Tesise ulaşım kolay.Metro çok yakınında istediğiniz yere rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz.Yakınında çok güzel bir park var.Yürüyüş yapmak için süper bir yer.

Viyana'ya sık sık seyahat eden biriyim.Uçak saatim sabah olduğu için her gidişimde ev sahibinden erken check in talep ediyorum.Bu isteğim kabul edilmeyince bende bir gün öncesinden satın almak zorunda kalıyorum.Dolayısıyla kullanmadığım bir gecelik ücreti fazladan ödemek zorunda kalıyorum.Ayrıca balkondaki böceklerden çok rahatsız olduk.Bu duruma acil çözüm bulunması gerek.

Die Lage war sehr schön! Sehr gut erreichbar mit der U1, das Bett war bequem, das Bad sehr schön. Allgemein war die Wohnung toll eingerichtet. Die Hosts waren zu jeder Zeit gut erreichbar.

Die Waschmaschinen sind nicht kostenlos, sondern kosten 6,50 € für zwei Ladungen, zudem muss man eigenes Waschmittel mitbringen. Das Fitnessstudio ist ausschließlich für Bewohner des Hauses zugänglich und nicht für Touristen. Daher kam es zunächst zu einiger zusätzlicher Kommunikation mit den Hosts und den Verantwortlichen vor Ort. Nachdem klar war, dass wir das Fitnessstudio nicht nutzen können, haben wir jedoch eine Entschädigung erhalten. Laut booking.com ist der Checkout um 11 Uhr angegeben, die Hosts gehen jedoch von 10 Uhr aus. Trotz Rückversicherung, dass wir erst um 11 Uhr auschecken würden, stand die Reinigungskraft bereits um 10 Uhr vor der Tür. Gerade diese Punkte – Fitnessstudio, Waschmaschine und der späte Checkout um 11 Uhr – waren für uns Gründe, die Unterkunft zu buchen. Es wäre aus unserer Sicht sinnvoll, wenn diese Punkte in der Anzeige klarer angegeben würden, um Missverständnisse zukünftig zu vermeiden.

Appartamento nuovo molto attrezzato con cucina , lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, lavatrice tutto perfettamente funzionante. Ottimo e ampio bagno. Posizione molto vicina al capolinea della U1 con la quale si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti.

Il divano letto era piccolo per 2 persone e piuttosto scomodo.

We picked this property for the washing machine the description says is included in the stay, this is false information. After looking everywhere for it we contacted the staff, they had no clue where it was, and later directed us to a communal laundry room where special chips were needed to work the machine and we had to provide our own soap. When I asked how to get the chips, the staff said they would get back to me. Over 6 days they never did. Very disappointing.

The night before checking out, I received a message from the property that check out was at 11 am. On the morning of checking out, cleaning staff literally unlocked and walked into the apartment at 10 am without knocking.

Shame the bathroom was blocked and flooded . Asked the owner to get a cleaner to come and amend the issue. The owner replied but the cleaner didn’t turn up unfortunately so had a flooded bathroom for the entire stay.

Hosts were quick to answer questions, and the place was lovely :). It was conveniently located, and very comfortable to stay in.

The electric shutters on the windows didn’t seem to work, but that appeared to be an issue with other residents at the building, so I don’t fault the hosts
