The breakfast was great.all my favourite things.our room was a lovely surprise to walk into so much space . The staff are so help and friendly
Very quiet with a beautiful private patio. Huge bathtub. Great for weery hikers. Food is superb. New agent and bus right across the street.
Rooms need a fan
Location and food very good
Room was very tired. Not really worth the money
We loved everything about this hotel. The room was amazing, the staff were excellent and the food was top quality.
Liked everything. Found it a bit hard to find our way around at first but got there in the end.
Perfect stay in a delightful room that was in a gorgeous little town. Great nights sleep and a lovely courtyard to have a drink in. Staff were delightful and we so appreciated their kindness.
This charming mellow building imbues gentle comfort. The bar , lounge and garden are pleasant and spacious. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and our downstairs room even had its own private outside seating area. The outstanding features were the superb food and friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was all one could expect from an English Inn, but as for dinner , wow! This was the best of English food. Being home of the pudding club, the desserts were exceptional. The waiting staff were extremely helpful and pleasant if any menu adjustments were requested in the excellent restaurant.
There were not many things I did not like. Just to mention , the bathroom is very narrow and might not suit extra generously proportioned people. The TV needed sorting out. Initially it had the wrong remote. The hotel apparently has 3 different tv types with 3 different remotes and poor free view reception. I did not come away to watch tv..so no big deal, but it could do with sorting out.
Location, staff
The bathrooms in two rooms were right squeeze, although the rooms and outdoor facilities were good
Cudowny hotel. Fantastyczny personel, uśmiechnięty, pogodny i miły. Bardzo dobre jedzenie i lokalizacja. Z tego miejsca można zwiedzać Cotswolds pieszo i samochodem. Piwko w barze zimne i smaczne.
Loved everything! Food, service, comfort. Just a lovely place to stay. Wished we had more time to stay a little longer but unfortunately we were on a schedule.
There was nothing I didn’t like. Every thing was just perfect for us.
Nice location in village Staff were good Decent breakfast
Room had no tv remote and one window wouldn’t open Asked twice for fan - never received one! No bin in en suite.Bulb not working in bedside light No pictures in room - bare walls! Carpet marked En-suite had damp smell….
Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the garden and location in the town.
Full Service Hotel. Breakfast first class Facilities very complete and nice Location very good
Everything as expected
Location and lay out was lovely, staff very friendly,
Breakfast was not hot enough for me and I found it went cold quick.

Room size
A good central quiet location.
Small but good & with the twin beds we booked. Plenty of milk & hot drink facilities.
Cleanliness of the rooms, attentive staff
Bed too small and I'm only 5ft 8!
Huge amount of character
Good location near lots of Cotswold villages. The hotel was in a quiet area but with local amenities close by if you needed it. Staff very attentive and helpful. The pudding club was very well run and we had a great time.
Our original room was very small, small double bed and extremely hot on our arrival. It was also in a noisy area. But this was sorted out very quickly by the reception staff and the room we ended up with was excellent.
Friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable room.
Wish there was an EV charger there.
Very good staff, nice breakfast
£30 extra per night for a dog is outrageous
Room was very comfortable with nice outlook over the garden
Nothing to dislike
Close to plenty of Cotswold attractions.
Must be plenty of wealth in the Cotswold area. Drinks prices were rediculous.
Mooie kamer met bad en mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten op een eigen plek. Lekkere ontbijtmogelijkheden in het hotel.
Quiet location, good bedroom for outdoor access as we had dogs with us.
Outdoor tables dirty and never wiped. Had to get and carry our own breakfast out to garden as not enough staff. No wine list even though website says there was. £30 per dog per night is far too expensive- double what we paid in Moreton on Marsh. Hotel had general unkept feel.
Lovely welcoming hotel with attentive, hard working staff. We did a last minute booking (literally the day before) and had the last available room. The room was a small double in the eaves and was thoughtfully furnished and comfortable. The restaurant was great and we were served at a table in the garden which was lovely. Would thoroughly recommend.
The breakfast was excellent both in value and offerings.
Nice spacious room overlooking the garden. Good location for accessing all the Cotswolds!
Location
Room very noisy as we can hear the kitchen fan extractor going on and off even though the kitchen was closed. After complaining we were transferred to another room in the middle of the night. Even that room was noisy as we can hear the people above us talking the whole night.
My husband and I had such a wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary! Lovely room and very accommodating for my dog. We had a ground floor room with some seating outside which was so perfect especially with our dog. The location was perfect with three pubs and some gorgeous walks within walking distance of the hotel. We had dinner in the lovely beer garden and the food for dinner and breakfast was fantastic! Thank you!
We had a few people mistaking our external hotel room door for a through route into the building so could possibly do with a little sign on the outside to make sure people know its not an entry point. Didn't impact our stay at all though - just a minor thing!
Age of building, destination
Hotel is lovely. We were in a bedroom on the top floor. Carpets on stairs and bedroom looked tired
Dinner & Breakfast were excellent, The room small and a little cramped but as only for one night sufficient but if a longer stay would have been disappointed, cleanliness was fairly good although the carpet was stained.

Fab hotel, fab location, fab staff, food and rooms
Personal preference is no pets policy.
Lovely to be able to get a drink and sit in the garden. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bedroom.
Bed a bit soft for us but still slept well.
Great location and very quiet, clean and tidy, great outside space. Evening meal was cooked to perfection.
Corridor and communal areas looked very tired, stair carpet and bathroom required attention. Staff were pleasant but a smile wouldn’t be missed. Sunday breakfast was a total ‘faulty towers’ moment. Waited over 10 minutes for hot plate to be replenished however didn’t even come out together. No one took responsibility hence it was a mess. Disappointed that there wasn’t any change in the small menus for evening meal.
Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
The cooked breakfast items were slow to be refilled.
Just perfect. Lovely hotel in a great location that serves delicious food by fantastic staff.
Nothing
Great site in a most pleasant village. Comfortable rooms and bathroom facilities clean and in good working order. Staff helpful and cheerful, especially the breakfast service. Very good range of breakfast choices and the cooked options freshly done, well presented and tasty.
Everything fine
Breakfast always delicious and plenty of choice
A bit of a musty smell in the room
Great food, nice little touches such as bathrobes, coffee machine in room, air con
Nothing to dislike
We love the ambiance, the history and the themed rooms. We always receive a warm welcome and find the staff helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent location for visiting gardens.
Great staff, clean with well equipped room
Nothing
The hotel was very nice although could do with a freshen up in some areas. Rooms were comfy and clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff were courteous and polite. Sally who works in the dining room was exceptional, very friendly, helpful and a fountain of knowledge about the local area, she really made our stay wonderful. The breakfast also very nice and a great selection. The only gripe we had was in the beer gardens. The tables were very dirty and sticky and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. Apart from that it was a very pleasant stay and we definitely will return.

Breakfast was ok. Sunday buffet style but Monday was made to order but they forgot to take mine!!!
The hotel is tired and needs an overhaul. Staff are very good.
It was in a great position and the garden was lovely to sit in and enjoy the evening. Our room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Good breakfast included which was great.
Our room and some of the other areas in the hotel need a freshen up as there was Staines on the walls and carpets. Also the air conditioning in our room leaked water down the wall and you could hear it dripping at night.
Situation in the village
Not good value for what we paid
La posizione, buona la colazione, accogliente la location
La doccia poco comoda
服务态度特别好!离火车站、景点都很近
Lovely old hotel in Mickleton.
We stayed here during the hot weather in July and had an attic room which was really hot & hard to sleep even with a fan
Rooms are fun and a beautiful building
No air con and not even a fan - it was very hot
The breakfast was delicious!
Good room with private garden area. Lovely staff.
No negative feedback
The restaurant was very good, with a good selection for both breakfast and dinner. Staff were efficient and friendly. Good was of good quality and well presented.
Road outside the hotel did get quite busy at times.
Good selection
Room very hot, unable to initially open the window. Helpful staff though. In need of a serious redecoration
Lovely comfortable air conditioned room.
Nothing!

Quiet area with easy access to places of interest
Slightly expensive for food & drink
Sauberkeit im Zimmer, Bad und Restaurant
I liked the hotel, the staff were friendly and the room was cozy.
My bathroom hadn't been cleaned, someone left a #2 in the toilet and there was hair in the bathtub. The toilet seat was dirty too. I ended up cleaning everything myself, I was just so grossed out.
Great place and great staff
All was goid
Our room was large with coffee/tea making and bottle water. The room was in the front of the building but very quiet during the night. Breakfast was excellent. Hot buffet breakfast was continuously topped up with freshly cooked items such as fried eggs, sausages, bacon. There was a wedding party while we were there but we were still able to park in the hotel car park. Will definitely return.
Left our window slightly open while we were out during the day and came back to discover the room smelt of cigarette smoke from people who had been smoking at the tables below. Mattress was slightly hard.
Really friendly and helpful staff, always ready to stop and chat. Room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the garden albeit through a velux roof light! Bar had a good range of drinks. The restaurant menu was very good and the Thursday special of Fish and Chips for 2 with a bottle of wine was very good value. Breakfast was more than enough for our needs. Lovely to have a coffee maker in our room. Parking onsite was very welcome.
The bar ran out of Butty Bach beer!
We had a nice dinner in the restaurant on the evening that we arrived on. I didn't have the breakfast the following morning, but there was breakfast provided first thing for guests. The room was also very nice, and had everything we needed for our stay
Nothing, it was all decent and met our expectations and more
Location was good but small car park meant only alternative was on street parking, quiet road though.
Room was tired but generous size. Paint work in ensuite and bedroom carpets are due a refresh. Shower tray did not drain effectively.
Clean and comfortable

Location and staff
The breakfast was excellent. Great variety of hot and cold food.
No A/C for some of the hottest days in England.
Historic hotel in quiet village, with character. Breakfast included in the price. Lovely garden with plenty of places to sit in the shade. Happy Hour in the bar was actually an hour and a half. Reception staff were helpful and obliging.
The wait staff in the dining room were inexperienced and inattentive. I ordered a starter as a main but it was delivered well before my husband's food, and I was asked to select a dessert - again, before my husband received his meal. The carpet in the dining room was a disgrace, as were the doors.
To be fair it does need updating but there is something so quaint and a good location for places to visit
Just needs a upgrade
Lovely garden to enjoy a drink and fabulous breakfast Really friendly staff, especially Sally
Hard to find fault
Food was fantastic of a very high quality. We had an evening meal on the two nights we stayed there. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly…nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely be happy to return.
Location and friendly staff
A little bit run down. Caulking came off the tile work and ended up in the bathtub
Excellent stay with our dog
Nothing
Location and a nice old looking building
The bathroom tub. Risky to take a shower. No hanrails for a slippery tub
Beautiful building and lovely beer garden. It was great having a small private patio to use from the bedroom. Being able to leave the door open in the hot weather was great.
Parts of the building were in need of a bit of love and attention. Some of the paintwork was looking a little tired. The private patio needs a good weeding.
Location is good, bed comfy, fan in room helpful and needed. Good water pressure. WiFi fast. Easy check in and out. Decent breakfast but more healthy options would be welcome. Nice and quiet.
Room was very tired and carpet worn, vaulted ceilings meant you need to stoop a lot but it is an old building. Boiling hot on second floor. It was fine for a couple of nights in the area but hard to recommend strongly at the price for the size of the room. Actually, the thing that made me most annoyed of all was the coffee at breakfast. It was absolutely revolting, i was almost offended to be served it.
Location.
Bed uncomfortable. Aircon noisy. Evening meal poor value for money. Breakfast very limited choice.
Good location for a trip to Hidcote NT. Nice sunny garden. Friendly staff & nice puddings.
Very tired property. Very small rooms. Uncomfortable bar area.
The welcome was exceptionally good. The food was excellent.
Nothing!!
Perfectly located near the natural reserve. It’s a 20 minute ride to the trailhead to hike to Pen Y Fan. The pub serves delicious food, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to talk to. Their hospitality was definitely a highlight of the experience.
Our room was quite small located in a building that felt more like a motel than a hotel. The accommodations were very basic, and the room became uncomfortably hot in the afternoon. Considering the price, we did not feel it offered good value.
Well located in the central Costwolds; staff splendid and a very good breakfast.
Decor a little tired
Good location, friendly staff. Booked a small room but it was well equipped with en suite.
Bedroom was in the eavesso may noy suit tall people.
Good location
Feels quite outdated and could do with a refurb.
Loved the themed room on the ground floor.
Breakfast could have had more variety
Everything was good, very friendly staff
Nothing
The staff were very pleasant especially the breakfast staff. The food was good
The room we were allocated had threadbare carpets. There was no atmosphere in the bar and the lounge was dark and never occupied by any guests. The price of drinks was extortionate and we were told there was no charge for blackcurrant and soda in the bar but was then charged £4.50 for the same thing in the restaurant. Insufficient staff bar mainly left unmanned or bar person was doing more than 1 role
Nothing
I booked this for my son and his wife. We were in the area for a family wedding. They saw 2 rooms and both were extremely dirty. There was hair all over the bed sheets in both rooms. On the plus side they refunded the money quickly. It was so dirty that they could not stay there and moved to another hotel. As this was so last minute this hotel was much more expensive but my son said was worth it just to get out of this hotel
Pleasant hotel with friendly staff in a small village setting. It includes a pub and good restaurant. Not much else nearby in the way of restaurants, shopping or attractions. There are a wide variety of rooms and suites, some (like ours) are small, but we were advised of this in booking, and room size was reflected in a comparably reasonable price. Booking included an excellent breakfast and free parking at no extra charge. If you're looking to explore the Cotswolds from a rural base, this is a great choice.
Lovely staff, very welcomimg and helpful
The.room was clean, sufficiently spaciious and reasonably furnished. The.reception staff were friendly and welcoming Adequate parking
Corridors and bar were tired and in parts even shabby In general not of a standard which I'd have expected for a charge of almost £200 for the night
Food was exceptional! Especially the breakfast. Everyone was kind and helpful.
Nothing!
Location, hotel itself and the grounds.
Specials, fish and chips night and wine specials all gone. Having paid £40 for the 2 nights for the dog , I had to ask For the dog pack, which arrived with a wet towel in it , no treats, no poo bags, the wet towel caused the whole pack to smell. This was our 3rd stay at the Three ways hotel and a big disappointment from the earlier visits which were excellent.
Friendly staff especially Sally overall very happy.
Na
We found the hotel full of character and most enjoyable.
Nothing
All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food of a high standard yet not overpriced. Location good and good value.
Odd bits of paintwork need touching up. Being picky.
