Manca quasi completamente la dotazione della cucina , ma con i costi dei ristoranti penso che non lo faccia nessuno

Pas grand chose, l’accueil était assez froid. L’accompagnement pour se familiariser avec les lieux inexistant. Salle de réception correcte et totalement pas à l’image des chambres proposées. Très sale, de la moisissure sur les plafonds. Des équipements dégoutants qui sèment une odeur infecte. Toute une famille de petits cafards pour nous accueillir à la chambre.

Après avoir vu 2 chambres à 10 étages de différence. Je suis allé à la réception et leur ai annoncé que je ne pouvais pas rester ici. Après un peu de résistance, ils acceptent d’annuler sans frais. Booking.com essaie de les joindre par tel et par e-mail. 0 réponses. Je ne suis toujours pas remboursé à ce jour pour un séjour que je n’ai pas passé à l’établissement qui n’avais rien à voir avec l’image qu’il promeut.

Il y avait des cafards dans la chambre, ma famille a eu un gros problème de sécurité car ils ont été agresser au niveau de la piscine par un autre client. Aucune intervention du personnel, aucune réponse a mes messages car je n étais pas avec eux. J ai même demandé un remboursement qui je pense n arrivera jamais. C était le deuxième voyage dans ce lieu ca sera la dernière fois.

It had all the amenities like a washing machine with laundry detergent and when it would finish they would top up promptly. I also liked the location and it being so close to the train station.

Studio grand, très propre , bien équipé, emplacement pas loin du métro, tous a côté pour se restaurer (conseil restaurant indien hydarabad), personnel de l'accueil sympa.une Grande piscine et une salle de sport.

Il faut avoir du liquide pour la caution, pas de carte bancaire, et le check out a 11h , et payer pour laisser ces bagages même pour une heure.

Nem azt kaptuk először amire előfizettünk. Csak 2 főre volt előkészítve a szoba, és reggeli nélkül kaptuk meg. Reklamálni kellett hogy mi reggelivel rendeltük. Később rendeződött a probléma, és kaptunk reggelit. Ezen kívül tökéletes volt minden.

The location in Chow Kit is in my favourite part of KL. Access is simple with the train station just nearby

The location is in the centre of my favourite part of KL. The pool is good and the rooms are a generous size. Some rooms in the building are managed by 'Private Hosts' which is more difficult to check in/out. This room had a conventional reception and was easy to check in. I extended my stay! Food and services are widely available within a short walk with many choices.

Free parking for one car. Location was good if you're attending a wedding at a temple nearby. Front desk counter staffs are friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed had bed bugs. The shower drainage was clogged as the water went down very slow. The toilet seat was nasty can be way cleaner.

My 2nd time here, facilities available & the location is very stragic. In the middle of kl

2nd time here, and this time i extended for another 1 night. The host is super helpful to assist my extend request until 2am

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, są nawet kieliszki do wina. Widok z okna niesamowity. Bardzo fajny basen na 10 piętrze, w pełni wyposażona siłownia. Lokalizacja niecentralna, ale do większości atrakcji KL można dojść dłuższym około 30min spacerem. W pobliżu galeria handlowa z dużym marketem i sporo mniejszych sklepów i knajpek. Zameldowanie szybkie i bezproblemowe. Wymagana kaucja 200MYR na wstępie, bezproblemowo zwrócona podczas check-outu. Fajna polityka late check out, do godz. 14 - 50MYR.

If you want to sleep with cockroaches, this is the place to go. The management doesn't care about the customers' feelings at all.

Unfortunately the location is infested with cockroaches. There were 8 cockroaches in the first room. We informed the reception who said they would give me a room at 3 pm the next day and i had to spend the night in the room. Even the second room had a cockroach which means its a problem with the building. On the positives: location is about a 10 mins drive to klcc, also close to some other attractions. The room was spacious, pool and gym were nice.

Unclean, cockroaches, a lot of wear and tear. You also have to pay for a towel if you want a fresh one and they only provide 2. These are supposedly changed every 3 days. Expecting hotel guest couples to survive on a single towel for three days or pay is disgusting.

Hi Charlotte, sorry I couldn't give 10 review score. We love the view, the room size, the vibe and design, location, and the facilities.

However, the cleanliness is a let down. The left room was ok, but not the right room. It was dirty with crumps, the bench table and the stove full of ants. I tried to clean and wipe a couple of times with soap water but the ants appeared again. Also, it smelled of cigarettes when we checked in.

Property is close to chow kit station and city centre.

There were cockroaches in kitchen and few in other rooms. Also, considering it as a service apartment you expect to have proper utensils provided for cooking on Elecrician stove. Utensils provided were not compatible with electric stove cooking.

I entered this place as Mr., and I’m leaving as Dr. I was looking for a calm, elegant, and inspiring environment to prepare for my final PhD defense presentation, and I honestly could not have chosen a better place. From the very first day, the suite offered exactly what I needed: peace, comfort, and luxury. The apartment is beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and feels premium in every detail. The large panoramic window provides a breathtaking view of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline, a view that genuinely helped me relax, focus, and stay motivated during intense preparation days. I stayed for 40 days, and housekeeping was done weekly, always professionally and with great attention to cleanliness. The location is absolutely perfect: MRT, LRT, and Monorail are all nearby The Monorail is only two stations from the Twin Towers (around 10–14 minutes) Everything you need is within walking distance: mini marts, restaurants, cafés, and Suria KLCC Convenience, accessibility, and comfort come together seamlessly here. Important note: I have been living in Malaysia for over 4 years, and this place was truly a discovery for me. Without hesitation, it will be my first choice for future stays, and trust me, it should be yours too. Sometimes there is motorbikes noise, it was mostly on the weekend which is something common in Kuala lumpur

Unfortunately, the manager was not available when I checked out, and the staff on duty could not access my deposit. As I had a flight to catch, I had to leave without receiving my 200 MYR back. De service was goed. De receptie had geduld en deed hun best om alles duidelijk uit te leggen. Het uitzicht was prachtig. Goed dat ze service hadden naar de kamer

Ingewikkeld om te komen naar de kamer. Ontbijt was Okey. Niet schoonmaken of schone handdoeken.

Spacious room, decent gym, helpful to have a little shop on site and we liked the cafe in the building as well which is good value and nice food

The staff were quite rude, certainly unwelcoming. We had received a message stating that we didn’t need to pay a deposit on arrival as we had paid in advance but they still requested this and then would only accept cash not credit card. General vibe is that they are trying to get money out of you, felt a bit like University Halls with signs everywhere telling you what you aren’t allowed to do and what the fine will be.

Both the check in and check out process was quick and efficient, the room was also spacious and came complete with a lot of amenities, our room was quite high so the view from the room was great too

The pathway in the parking lot is quite narrow so it takes some time to reach our parking spot in fear that we would accidentally hit the walls or dividers since our car is quite large
