Spacious and comfortable rooms highly praised.

Rooms are spacious with large windows (good for claustrophobic guests) but are dated for some guests; reports of cockroaches, mould, soft/worn pillows and missing kitchenware lower the score.

Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and large bathrooms (some with bathtubs), but there are signs of aging (small TVs, broken reading light, dated fixtures).

Multiple reviews report cockroaches, mould in shower curtains, worn towels and old comforters — cleanliness is inconsistent and lowers the score despite some guests noting generally clean room ambiance.

Mixed signals: some guests called rooms spacious and clean, but multiple mentions of aging fixtures (mirror black spots) and visible wear suggest below-average upkeep.

Good location close to amenities, easy access mentioned.

Very strong: repeatedly cited as central and directly opposite SM Megamall and convenient for government offices and shopping — a key strength.

Highly convenient location (noted as right across The Podium mall) and frequently mentioned as a strong positive.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, good service noted.

Staff repeatedly praised: accommodating front desk, helpful bellboys (named Elmark and Rey) and generally 'amazing' service noted by several guests.

Breakfast noted as having a good selection and guests appreciated celebratory treats; mixed note that free breakfast may no longer be included for some bookings.

Some amenities like the pool could be improved.

Mixed: facilities and pool are positive but pool location, elevator reliability (long waits) and missing kitchen items/AC in corridors were flagged; overall amenities are serviceable but inconsistent.

Good points: kitchen amenities, decent breakfast selection, generally fast internet. Negatives: no Smart TV/Netflix, unsecured WiFi and some maintenance issues with bathroom fittings.

Good value based on overall experience in relation to cost.

Convenient location and room size add value, but extra charge/refund issues and dated/unclean elements reduce perceived value for some guests.
