Very good location

Check in process was tricky

We had a pleasant stay here. The location was perfect and the place was comfortable, clean, and really convenient for our group. It’s a great option if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a short trip, especially with a group.

The only small things we noticed were that there were no bins in the bedrooms or bathroom/toilet, and there was no hand soap provided either in the bathroom or kitchen. Having these basic amenities available would make the stay even more convenient for guests.

Didnt look like the pictures Furniture was broken . Chairs were were barely staying together. Beds were very uncomfortable. No shade on skylight in bedroom with 3 singles very poor nights sleep. Apartment underneath got into a screaming match with others at 3am. Fridge was full of water and wasn't working all we wanted it for was to chill drinks and it couldn't do that. Sofa bed was awful. Overpriced stay honestlywasnt worth 500e.. Only that there was no alternative places during our stay we would have went somewhere else

The hassle to get key and key fob And dirty courtyard. Owner did not respond to texts. Sent me messages on WhatsApp, which I don’t use and did not check. He should have called or texted when I didn’t respond. No coffee or tea provided. No WiFi password in apartment. Loud metal clanging noise repeatedly at all hours. Not a good value!

The location.

Wifi didn't work. TV didn't work. No batteries in the remote control. Bought batteries and it still didn't work. Toaster tripped all the sockets out. Bathroom in need of renovation. Beds and sofa bed are rock hard. Not comfortable at all. Messaged the host about the issues and absolutely no response from him. Would not recommend this place.

It is good and value for money

Its not that i dont like i just want to suggest to improve the water because it take very long time to take a bath because the water is to weak Thank you

La ubicación, pues la casa está muy céntrica (a 2 minutos andando del parque Eyre Square y de la calle de tiendas), muy cerca de las estaciones de autobús (10 minutos andando).

El piso ofertado en booking era 4c, y nos dieron el 3c. Está bastante viejo, tanto los sofás del comedor como la cocina y el baño. Los colchones de las camas se hunden mucho, algunos utensilios de la cocina están rotos (cazo, abrelatas, algún plato), hay una silla destartalada y remendada con celofán, los sofás estan muy viejos, y las fotos de Booking no reflejan el estado actual de la casa. En las fotos no aparece el baño: tiene una ducha vieja, con alcachofa solo de pared (no móvil) y dos grifos pequeños en la parte inferior. En las fotos se ve bastante más nuevo de lo que en realidad está. Pienso que es bastante caro para lo que ofrece.

The apartment advertised was 4c we were in 2c so not the apartment shown on booking .com Place was grubby and not very clean . The kitchen was falling to bits and no hot water for the shower.

Apartment Neighbours are Slightly Sketch, Loud Banging All night every 5-10 minutes. Not the safest. Leaving windows open feels the same as leaving the door open, However not a serious issue

Er was veel kapot, vies of versleten. Dit appartement zou met een beetje liefde een stuk verbeteren. Geen reactie van eigenaar op vragen. foto’s op website matchen niet met realiteit. Ligt boven pub dus veel lawaai, hadden we graag geweten

Cualquier parecido con la realidad es pura coincidencia. Es decir, nada que ver con las fotografías. Todo sucio. Desde la entrada al establecimiento hasta la propia casa: Muebles pegajosos , descabalados, parecen cogidos de la basura, camas hundidas, suelo sucio, instalaciones viiejísimas, no quieres tocar nada, ni barandillas, ni suelo ni nada de la cocina. Ventanas negras de suciedad. En definitiva: Repugnante. Al propietario: Hay que limpiar , adecentar la entrada, cambiar muebles, cocina y baño. Dinero se cobra para ello. Está en pleno centro, así que con un poco de inversión se queda un sitio decente.

Great location. Comfortable beds and lounges. Lots of room at tables. Good for overnight stay if you don't plan to cook anything. Fixed hot water issue straight away.

No washing up liquid or sponges, no plug in sink, no teatowels. Had to use own towel, a saucepan and body wash to wash up. Not good enough. Worst place ever booked on booking.com. Old bathroom, needs renovating and shower leaks water over floor. No soap for bathroom. Not a 'fully equipped kitchen', not enough glasses and cups etc for 5 people. No tea and coffee. Someone has painted kitchen bench which is now coming off and all sticky. Building is grotty on outside. Picking up keys is complicated. Recommend changing message to 'go and stand outside the pub', as we went inside and they didn't know what we were talking about.

very comfortable, close to everything we wanted. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations, we were able to walk ever where from here.

Was giving clear check in instructions via WhatsApp. We arrived at 6:30pm However we stood outside for 2 hours trying to call & text every number available - with no answer We headed to the restaurant as instructed and no one in there knew anything about this property! We ended up having to call bookings.com and they cancelled for us - and we had to find an alternative place to stay at 9:30pm We should have looked at the reviews first - because they are terrible and in heinsight we are grateful we didn’t stay at this dump.

Situation géographique

Accueil : on doit se débrouiller au téléphone et en anglais pour qu on nous explique où aller chercher les clés (chez le commerçant d en face!?) et comment mettre l eau chaude en route (on doit se débrouiller à tourner des robinets autour du chauffe eau) et les chauffages n étaient pas allumés donc le logement était glacé à notre arrivée!! Propreté : inexistante!! Tout le mobilier est vétuste voir cassé et recouvert de taches et poussière ainsi que le sol Salle de bain : complètement vétuste et sale (le fond des wc n a pas dû voir une brosse et de l anti calcaire depuis plusieurs années) Quant au bruit : un désastre !! Logement non insonorisé !! plusieurs fois réveillé la nuit par des gens qui ouvrent le portail d entrée et qui montent aux étages Une honte de louer un logement pareil… C est un piège à touristes!!!!

La posizione dell'appartamento molto vicino al centro della città

Le istruzioni per il check-in tramite chiamata telefonica sembrano quasi una caccia al tesoro! L'appartamento non era del tutto pulito ,in particolare in cucina alcune stoviglie erano incrostate,mancavano delle posate e non era presente né sapone né spugna per pulire i piatti. Il vetro della doccia non è sigillato bene, per cui si bagna il pavimento ad ogni utilizzo. Il sistema di riscaldamento della doccia per nulla chiaro, dopo la prima doccia l'acqua era totalmente fredda, l'host dovrebbe lasciare delle istruzioni più chiare per i propri ospiti . Mancava l'asciugacapelli e delle luci comode per i comodini delle camere.

De badkamer was gebrekkig, de douche was of heel koud of heel heet en erg simpel. De staat van de keuken was niet zo goed en de tafel nog vies. We waren met zn vijven maar er waren maar vier stoelen.

Due letti con reti sfondate. Mancava il phon e l'acqua calda, nonostante le indicazioni ricevute. Impressione di estrema trascuratezza. Esperienza negativa. Le immagini non corrispondono all'appartamento in cui eravamo alloggiati.

Perfect location and parking in the black box only 5 mins away. Great apartment if you’re only looking to sleep in it, beds really comfy.

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Galway et ces bars. Parking tout proche.

- Propreté très très limitée (vaisselle sale avec trace de rouge à lèvres, plafond de salle de bain sale...) - Le bruit des portes qui claquent et de la ventilation et de la chaudière qui gêne la personne qui dort dans le salon. -Si vous aimez les escape game, bienvenue. Pour le Checkin, on a reçu les instructions par WhatsApp le matin, il a fallu appeler un certain Simon, qui nous a envoyé au supermarché d'en face puis on a été guidé par téléphone pour passer 2 grilles, ouvrir la boîte à clés et allumer la chaudière. Fort boyard a côté c'est de la rigolade.

When we called the host, he gave us clear instructions.

We were instructed to go to a restaurant to call the host for instructions, but when we arrived, the people at the restaurant did not know anything about the host. Our instructions on how to pick up the keys and the enter were very clear, although a bit interesting.... It was all fine in the end, though!

Collecting keys was like a multi part GTA quest - had to call a random guy then go to a nearby market to fetch a gate key then climb four flights of stairs and then use a code box to get apartment key.

It was the worst booking I have ever done. To be honest, I completely lost trust in Booking.com. The agent is fraud. His dealings were not professional. I think he runs the property illegally. There was toilet drainage leaking from the top floor directly on us. And the place was so unhygienic. There was used underwear inside the washing machine. It really disappointing us.

Complete SCAM! Cancelled our booking 2 hours before check in and said he would refund the money. Have been chasing the money for a month and he refuses to pay. Mentioned he went to booking.com to do it but when I reached out to them they told me he refused to respond

The location of the apartment is perfect. Less than a minute from eyre square! The beds we’re comfortable & it was grand for somewhere to rest your head.

The apartment was basic, we paid 400 euro for one night which pretty expensive considering how basic it was could definitely do with some modernising. We couldn’t get the water to work despite doing what we were told to do so therefore we couldn’t really take showers & couldn’t get the tap in the kitchen to work which was a little annoying.

Location. Very basic accom. Exactly what we needed for a night out - central and a comfortable bed.

See through curtains on bedroom window. We just put a sheet over it for privacy and blocking out light. A simple thing to upgrade. Not a bug complaint.
