Our room faced the street and we could hear people when we went to bed (Lisbon stays up later than we do!). We could also hear the front door to the property slam every time someone came or went.

Kattohuoneiston matalat kohdat ovat vaikeita pitkille ihmisille. Siisteydessä olisi voinut hieman petrata. Osa henkilökunnasta ei ollut helposti lähestyttävää. Alakerran ravintolassa, jossa aamupala tarjolla, henkilökunta ei ollut kovin ystävällistä.

It didn’t have laundry facilities in the apartment but there was a place across the street where things could get cleaned. For most people this isn’t a big thing but we had been travelling for a while and needed to clean some things

De kamer was echt prachtig ( nr 1) zeker een 10 op 10. Helaas was deze boven het restaurant gelegen en was er veel lawaai tot een stuk in de nacht, en de volgende morgen was het personeel er terug om alles klaar te zetten voor het ontbijt... terug veel borden en bestek gekletter... Het ontbijt was een domper op het verblijf. je moest een blad invullen waar enkel de basis gratis was. Alles was bij te betalen, een tweede broodje, een tas koffie en zelfs een tweede eitje ( 5 euro!!!). Als je een grote appetijt hebt kan dat u serieus wat kosten.

The hosts were incredibly gracious, accommodating, and knowledgeable, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The café food was absolutely delicious and an added highlight. A fantastic experience all around—we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

It’s not that I disliked anything, but if I had to mention one thing, breakfast was good, though it would be even better if they could start serving it a little earlier.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026It’s a very beautifully design apartment at a great location. Owners are very hospitable and know a great deal about gastronomy and local restaurants.
Everything was truly exceptional and would come back again. For those who look for extreme quietness, I was staying on the first floor street side. It can be noisy at night, and I believe this is only the case for this specific apartment. To me this was not a problem at all, however, if you’re a very light sleeper bring earplugs or ask for another room.

Ensuite la chambre était parfaitement bien décorée, propre et très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner compris à prendre dans le restaurant en bas de l’hôtel était excellent avec beaucoup de choix et copieux ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour nous y reviendrons
Le seul bémol que l’on peut attribuer à l’établissement est le bruit du parquet qui travaille et qui peut surprendre. Cela rentre dans le choix d’un hôtel avec du cachet !

Its location is unbeatable—within walking distance of the city’s main sights and just a short distance from public transport. Breakfast is served in the street-level restaurant; it is generous and of excellent quality. Luis and the rest of the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. An excellent choice in Lisbon—we will definitely be back

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026splendido appartamento, le foto non sono sufficienti a spiegare la bellezza del luogo, curati nei minimi particolari, con un costo complessivamente inferiore al valore del soggiorno. vicino al centro ma leggermente fuori dal caos, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici e volendo per chi come noi si sposta in auto con un ampio parcheggio privato (non legato alla struttura) a poca distanza dagli appartamenti. consigliatissimo!

Direkt vor unserem Zimmer war eine Bar, in der auch gefrühstückt wird, die lange laute Musik gespielt hat, sodass man abends schlecht schlafen konnte.

可能是一个OLD OFFICE改造的，电灯开关设计非常不合理，床头没有任何开关灯和充电的地方。床头灯的开关要下床到大门口或者卫生间门口才行，而且第二天还有个床头灯坏了。另外，淋浴头不能调整方向，非常不好用。

very small shower cubicle, specially in comparison to the rest of the studio it seems odd. the shower head was broken. also strange sink, the gap between the tap and the sink was oddly small, so it wasn‘t easy to wash the face.

Przestronny, pięknie urządzony apartament a do tego uśmiechnięty od ucha do ucha właściciel, który przez cały dzień dbał o nasze najlepsze samopoczucie! Nie dość, ze czekał na nas z lampką pysznego rose z własnej produkcji to jeszcze powitał nas po chwili w swojej restauracji na dole z genialnym bacalao i wołowiną! MEGA POLECAMY!! ❤️

Room 1 was very noisy until at least midnight. The speakers for the bar downstairs were directly in front of the room window. The breakfast was particularly poor. Everything came out of the kitchen was on one plate regardless of whether it was sweet or savoury.

This was unfortunately our last night in Lisbon and we would have loved to have stayed at this spot longer! I had no idea we saved the best for last.

It was the most hygienic facilities I have ever noticed and I am a snob. Attention to detail even the lovely crockery the woodwork the way it’s painted everything is just very attractive and made the stay all the better.

Despite booking loft with terrace we got a room on a middle floor with no balcony and could hear people walking on our head. Personnel lied that they upgraded us … but in reality the room they have is 40 euros cheaper on booking than the loft.

Os preços dos vinhos, refrigerantes, água etc. Completamente fora do preço do mercado. Um tanto complicado para estacionar, melhor pesquisar antes para não ter surpresa desagradável. Mercado da Ribeira tem preço melhor do que os estacionamentos próximos, inclusive algumas laterias de graça. Se cobra de 09:00 às 01:00 da manhã. São apenas 8 horas com estacionamento 🅿️ free na rua.
