There was a laundry delivery at 6am and lorry parked outside my window woke me up and no more sleep possible

No frills but clean and comfortable perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay. The breakfast selection was very reasonable and the hot food was hot not luke warm.

Value for money is off the scale! Room very comfy and clean.

Location - there is a fair amount of noise from the bin collection area in the morning- maybe upgrade the windows on the first floor to provide more sound insulation. My room was 108 - facing the back of the hotel. Not a major issue, just a little annoying.

Our room was located on the first floor, adjacent to the refuse collection area. Consequently, we experienced significant noise disturbances from 5:00 AM onwards due to bin emptying and deliveries. Despite the apparent low occupancy of the hotel, our room assignment was less than ideal, compounded by a window that did not properly seal, further exacerbating the noise levels.

Everyone was very helpful. One young lady particularly stood out going the extra mile, thank you Eiyesia for making our stay enjoyable. Couple that with a comfortable bed and an amazing shower, both my wife and I enjoyed the mini break.

The disabled parking bay outside the hotel, two nights I had to park in the bay next to the fruit tree. The branches were overhanging the bay and made it difficult to get out of my carr. Perhaps the tree could be cut back? As this was the last disabled bay I had no choice but to park In that space..

There was no air conditioning the room was so hot and uncomfortable . Windows hardly opened had a terrible sleep very poor sleep

Staff was helpful. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable and facilities were great. We checked in a little later and to our surprise there was a McDonalds and Wendy’s over the road for us to get something to eat.

We paid for early booking as had a funeral. The room smelt terrible of smoke and as non smokers couldn’t change there so left immediately and went to a friends house to change.

The smell of smoke, the threadbare carpet and the bed was so hard it felt like lying on concrete. Have been staying there for 30 years and it was the worse night ever.

Friendly efficient welcome. Good shower Easy parking. Good access for motorway and overnight stop. The room was in quiet corridor ( inside!)

Didn't find the bed overly comfortable. The wooden units could have been a bit cleaner in the bedside units. People talking loudly late at night, while smoking outside at table ( we were in 226)

No sockets anywhere around the bed area for using apnoea machine. Tiles on bathroom floor all cracked & sharp near shower entrance. Handle on window fell off when I opened it & just missed another customer below ( we were on second floor ). No fan in room.

The room was perfect for what we needed, comfortable beds and nice and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the whole atmosphere was very relaxed. Excellent value for money too. Located just off the M1 and easy to find. Perfect. Would stay again

Clean room, very helpful and friendly staff. A perfectly acceptable hotel albeit a little tired and in need of a refresh. The lift was a bit creaky and buttons temperamental so maybe not suitable for those afraid of lifts!

Bed ok just a bit on the hard side for me personally.

Very dated and warn hotel. Didn’t feel very comfortable in room, carpet wearing thin and dirty, bathroom with cracks in tiles, lights not working. No plugs near bed, bed uncomfortable.

Lovely helpful friendly staff, our room seemed a little dated but was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect with a few fast food chains and I pub within a two minute walk

Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed.

Basic facilities in the room. No teaspoon just one wooden stirring stick! No glasses in the room either. When I asked if I could take a couple of glasses from downstairs I was told that I shouldn't but they did turn a blind eye to it.

The property was available to accommodate our overnight stay at short notice. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great nights sleep!

Facilities were a little tired … possibly an update required. Elevators were a bit the worse for wear! Decor a little dated in areas.

The location is just off the M1 so is easy to get to. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathroom is super clean! There’s a Harvester on site and a Macdonalds across the road so options for eating are available! The breakfast is good, with several options including full English.

The room was hot and there’s no AC or fan. The windows only open a fraction, whilst I understand the safety concerns, a couple of inches to allow the air in would be super helpful.

The location was perfect as we were visiting family nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and comfortable. However the fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Member of the public three times tried to enter my room between 10/11pm then a member of staff tried only to realised it was the wrong room Then from 5:30 the delivery man has been making so much noise right below my room haven’t been able to sleep at all I came here to sleep and haven’t been able to do so

Lack of the usual complementary toiletries in the bathroom. Lack of the usual small biscuit packs with the tea and coffee tray.

The rooms, both bedroom and bathroom, were bigger than expected and very comfortable. You could open the windows.

There wasn't a fridge. The spare pillows were really hard.
