The walls were dirty and the bed mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Luckily the host brought a blanket to cushion the mattress.

Vanwege gebrek aan privacy moet je de gordijnen sluiten. Er is maar 1 soort: verduisterend, dus is het donker. Vlekkerig tapijt in slaapkamer Vliegjes in de keuken

Sehr hellhörig, Türen gehen nicht zu im Bad, was ein Drama war mit vier Personen nur ein Badezimmer. Service hat uns auch im stich gelassen. Wollten das Problem lösen haben aber nix gemacht mit der Tür.

Die Lage war sehr gut und alles sehr komfortabel. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Abends etwas laut, ist aber der Lage geschuldet. Da das Bad keine externe Belüftung hatte, gab es Feuchtigkeitsspuren.

La posizione silenziosa e centrale, L'alloggio accogliente, pulito e provvisto di tutto il necessario.

L'apartament és molt ampli i disposa de tot el necessari per passar-hi una setmana. Cuina ben equipada amb els estris corresponents. El bany i l'habitació força grans. Tot i no haver-hi personal per fer el check-in i el check out, les instruccions van ser molt clares, i la comunicació per correu va ser molt fàcil durant l'estada. Sistema d'entrada i sortida dels apartaments molt segur. És un edifici amb tot d'apartaments de diferents agències.Hi ha recepcionistes de l'edifici però no dels apartaments. Està ubicat en un entorn molt ben comunicat per anar a qualsevol punt de Lisboa o els seus entorns: trens, tramvies, fèrries i busos tenen parada a uns 10 minuts caminant de l'apartament. Al seu voltant hi ha restaurants, forns supermercats i un mercat. I a la terrassa hi ha un bar- restaurant amb una vista increïble. Les fotografies donen crèdit del què és l'apartament. Totalment recomanable. A més, el darrer dia vam poder fer el check-out més tard i per tant, vam poder deixar les maletes a l'apartament fins el darrer moment.

Bellezza dell'edificio, posizione ottimale e servizi intorno. Pulizia e organizzazione interna dell'appartamento. Gentilezza e prontezza di comunicazione con gli host.

Unico bagno funzionante ma maleodorante purtroppo forse a causa di una problematica idraulica. I materassi non propriamente comodi, specialmente il divano letto molto rumoroso.

La camera per quanto fosse pulita è risultata rovinata, in particolare le pareti in cartongesso. Il bagno ha bisogno di manutenzione. Porta carta igienica staccato. Il lavandino é piccolissimo nonostante lo spazio disponibile. Anche la rubinetteria richiede manutenzione. Il bidet si sta staccando dal muro. Attrezzature per le pulizie lasciate nella stanza vicino alla cucina.

Emplacement stratégique pour se déplacer un peu partout. Bonne insonorisation de l'appartement.

Fournitures insuffisantes : Le papier toilette et les sacs poubelle fournis étaient insuffisants pour un séjour d'une semaine pour une famille de cinq personnes, ce qui nous a obligés à acheter les nôtres. De plus, le gel douche n'a pas été réapprovisionné lors de l'apport de serviettes propres, et nous en sommes venus à manquer. ​Piqûres d'insectes : J'ai souffert de réactions allergiques cutanées sévères, notamment des cloques et des boutons, causées par des piqûres d'insectes subies dans l'appartement. ​Problèmes d'entretien : Le tuyau de la douche fuiyait. Plus grave encore, la chasse d'eau des toilettes a cessé de fonctionner dimanche soir. Lorsque mon mari l'a signalé à la réception, on lui a dit de contacter directement Finestay. ​Changement de serviettes trop rare : Obtenir un changement de serviettes seulement le samedi après être arrivés le lundi est inacceptable, en particulier compte tenu de la forte chaleur (qui nécessite de prendre plus de douches).

A TV nao funcionava. A imagem fica colada ou bloqueada. Os quartos refrigeram pouco.

מיקום מאוד מרכזי. ממש במרכז העיר, קרוב לרחוב הורוד ומרחק הליכה מתחנת המטרו והרכבת. החדרים היו מאוד מרווחים ונקיים ולא היה חסר בהם כלום. השרות היה אדיב מאוד והסכים לנו לעשות צ'ק אוטומטי מאוחר בגלל שהטיסה שלנו הייתה בלילה. מאוד מומלץ!

Desayuno muy completo y buena ubicación.

Sofá cama poco cómodo y faltaban toalleros en el baño para toallas húmedas, teniendo en cuenta que éramos cuatro.

Excellent location. Fantastic size of apartment. Good bedroom storage and powerful air con. Key card entry to lifts doors etc so very secure. Close to great restaurants, water, transportation etc. Rooftop bar also in complex

Property could do with some slight maintenance. Nothing major just maybe a lick of paint, mew matresses, shave the bottom of door to stop it rubbing on floor, add a shelf to bathroom for storage. All minor details. Providing enough towels also for number of days visit would also be beneficial. Would stay again regardless

De centrale ligging

Dat de badkamer een renovatie nodig heeft: vieze kitranden, aangetaste deuren en panelen door vocht. De deur is uitgezet en maakt veel herrie met openen en sluiten. Het beddengoed is niet goed op maat: te klein. Het gaat daardoor iedere keer los.

Piękny, duży apartament, szybki internet, świetna lokalizacja w centrum, blisko restauracje i stacja metro, kolejka, tramwaje. Na dachu bar. Jasne instrukcje od gospodarza jak się zameldować, jak wymeldować. Na śniadanie warto przejść do Senzi: brunch•coffee•matcha lub pobliski Time Out Market Lisboa albo wspiąć się po schodach do śniadaniowni: Breakfast Lovers Misericórdia lub Lisbon Breakfast na ulicy Calçada do Combro

Mało gniazdek do ładowania sprzętów, ciemno - jest tylko kilka punktów świetlnych. Korytarze w budynku wyglądają jak w hali magazynowej - projektant się nie wysilił. Łazienka mikro ze słabym oświetleniem. Gospodarz nie dba o apartament: drzwi lodówki trą o podłogę, lodówka słabo chłodzi, łazienka horror: drzwi podrapane napuchnięte, grzyb pod prysznicem, zatkany odpływ umywalki, rozwalający się stojak na ręczniki.

Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete zentrale Lage, ist trotzdem nicht zu laut, geräumig und modern eingerichtet.

Angesichts des Preises hätten wir etwas mehr von der Einrichtung insbesondere der Küche und des Bades erwartet.

De muren kunnen een likje verf kunnen gebruiken Badkamer 1 spot = te weinig verlichting. Douche drupt aan de zijkant en het glas is tekort. Flikkerend licht in de keuken Tapijten waren vies. Als je deze legt, moeten ze echt wel proper zijn. Er hingen vieze vlekken in de gordijnen ( Persoonlijk waren de bedden te hard) Het appartement mag wel eens geüpdate worden

It was perfectly situated in a lively area - yet no noise issue at night - with bars, shops and restaurants all around, very close to the train station and equidistant from the riverside Belém area and the old town. The apartment was really spacious, clean, comfortable and brilliantly equipped. We requested an early check in and the management were very helpful in accommodating us. We would definitely return!

Nothing - internal lighting could have been a bit brighter? Honestly it was lovely.

Apartment 328 Shower grouting needs filling to make look tidy. Freezer not available Fridge door and bathroom door grinds on floor. No microwave or washing machine Only two coffee pods supplied for a 3 night stay.

The property is enormous and has a kitchen as well as an insane amount of storage space. Nice location near the metro and local trains. Equipped kitchen (but I didn't use it so not sure how much it has or hasn't). Shower had good pressure.

When I arrived there was no power in the building so it was not possible to access internet and contact the property - but this is not their fault. Could not control air conditioning and it was a little too intense for me. I also had insect bites over night which can happen in summer in any place, but a little insect repellant strip would probably reduce that from happening. Mattress was really hard - some people do like that but I guess something more mid-range would be more universally acceptable.

Location is great, modern apartment with the basics. Aircon and lift.

Our room was facing the courtyard and it was noisy from the restaurants. It is a little dark and also needs some fixing up. Kitchen was very small so not great for cooking in.

Odadan çok bir ev kadar geniş diyebilirim. Time out market'e ve süpermarkete yakın olması harika.

Odaya hizmet almak imkansız. Oda temizliği ya da havlu değişimi gibi hizmetler nasıl ulaşacağınız muamma (galiba üçüncü gün havlular değişiyor ama temizlik hiç yok) Kahvaltı küçük bir kutuda dağıtılıyor ve dağıtıldığı sırada odada değilseniz kaçırmış oluyorsunuz.

The host was not prompt enough in replying also few info which is useful as tourist was missing though there is a concierge of 5 star avl at the ground floor which was the closest

Great location! Close to metro and train. Many good little restaurants in and near the building. Walking distance to many sites and beautiful little park across the street…not to mention the famous “Timeout Market”. Courtyard and rooftop bar very nice too!

Bathroom door was a little sticky along the bottom.

Nothing. It was an apartment with all you need in it. Could not find fault.

La posizione, la grandezza dell appartamento e il suo comfort, doccia gigante e bagno altrettanto spazioso. Tanti armadi e poltrone. Facilità del check in e check out. Centrale e ben collegato con ogni attrazione. La movida è a 10 Min a piedi.

Avrei gradito una pulizia più approfondita, ma niente di particolarmente grave

location, the size of the rooms, the big bathroom and the comfort. They never sent me an email or text with the instructions on how to get a key. We had to call in, fortunately the call was answered and instructions were given on where to find the lockbox in the reception area and how to get the keys.

They left the mops and brooms in a corner in the kitchen, not too attractive. We had 3 people and booked for 2 nights but there were only 2 coffee pods, not enough for the 1st night and none for the 2nd. The bathroom needs a shelf or a counter to put things on, it was a big sink but nowhere to put your toiletry bags for 3 people. MOST AWFUL HALLWAY EVER! EVERYTHING WAS TAN WITH A DULL GRAY CARPET FLOORING. SERIOUSLY?? Also each floor had the exact same table with accessories so that was confusing if you got off on the wrong floor.

Images of room displayed on website was not room provided. Large pillar in middle of lounge makes for odd layout. Curtain fell out of wall so had no privacy in bedroom. Wear and tear on walls and doors. Shower has some fungus on silicone seal. No dishcloth provided for drying dishes. Decor was cracked and felt cheap.

It was close to tourist area

It was not clean. The bed sheets were dirty and had marka on them and towels were not good. Moulds inside bathroom. Dishes were not clean. No salt and pepper in the property

The location was great and the common areas of the building were well maintained.

Our room could have been more well maintained. There were scuff marks on the walls, a tear in one of the living room chairs and the towels were frayed.

You are paying for the location. It was located in a great neighborhood near Time Out Market.

The apartment needs some fixing. The bathroom was clean but the shower was black with mold. The water return was broken. The bathroom door needed to be repaired. The bathroom needed to be painted. The Living Room rug was stained.

We like the location and that we could go to the rooftop bar.

Reception staff were curt and not very helpful. In addition, lack of mirrors and counter space in the bathroom for the number of bedrooms made it challenging for getting ready to go out.

This apartment is fantastic. It is very clean very comfortable and the location is perfect. Timeout is right under the apartment building and the area is so safe. Every thing you need is in a waking distance. The check in is very easy and staff are helpful

The apartment didn’t have a washing machine and the elevator broke on us

The apartment was spacious, very modern, and well designed. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms. Apart from that, everything else was very good.

Gostamos do espaço do apartamento que é grande e confortável, as toalhas de banho e a ótima localização. Tem guarda-roupa espaçoso para nossas malas e roupas, o apartamento é moderno e as camas confortáveis. O chuveiro é quentinho e as toalhas de banho brancas grossas e macias. Não cozinhamos no apartamento, mas utilizamos alguns utensílios para um fazer um lanche. Fomos na Primavera, o apartamento recebia sol e brisa pelas janelas, mantenho o ambiente confortável. Não tivemos problemas então não acionamos o anfitrião, entretanto o contato era direto pelo whatssap. Recomendamos tomar café da manhã na Pastelaria popular da bica, que fica 150 m, próximo dalí. A localização é o ponto forte. No rooftop tem um restaurante/bar, o Java, com linda vista, vale a pena conhecer no por do sol.

Faltou espaço para pendurar e secar as toalhas de banho dentro do banheiro principalmente. Sentimos falta de espelho nos quartos. E na cozinha, falta iluminação para utilizar a pia a noite, talvez uma fita de led resolveria. Como o box do chuveiro não tem porta, sentimos que fica um pouco mais frio

Location near Central transport hub. 8 Building was well run and security was good. Breakfast delivery was good and reliable.

Various maintenance issues were poor. Fridge door dragged on floor so was difficult to open. Impossible to access freezer compartment as couldn't open fridge door fully. Power supply tripped when we tried to use oven to cook a pizza. Bathroom door also dragged on floor so only opened half way. Very noisy air conditioning blowing directly onto bed. Ultra firm bed.

Sehr großes schönes Apartment.

Leider hat das mit dem angebotenen Frühstück Service direkt ans Zimmer nicht geklappt. Es hätte zwischen 8:00 und 9:00 Uhr kommen sollen, ist leider nicht gekommen. Man möchte dann ja etwas unternehmen und nicht so lange warten. Deshalb ist es nicht empfehlenswert dies dazu zu buchen.

Die zentrale Lage, das unproblematische Einchecken

Die Unterkunft ist verkommen. Die Badezimmertür ist eingetreten, in der Dusche befindet sich Schimmel. Es gibt keine einzige Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad, weder Haken noch Regal oder ähnliches. Im Schlafzimmer klebten noch tote Mücken an der Wand. Auch im Eingangsbereich keine Möglichkeit, Jacken aufzuhängen. Der Kühlschrank innen nässt die ganze Zeit. Das Kücheninventar ist minimalistisch, so gibt es ein Weißwein-, ein Rotweinglas, keine Eierbecher, keine kleinen Gläser, keine Teekanne. Die Töpfe sind nicht brauchbar. Es herrscht die ganze Nacht Lärm von außen, aber das war bei der Lage zu erwarten.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Wir haben mit 5 Betten gerechnet und es gab 4 Betten und ein Schlafsofa. Die Betten waren unbequem. Man hat alle Geräusche von der Straße mitbekommen und an Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

De kamers voelen wel 'n beetje opgesloten omdat het een ontzettend groot hotel is.

Location and the appartment are fabulous! Very cosy, spaceous, well equiped. Fantastic starting pointi for exploring Lisbon. There is a fantastic food market just next to the building, open for lunch and dinner so you can have local delicies any time you want. Very good transportatin connections, also for tram 28.

The pull-out sofa in the living room could have been more comfortable. It was slightly uncomfortable for two older children, but otherwise there was enough space.
