Societe Suites By iHost Global

Pool ok but only in the morning (afternoon completely in shade)

Shower was unclean, mould in corners even after "deep clean". Breakfast (although nice) limited to 3 options with no way of substitution, not enough variety when youre staying for more than a week. For example black coffee was an option, you couldn't pay a little extra to make cappuccino or other type, you had to order and pay for separately. Large double story window view useless as the electric blind not working for whole of stay. Bed very hard (typical for SE Asia). Couch hard and uncomfortable. No safe in room. Lack of body wash, containers empty from day 1, refilled on request but that should be checked prior to guest arrival. Toilet paper single ply, and minimal (I guess also SE Asian thing but hard for westerners.)

Nearby lots of food shops. Walking distance. Mr Ali is a nice person and polite. He is willing to guide us and give us instruction.

N.A

Good location. Shops and restaurants are all nearby.

Parking space is limited.

Good residence Good breakfast

Nothing

Heel erg genoten hier!

Niks.

Room comfortable.stay 3d2n with toddler.the host mr Ali very good attend the guest and so helpful.the room clean and the water pressure very good.we stay at level 9.the lift very fast.no need to wait too long.facilities also like swimming pool very clean and comfortable for my children.

Everything i love about this property just 1 only…lack of soundproofing.even stay at level 9 we can hear the car alarm at the parking road.

The check in process was straight forward and less hassle, the complimentary breakfast was also a good experience.

Worth for money

La qualité de services du personnel

La saleté. Traces de sang trouvées sur la couverture

Friendly staff, especially the check in team. Clean and very comfortable

Nothing to complain about

Excellent location, nice pool. Staff are friendly especially Ali. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was excellent.

Stayed with a family of 8 across 4 studio units. The location is excellent — walking distance to restaurants, Hartamas Shopping Centre, and Publika, with easy access to KLCC and the rest of Kuala Lumpur. The units themselves were clean and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and access to the pool, which the kids loved. One area for improvement: check-in was a bit disorganised. We'd arranged early arrival in advance, but on arrival we were told rooms wouldn't be ready until 3pm and charged a fee for early access — the room was only handed over an hour later than standard check-in anyway. It would help future guests if early check-in arrangements were communicated more clearly by the front desk. Overall a comfortable stay for a large family, in a great neighbourhood — just worth confirming check-in details directly with the property beforehand.

Coffee shop team to be more friendly

Location

Cleanless

We decided not so stay due the bed being FAR too firm and un suitable for my wife's back condition. We thought it was an apartment hotel, but we had to go to the mini-mart for the keys and vouchers were given for breakfast in an adjacent coffee shop.

The location is good with a car, I love the pool and the size of the apartment Good parking

It was not clean, spots on the bedsheets and towels

Julia and Ali were great, quick to respond to every request. The place was great - pool and gym were very good and Sri Hartimas and the surrounding area full of great restaurants and cafe, bakery etc.

Nothing to complain about at all. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing

Nothing But iwant to mske more thing in ghe mentfor kids in ghe breakfast

The apartment perfectly meets all my needs, it is beautiful and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful view. I also love coming back because of the extremely friendly, respectful and hospitable staff (special thanks to Ismail)

Spacious rooms and very clean . Ali and staff were very accommodating . Breakfast was great at the cafe not sure what more you could want . There was about 5 choice and coffee or juice available, and if that’s not enough you can order off the full menu at an extra cost , which we didn’t need to do . Amazing place beautiful pool great stay

The Host went beyond our expectations. He even borrowed us money when the ATM wasn't working. The hotel had a magnificent pool and gym,and shops all around . Very happy.

All was great.

Close to amenities and shops

Insufficient towels and toiletries eg; shower soap etc No tea/coffee pouches supplied

- Facilities were top noch - The room in general was very, very good - A very nice neighbourhood with abundant choice of restaurants - Spacious room with all required amenities

- The breakfast had very limited choices, with no black tea. It has to be improved - Room cleaning not scheduled, necessitates one to request

Es gab sogar Frühstück for free in angrenzenden Café was sehr lecker war.

excellent location, modern furnishings and spotlessly clean. comfortable bed, good water pressure, great air conditioning. fridge & washer/dryer work well. Pool is nice for a dip, staff are friendly and Ali is very responsive. Lots of food options just steps away and plenty of options open till late at night. breakfast at the cafe downstairs was excellent.

nothing

Excelent place for stay staff were very helpful and friendly very nice room so comfrotable for sleep

Overall was clean and comfortable, walking distance to Korean restaurants and Dim Sum.

Disturbance of noise at night due to lack of sound proofing system of the wall/door/balcony separation.

The location is stunning

Nothing

Kind and responsive host, truly amazing hospitality. Very comfortable room in quiet location yet with plenty of nice restaurants, shops etc. Tasty breakfast served in the morning. Basic gym and pool available for guests. Recommend and will come back! Special thanks to Ali for making sure we are well taken care of 🤗

Sometimes there was unpleasant smell coming out of the bathroom, but I guess that’s common in tall buildings.

Strategic location, Good Services and Fitness First Level Gym !!

Limited breakfast choice but no complaints

There were nice eateries nearby. Breakfast coupons were given for a cafe beside the apartment. Although options were limited, it was delicious.

Bedsheet and pillowcases were not clean.

Ali (who was our main contact person) was very helpful and accomodating. Easy to contact and tries his best to resolve any problems you have. Apartment is spacious, well maintained and very clean.

Beautiful property and fantastic service. Will definitely stay again next time we are here.

Nothing It’s exactly as pictured on the site

It was a great experience, The facilities in the room were good. Neatly managed, the quiet and peaceful environment. I would like to stay there again.

Overall it was good, the drainage in bathroom was not good, that was one of the things not upto the mark. They didn’t clean our room on daily basis, we needed to request them to do so, moreover there was no dustbin in lift lobby to remove the daily trash at our own.

Loved this place. Getting in was very easy and Ali was very responsive if needed. The apt is very spacious.. big window, washing machine . The pool is very big with wonderful views. There were many places to eat right around the building. If you are thinking about this place i highly recommend it. I've stayed in over 20 hotels in the past 8 weeks ans togs was one of the best. Great and comfy bed too!

Clean and spacious great staff lots of local shops near bye

Nothing

Great room, clean, comfortable bed, good kitchen and full size fridge. It was what you expect for a studio apartment. Ali was quick to respond to any issues I had. Thank you Ali 🙂

The first night I had a cold shower because I didnt know I needed to turn it on at the wall. Also need to wait 15 min after turning it on to allow water to get hot. Also need to turn the stove on by a switch on the wall. Only 2 plates and 2 bowls, 3 glasses but only one coffee cup. It was a little away from the cbd.

New
