時候櫃檯的服務小姐可能是因為接待太多客人，所以有一點不太耐煩，因為我們不會講日文也不太會英文，所以前後雞同鴨講一陣子後來連早餐卷也忘記給我們，還有不推薦的原因是因為早餐真的很累覺得真的很難吃

Badet er veldig lite. Opplevde at bildene av spa-avdelingen/onsen var misvisende. Utebassenget for kvinner har null utsikt ut mot byen grunnet frostet glass. Sauna er også kun for menn.

之前在廣島住過，覺得沙發很舒服，決定來大阪也住這間。我們住14樓，房間滿大的外，沙發位置跟飯店看出去的景相當地好，每天都會補水及備用品，毛巾也會更換。飯店的外籍員工比較親切 飯店地點很好，附近有郵局、便利商店，離主要的商場也近，走路八分鐘就到了 早餐有點吃不慣，我們用加購的方式只訂了一天的早餐，¥2750/人，哈蜜瓜一下子就沒有了，補的也是西瓜而已 能免費寄放行李很不錯，但要離開時，發現我的行李跟別人的用相同鎖綁在一起，應該是有人誤用、員工解鎖讓後來的客人使用。雖然走的時候員工有再三確定我的行李是不是真的是我的，但如果今天遇到有心人會很不好

This was a great location, around the block from long street that takes you straight to one of the big shopping areas that was filled with stores, restaurants, and bars. There is a great craft beer top room 2-3 blocks away. The room has a spectacular view. I had a corner room which is worth the extra cost in my opinion. I value a nice view. I got it in spades. I didn't even know there was an onsen on the roof! No extra cost to use it, just there for whenever you want to take a dip in a hot tub. It sauna was hot, which i love. Two hot tubs, one inside and one in an open roof, open air room. It was amazing. he open air hot tub on the 17th floor of the roof, with a view of the city, while it was drizzling was one of my favorite memories on my trip. The staff were very kind in every interaction I had. This was a great value. I would have to spend three to four times what I spent in my country for that view and free onsen on the roof.

My AC unit made a little noise that I found annoying when it was oscillating. So I figured out how to keep it in place and it didn't make that noise. I should have called it in while I was out exploring all day but I forgot to do so.

Le fait qu’on ne puisse pas profiter du spa en couple, c’est les femmes d’un coté les hommes de l’autre. On a jamais trouvé la piscine

Probabilmente una delle posizioni migliori in cui soggiornare a Osaka, sia in coppia che in famiglia: praticamente a un isolato dal canale di Dōtonbori, ma abbastanza defilato da non essere direttamente nel caos della zona più affollata. L’hotel è molto moderno e curato. La camera è più che sufficiente per una coppia, mentre in tre, con una bambina di 10 anni, gli spazi diventano più limitati, ma siamo comunque nella media degli hotel giapponesi. Come in molte strutture moderne manca un vero armadio, sostituito da pochi appendiabiti. Molto apprezzata la dotazione della camera: vengono forniti spazzolini, ciabatte, pigiama in stile giapponese e tutto il necessario per utilizzare lo Sky Spa all’ultimo piano, con vasche e area all’aperto panoramica sulla città, separata tra uomini e donne. Comodissima anche la lavanderia self-service, gestibile tramite app. La colazione è davvero eccezionale: molto varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità, una delle migliori del nostro viaggio. Molto pratico infine il sistema che permette di lasciare autonomamente i bagagli in hotel dopo il check-out.

Nessun aspetto negativo da segnalare.

Nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora del check-in. Habitación espaciosa para ser Japón. Desayuno con opción occidental. Onsen bonito con parte exterior y abierto hasta tarde. Buena ubicación, un paseo a Dontobori y cerca de diferentes líneas de metro.

Die Räume sind sehr klein. Das dreier Zimmer ist mit grossen koffern fast unmöglich zu navigieren.

The location was fantastic. The hotel had all the things we needed, Bed was big and comfortable the Onsen was a bonus to soak and relax after a full day walking around.

Very convenient location (close to convenient store, late night fast food shop, connection bus stop to Kansai Airport) with good facilities.

The sky spa was not as clean as expected (visible floating hair strands even though I had taken off my glasses), but this may be due to the peak holiday season, and ladies do tend to have more falling hair as they are more likely to brush their hair...

L’endroit est parfaitement situé au coeur de la ville! Beaucoup de magasins, restaurants à proximité. Les chambres sont spacieuses. 10-15 minutes à pied des gares de metro.

Légèrement bruyant la nuit vu la rue très passante, parfois des voitures bruyantes.

I really enjoyed the onsen and the fact it was tatto friendly and there 7/11 close by

Unfortunately, the dryer did not fully dry our clothes, even after paying for three full cycles. Also, keep in mind that there is no laundry detergent, soap, or fabric softener available in the laundry room, and there is no vending machine where you can purchase any. It would have been helpful to know this ahead of time so we could have brought or purchased detergent beforehand. Overall, I enjoyed the onsen, but the laundry facilities could definitely be improved.

It was such a lovely stay. The onsen was so beautiful and the view from our room was also great. Lovely location as well right next to dotonbori.

Die Lage ist topp, das Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse groß.

Schlechtes Frühstück, das wir auch noch extra zahlen mussten, obwohl ich es über Booking mit Frühstück gebucht hatte. Das Kingsize-Bett war übertrieben groß und seltsam aus einzelnen Matratzen und Toppern zusammen geschustert, sehr unbequem. Die Klimaanlage konnte man kaum regulieren, auch auf niedrigster Stufe lief der Ventilator auf Hochtouren, was dazu führte, dass ich die nächsten Tage Halsschmerzen hatte. Die Gäste im Gemeinschaftsbad waren unfassbar laut und hielten sich nicht an die Onsen-Etikette. Man hat trotz des 17. Stockwerks keinen Ausblick (nicht wie auf den Fotos dargestellt). Alle Ablagen im Zimmer sehr staubig. Der Stadtausblick war ein Ausblick auf Hinterhöfe und deren Klimaanlagen.

Die Lage war gut

Aus der Klimaanlage kommt ein extremer Schimmel Geruch. Selbst nach 3 Zimmerwechseln nicht weg gewesen. Personal komplett überfordert mit der Situation und man hat sich mit dem Problem nicht ernst genommen gefühlt.

Idéal. Deux chambres pour une famille de cinq avec trois grands enfants. L’emplacement est idéal. Très bon confort. Un onsen super agréable

大浴場の使い方が分からない人がたくさんいました。 例えば、タオルで遊んでいる子ども達。 湯船にタオルを付けてる人。 脱衣所では、色々な場所にタオルが落ちていたり、 洗面台が汚れてる、、、、。 とにかく、目に余る感じでした。 定期的な時間に清楚する人を入れて、清潔感ある大浴場にしたら良いと思います。 ご検討よろしくお願いします。

J'ai adoré l'emplacement géographique. Le confort du lit est vraiment très appréciable et la télévision est gigantesque ! De plus, les toilettes japonaises sont exceptionnelles.

Le rapport qualité-prix du petit-déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel étant donné qu'il est assez cher, bien qu'il soit tout de même bon. De plus, la salle de bain est un peu petite.

Die Lage war sehr gut und das Hotelzimmer war gut ausgestattet.

Es fehlt eine Kennzeichnung, dass der gezeigte Pool einen Onzen darstellt und keinen klassischen Pool. Ich wollte mit meiner Freundin zusammen rein gehen, jedoch sind die Onzen geschlechtlich getrennt. Wurde uns leider erst am Empfang mitgeteilt und hatten uns darauf gefreut..

This is a stunning hotel overlooking the city (best view is from the women bath corridor and from relaxation room. The hotel is right in the Namba area and round the corner is Dotomboori. Amazing position. Room was excellent and breakfast best ever. We had it on Sunday so a true Sunday brunch

Sky spa was really big, ready to fit many guests at once. Relaxation space at a top floor was great place to relax. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Location and proximity to the train station was great. Staff were incredibly friendly and luggage transfer to Tokyo hotel was simple and efficient. Room was very comfortable.

Struttura moderna, camera spaziosa rispetto agli standard Giapponesi anche se il wc non è separato dal resto del bagno (lavandino/vasca), ma il tutto a favore di un divanetto in camera. Location centrale a due passi da Dotonbori.

We liked that the room was clean but the washroom smelled like excrement (I assume because it's old sewage lines).

Everything. The location is in a really grimey and dirty neighborhood. We really didn't expect that but you're next to Dottonbori. We got sick and tired of hearing "no sorry" from the staff. We asked for water bottles but they don't have any available and we can only drink what's in our room. We asked if they could call the floor above us to tell them to stop making so much noise and they said no sorry. In the men's onsen female attendants come in every hour to clean the litter and do a restock, which is completely unacceptable. The washroom STUNK of excremet and it welcomed us like a smack across the face when we first entered the room. We asked to move because of the smell and they said no sorry. The onsen upstairs is okay but the outdoor side of it blocks a lot of the view which is really not as advertised ( I get privacy but it shows the buildings in the background but as you sit you see nothing but a white screen). King room was quite small.

第一，第一次入住时，到17楼找洗衣房找了好久，希望在17楼电梯处增加方向性指示牌。第二，洗衣房的机器不能直接投币使用，真是麻烦，很多客人都搞不定，华为手机也下载不了，必须苹果手机。这点很不好，希望改成投币形式的洗衣房。

Good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I had a corner room with a nice view and some space and a table to put my computer. TV had Netflix connectivity. Breakfast buffet was copious.

Windows in the room had wire meshing all over so the view was a little interrupted. A little far on foot from the main stations of Namba or Shinsaibashi. Fine in most situations but not so much in the heat of summer or when trundling a large suitcase.

I liked the hotel, the rooms are overall comfortable (except for families, see my point below) with an exceptional view on the Osaka skyline. The location is perfect, and the sky-view onset was clean and comfortable with great view!

The only point we did not like is that if you book a room for a family with two kids (king size bed and sofa bed), the sofa bed is only for a single child and the hotel expects the second child to sleep in the parents’ king size bed. I have never seen a hotel where you are expected to share a single blanket with three persons. Maybe some families do not mind, but we are not used to it and since our daughter kicked with her feet all night we did not get much sleep. We were quite disappointed by this arrangement, and even more that this was not mentioned during the booking process!

大浴場は、髪の毛が浮いてBat かけ湯は、熱すぎてやけどです。他のチエーン店は、そんなことないのに！

朝食はとても良かったです。 量は特段多いわけではないですが、味が美味しかったです。 部屋自体は広く、ソファーもあるのはかなり良かった。

ゴミや破損が目立ちました。 部屋自体は綺麗でしたが、 共用スペース等ゴミがそのまま置かれている、銭湯のロッカーの鍵についたリストバンドが粉砕しているなど 細かいところが一部気になりました。 また、これは運悪かっただけかと思いますが、部屋からの景色があまり良くなく、スプレー缶で落書きされた壁と取り壊された建物が見える部屋でした。

Die Aussicht aus dem 16 Stock war unübertroffen. Der Pool im 17 Stock war sehr entspannend. Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bon rapport qualité prix et bon emplacement pour cet hôtel avec des chambres bien équipées et propres. Et surtout la présence du Sky Spa au dernier étage qui est un gros avantage en fin de journée pour se relaxer à la japonaise....

La lavandería también es muy práctica. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad, aunque se adapta menos a mis gustos occidentales. Hay un 7-Eleven justo al lado.

Français : J’avais réservé une chambre d’angle pour mes deux enfants et moi, en précisant que nous étions trois. La chambre était vraiment trop petite et j’ai finalement dû réserver une deuxième chambre. L’hôtel m’a néanmoins proposé une autre solution avec un lit supplémentaire. Les salles de bains sont également assez petites. Español: Reservé una habitación en esquina para mis dos hijos y para mí, indicando que éramos tres. La habitación era realmente demasiado pequeña y finalmente tuve que reservar una segunda habitación. No obstante, el hotel me ofreció otra solución con una cama adicional. Los baños también son bastante pequeños.

Pour trois , chambre exécutive un peu trop petite. Si vous ouvrez vos valises , on ne circule plus du tout . Bien peu de rangement .

Nous avons apprécié le confort général de l'hôtel, les onsens et son emplacement idéal pour visiter Osaka.

Notre demande de réservation pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants 11 et 13 ans) a été validée pour une chambre familiale. En arrivant, nous avons découvert que la chambre contenait seulement 1 canapé lit 1 personne et 2 lits simples. La grandeur des 2 lits simples accolés était confortable, mais nous aurions aimé plus de clarté dans l'annonce, nous aurions certainement fait autrement.

Logement propre et fonctionnel à quelques pas de Dotonbori. L’onsen est ouvert toute la nuit avec une superbe vue sur Osaka.

Location and staff were great. Just around the corner of Boton Dori. And 50 mtr walk from the bus stop with the brit from Narita airport. That was a nice surprise. I would definitely start here again. The onsens was great.
