I stayed for almost a week for work, and chose it mostly because of the location and value for money. I made the right choice in those respects. The location is literally in front of the Legazpi park, which feels very safe and secured, and you cna walk/jog around the park until late. There is a 24/7 7-11 convenience store just downstairs and many restaurants in walking distance. I booked through booking.com inclusive of breakfast, and you get a breakfast token to the restaurant next door (Nono's), so it's not a buffet breakfast, but a nice menu you can choose from, either coffee/ice tea and pastries, or traditional Filipino rice dishes (beef tapa, longanisa, etc), or avocado toast. Yummy and decent size. I had a small studio room with a double bed. If you prefer light rooms, I recommend requesting a room that is not facing the nearby building, as mine was on the dark side (which was fine as I was out during daylight hours). A couple of small issues as others have mentioned, e.g. small leaks/maintenance issues, but it was nice to have a kettle, and also microwave and small electric cooker and fridge with basic cooking utensils. Toiletries available and drinking water replenished every day, which was a nice touch. Very clean also, I must say! I had a good experience with the staff, quite friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in town as it's very good value for money.

I used the gym but not the pool, and for the price I was pleased to have both available. The gym is quite basic and some of the machines not really workking, and yes the hours are a bit restrictive, I wish they opened earlier (sure, 7am might be early for some though, but I would have personally appreciated 5am/6am opening).

Location is good. There’s a Sunday market right across with lots of food and stuff being sold. Near Greenbelt Mall. Lots of restos and convenience stores nearby. Staff/guards/maintenance are helpful and courteous.

The property is in a great location. Staff is awesome.

Property is getting old and maintenance is soso Couple of concerns in the studio i stayed in. There is a lack of AC cover. There is only one AC in the studio, its in the living room. That AC isnt very strong so it takes hours to cool the place. It also points away from the bed area meaning it isn't really cooled down. Prepare for a very hot night. No TV channels in my unit (don't watch much but still...). Lack of utensils, corkscrew, can opener etc not provided

An excellent hotel in a great location in the heart of Makati, opposite the Legazspi park. The hotel is surrounded by excellent cafes, restaurants with the Greenbelt Mall being a short walk. Excellent rooms, facitilites and professional staff. Highly recommened!

Location and laid back atmosphere. Walking distance to a mall. Outside the building there’s a park where you can check out the weekend market. Staff are courteous and attentive. There’s a bank, 24hr convenience store and nail salon next to the building. Area is quiter.

This is my second stay at this facility. 1st room I booked is newer and cleaner. Room where i stayed at recently appears old and a little bit dusty. Needs some touch up.

Lage in Makati ist super. Schnell vom Flughafen zu erreichen, an einem Park gelegen. Green Belt Mall in der Nähe. Das Frühstück für Hotelgäste im Bistro nebenan war super.

Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Möbel auf dem Balkon.

The room was very basic, quite small and only had one chair.

Henkilökunta oli todella, todella ystävällistä ja huone sekä wc oli siistit. Aamupala oli viereisessä kahvilassa, josta pystyi valitsemaan listalta aamupalasetin. Vaihtoehtoja oli useita ja varmasti jokaiseen makuun.

Valitettavasti huoneessani oli "parisen" ötökkää, ja ilmeisesti rakennuksessa on/oli suoritettu jonkin asteista turholaistorjuntaa. (Mutta tätähän matkailu on, ötököitä ei siis ollut mitenkään häiriöksi asti.)

Gute Lage, Balkon zwar klein, aber kann zum Rauchen auf Wunsch geöffnet werden.

Some of the pipes are quite noisy (my neighbours’ in this case so every time they opened the tap or the shower was very noisy. I paid a massage and the lady told me it would be better an hour, I commented that with front desk even the lady herself and because it was paid in advanced i could not adjust the time even it was paid in cash. The room has no kitchen paper or tissous. Being an appartment with kitchen and stuff, my observation is that It must to be included. There is rioom For improvement

Pool is large and clean Sauna is nice and working

Accessible to essential malls, offices and airport Staff were very helpful and polite

Although we were not able to use the pool due to time constraints, we would have loved to see what it's like

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, well-equipped, lovely shower and located next to two gorgeous wellbeing parks. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was very tasty.

The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and did interrupt our sleep. The staff in the attached restaurant for breakfast were not friendly; we produced the vouchers given to us by the reception team, and on each occasion, the restaurant staff were condescending.

Завтраки достаточно простые - выбор по меню из нескольких наборов. Либо яйца либо вафли. Не очень понравилось, доплачивать за за дополнительную наволочку, одеяло и подушку и тд

Lack of security screening at the lobby is concerning, as visitors enter without proper checks. The air-conditioning units are old and ineffective, and the Wi-Fi is very poor—slow and unreliable. These issues seriously impact comfort and safety.

Good location nice and friendly staff

Room was very small and uncomfortable. The WiFi service did not work the last three days we were there.

Lokalizacja i to, że pokój ma aneks kuchenny, ale nie do zapomnienia jest też widok. Mieszkałam na 24. Piętrze. Basen był do naszej dyspozycji, chyba nikt z niego nie korzysta.

Budynek już ma kilka lat, przydałoby się odświeżenie. Zdjęcia są fajne, bo nie widać szczegółów, ale potem widzisz niedoczyszczane dłużej zakamarki i jest mniej przyjemnie. Trochę słychać sąsiadów i odgłosy z korytarza.

The AC was very very loud and that made the room quite uncomfortable to work in and to get a proper night sleep. The building itself has seen better days and elevators etc are getting a bit worn. Would also pick a larger studio next time as a kitchen without dining table is not that useful.

Excellent location, nice lobby and entrance

First room assigned to on the 18th floor had a poor smell but worse construction work started the next morning in a residence a floor above and made it impossible to rest after a night flight

We stayed here since it was in close proximity to a venue event we were attending. The room was very large with a useable kitchen, with a nice size refrigerator. The bed was large and comfortable. Their pool and sauna were great to use after traveling to Manila. If you choose the breakfast option, you have a choice of room service or eat in the local restaurant, we choose room service. The breakfast was great both days. I'd stay here again in the future.
