Ausblick und Lage perfekt , Frühstück ausreichend, Parkplatz unkompliziert. Zimmer (wir hatten ein 4-Bett-Zimmer) sehr klein, aber für 1 Nacht völlig ok. Kein Platz für Gepäck, aber das war uns bewusst, hatten nur Rucksäcke dabei. Bad klein, aber sauber. Leider Teppichboden im Zimmer. Keine A/C, dafür 2 Fenster zum Durchlüften. Ansonsten wie auf den Bildern.

За такі гроші треба якось попереджувати, що рашом з номером ви купляєте безсонної пів ночі. Вже з 4-5 ранку на вулиці такий гей т , стукіт, сміх, розмови під вікном, завозять в ресторани продукти під вікнами розвантажують. Це жах. Номер дуууже маленький, валізи не вздумайте брати з собою, бо будете тягнути під гору а потім по сходах , де ледь пролазить одна валіза. Рецепція внизу, готель знайти важко ( саме Нат номер шукали хвилин 20 туди- сюди, під дощем, з двома валізами. Не рекомендую!

Charming, medieval building. Got woken up in the morning by the rumble of supply and delivery to the local business being performed down in the narrow street. For a few seconds I could imagine how the mornings might have sounded like, wheelbarrows trundling, seagulls squawking, men greeting each other.

Curious design of the shower cabin, with only half of the front panel. Soaked the whole room when we showered.

Era una habitación duplex muy cómoda para 3 personas. El baño era espacioso y contaba con jabón. También poseía una pava para prepararse café o té. Agua mineral y pañuelos de papel tissu. Son pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia. En relación al check in, cuando llevas al hotel; te encontras con la indicación que debes ir a la recepción de otro hotel para retirar las llaves. Es un poco engorroso teniendo en cuenta que las distancia son en subida y bajada (ya que todo el lugar tiene subidas pronunciadas todo el Tiempo). El personal muy amables y educados. Muy gentiles explicando todo. Nos tocó la habitación 107 que era en el último piso por escalera!!! Así que solo lleven una mochila! Nada de maletas!!!. El desayuno muy rico y abundante, y las chicas que te atendían súper amables!!! En general la experiencia fue muy buena!

Tener que ir a buscar las llaves y hacer el check en otro hotel. Porque vas cargado con mochilas y el ir y venir no estuvo bueno.

De geluidsoverlast! Toeristen die tot diep in de nacht luid praten en de her bevoorrading die heel vroeg op gang komt. Ook deze mensen zijn heel luid! Door het oude gebouw is er denk ik te weinig isolatie. Het hotel ligt aan de hoofdstraat en de ramen van de kamer aan de directe zijstraat. Als ik dit had geweten had ik nooit de kamer geboekt, zeker niet voor die prijs!! Erg jammer want het blijft een bijzondere plek!

Manque d’informations à la réservation de la chambre sur le site concernant l’accessibilité de la chambre, car l’accès ne fait que par des escaliers, bon à savoir si vous avez de nombreuses valises ou / et poussettes.

La posizione superba con vista verso l'abbazia e la baia. La struttura è molto silenziosa, i letti molto comodi, così come i cuscini. Ottimi prodotti da bagno e molto apprezzate bottigliette di acqua, set per preparare tisane e caffè. La colazione, servita fin dal mattino presto (cosa molto apprezzata) è ricca, varia, molto buona. La struttura di "albergo diffuso" molto carina. Buona la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli alla reception. Ottima la formula del parcheggio oltre la Caserne, proprio in prossimità della passerella pedonale.

Piccole cose: la moquette un po' vecchia nella stanza, meglio il pavimento. Il letto matrimonale alla francese era un po' piccolino, anche per persone che si vogliono molto bene. La postazione del water leggermente stretta.

Il check in troppo complicato e lento, prima passi dall'albergo vicino al parcheggio, poi arrivi sull'isola e in un altro ufficio ritiri le chiavi e poi se sei fortunato trovi la camera (la nostra era nella dependance dietro la chiesa) che ci è stata alle 17 (check in previsto dalle 16). Camera piccolissima rumorosa con moquette e pareti sporche. La colazione niente di speciale in una sala piccola. Il ristorante chiuso e non era segnalato su booking.com. Per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo molto di più.

Konnten erst 1 Stunde nach Ceck in Zeit ins Zimmer. Keine Entschädigung, keine Entschuldigung. Dafür ist der Preis dann doch zu hoch. Teppich im Zimmer unglaublich schmutzig

La posizione, in pieno centro di Mont Saint Michel permette di godersi questa meraviglia a qualunque ora, anche quando il caos si calma. La nostra camera aveva una finestra che poteva rimanere sempre aperta e questo ci ha fatto godere molto di più il soggiorno in pieno agosto. Ottima anche la colazione con offerta varia e abbondante.

La stanza non era in buone condizioni e ricordava più un dormitorio studentesco per le dimensioni ridotte, lo stato del letto e quello della moquette. Dato che la nostra priorità era dormire all'interno delle mura ci siamo adattati volentieri ma le foto al momento della prenotazione raccontavano un'altra storia.

Francamente nulla! ero molto soddisfatta di trascorrere la notte a Mont Saint Michel per godermi la pace del paese,magnifico,quando tutti ,o quasi, i turisti sono andati via mai avrei immaginato di svegliarmi dalle quattro del mattino in poi perché con carrelli rumorosissimi portano gli approvigionamenti ai negozi!incredibile. Hotel Carissimo rispetto a ciò che offre, la reception è staccata dal corpo centrale ,in camera non avevamo gli asciugamani per fortuna la figlia che era in una quadrupla ne ha imprestati due. Moquette sporchissima,allego foto,decisamente l'hotel sarebbe da ristrutturare e PULIRE! Stessa impressione avuta dagli altri componenti del gruppo. Non esiste rapporto/qualità prezzo SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

The breakfast was not bad in fact, in fact it was quite good. I liked the location.

I happened to find the reservation desk in another building on my way in, but there were no signs about where to go. On my last day, I had to help another family find the reservation desk. The room itself was very shabby in appearance. The turnaround crew did their best when I arrived, but it was very rushed, and my garbage can had not been emptied. The carpeting was very old and stained. I didn’t experience a special stay, which you would expect with this price point. Friendly cleaning crew though, very young, possibly teenagers. Quite possibly it was the time of year, middle of busy summer season, so experiences may vary.

The staff was great. The location was great. That is really all that is good about this hotel. I would not stay here again.

The room was terrible. I had low expectations given it was an old hotel in a medieval city, but it was worse than I expected. There was absolutely no ventilation, so we had to keep the windows open, the problem was bugs flew in and bit us all night and the noise from the streets was ridiculous. We couldn't sleep well for the two nights we were there. All they have to do is add a ceiling fan and insolated windows (I don't think that would take away from the "historical charm") and it would have improved the stay 10,000 %. The breakfast was also terrible. I don't know what they put in the scrambled eggs, but it looked more like pudding, and tasted like it too. And they never had enough, once they put out the eggs, they disappeared. Everyone in the breakfast area was waiting for them and then rush to get their share before they were gone.

Staf impreparato e poco collaborativo (non rispondono nemmeno al telefono), la reception non era nella struttura principale e nemmeno le camere, indicazioni approssimative e giri inutili con le valige in strade in salita, camere sporche, trascurate e con bagni maleodoranti.

La camera moderna in un edificio del centro storico. E la colazione davvero super e molto tipica francese. Tornerei volentieri in questa struttura e la consiglio. Dormire al Mont è stata un’esperienza fantastica!

La reception separata dalla struttura. Il check in troppo tardi. Il fatto che non mi abbiano segnalato la cifra assurda che ho pagato per il parcheggio: per avere superato di un’ora le 24 ore mi hanno fatto pagare due giorni! Su consiglio dell’ufficio informazioni l’ho segnalato alla struttura ma nemmeno mi hanno risposto.

This visit to Mont Saint-Michel was a highlight of our trip. It is important to be prepared to haul luggage over cobbled stones and up staircases - but worth it for the opportunity to stay here!

Some clearer communication about how to reach the hotel (via Bus from the Train) and how to check in would have been helpful. The hotel staff updated us on our arrival, so we found our way!

I liked the location and the idea of where we were staying. The room had everything you needed (very basic). It was helpful that breakfast was included.

During a heat wave any kind of fan would have been wonderful as there was NO airflow. The rooms were small which added to the heat build up. I didn't think there was enough information highlighting that guests needed to get the key before you get to the island. I think that was the worst part of it overall. In 101 degrees and you need to walk back to the office to get the key and the amount of tourists getting on and off the buses made it difficult for a smooth transition. I will totally admit that the heatwave played a huge role in our stay but the information for retrieving resources was limited.

The hotel doesn't have a reception but uses the reception desk and parking services of two other hotels. This is a little confusing. The communication came from different corners between email, booking messages etc. Then you needed a code for parking that I didn't get. I started calling the number in the email etc and it didn't answer for over 45 minutes in the end we just went to the barred entrance and the operator let us in anyway. Unnecessary stress and the check in receptionist blamed the parking receptionist who didn't pick up the phone. I would have preferred less and clearer communication lines.

We booked this hotel so we could experience Mont saint Micheal after the crowds left and yes it was great , we did a lap on the sand out side the walls , walked the abutments and were first i line for the Abbey in the morning , breakfast was fine served just down the lane a bit , room was small but sufficient for our needs, so bring an esky and only small bags . Bus to the island was easy to figure out.

Well this place is so crowded , we took drinks and snacks for dinner as told it was very hard to get evening meals, yes they were right most restaurants and bars were full of very rude staff that did not want to serve you, although this had nothing to do with the hotel we stayed in we do understand that all the hotels and resturants are owned by the same company so if someone does not say then how can they rectify this , do the staff not undersatnd that if no tourists no jobs .

Die Angaben, wo der Checkin ist, wo genau übernachtet wird und wo es Frühstück gibt, waren bis vor Ort ein Rätsel, glücklicherweide alles am Ende komplikationslos gelöst (Checkin im Hotel Les Terrasses, Übernachtung in einem Nebengebäude, Frühstück im Hotel Le mouton blanc) Übernachtung zum Hauptweg etwas laut durch die Auberge auf der anderen Seite

El hotel sin ninguna comodidad, el calor era insoportable, oscuro, sin aire acondicionado, sin ventilador...tuvimos que dormir con la puerta semiabierta y la ventana abierta que daba a un bar, estuvimos totalmente expuestos, segundo piso sin ascensor, no se hicieron cargo de las maletas cuando llegué, el chekin tardísimo a las 16h y en otro lugar diferente al del hotel. Información deficiente y atención del personal deficiente...muy desagradables, nada empaticos.

There is a heatwave going on and these rooms do not have airconditioning due to their old age. This was a bit of a hot night but with the window open fully manageable.

Quando da reserva não me apercebi que seria num anexo. A recepção confusa porque não era no Mouton Blanc e depois a procura do anexo sem qq ajuda. Pequeno -almoço muito bom, mas também fora do local de alojamento.

Chegados ao Mouton Blanc estava fechado com um papel a informar que a recepção era num outro local. Chegados a essa recepção que o alojamento seria num anexo. Chegados ao local não tínhamos climatização com temperaturas de 36 graus.............. Às cinco da manhã o barulho de rua é tal que já não se dorme porque a janela teve que ficar aberta.

A janela do quarto ficava mesmo de frente para uma esplanada, o que limitou muito a privacidade dentro do quarto. A limpeza também deveria ser melhor, a alcatifa estava suja e eram visíveis várias teias de aranha e pó dentro do quarto.

Loved the location! Make sure you read the instructions for parking. It’s in a different location from the tourist masses parking not staying on the Mont. returning from a Mont to parking…Make sure you take the parking transport bus not the local regional bus. The transport stop is different too. It’s the first one. Also note our hotel door with key fob, you had to press the secure button AND pull on the door at the exact same time, not a second after….or the door won’t open. Once we figured that out it was easy. Also note the check in location is just past the post office on the left and up a flight of stairs.- look for the sign.

Auberge très bien située, en plein cœur de la charmante artère principale. Chambres un peu petites mais c'est à prévoir dans ces vieilles bâtisses. Chambres et salles de bains propres. Si on suit bien les indications, le processus de check in et de remise des clés, bien que nécessitant plusieurs étapes, se déroule sans pbm. On fait le check in dans le dernier hôtel à droite avant le pont où l'on nous remet un plan détaillé du Mont Saint Michel et toutes les explications nécessaires à la récupération des clés sur le Mont après 16h00. Le bon et copieux petit-déjeuner ne s'est pas fait à l'hotel mais dans un restaurant à 3 minutes à pied dans l'artère principale. Large choix de viennoiseries, pains, yaourts, mini crêpes et pancakes même en arrivant à 9h30.

Les chambres donnent sur la rue principale et comme il fait un peu chaud dans les chambres (même si ce n'était pas en période de canicule) il était nécessaire de dormir la fenêtre ouverte pour nous en juillet mais le bruit des passants, livreurs et goélands peuvent maintenir éveillé. Pensez aux bouchons d'oreilles. Dans certaines chambres (famille quadruple et chambre triple) le lit double est un 140cm, c'est un peu petit...

Quando reservamos, pelas imagens, o quarto tinha um teto de madeira remetendo a atmosfera da ilha, chegando lá o quarto era outro, como o de um hotel padrão. O banheiro estava com mau cheiro, provavelmente da tubulação de esgoto

El hotel se muestra como una estructura hotelera clásica en una casa medieval refaccionada. La estructura principal está cerrada, la recepción es otro hotel que está en otro lugar del mismo pueblo y te dan una llave con un mapa de Mount St Michel para llegar a la habitación. Esta es sólo eso: una pequeña habitación en otra casa medieval refaccionada; la entrada es por una escalera medieval y tiene vistas a la calle. Quedando claro que no es un hotel, la habitación está limpia, con la alfombra rota y manchada. No hay veladores, ni armario para guardar la ropa. La maleta apenas cabe a la entrada de la misma. La cama es relativamente dura con resortes viejo que se meten en la espalda durante la noche. La ropa de cama es blanca y está limpia. El descanso se logra con medicamentos hipnóticos solamente. La luz es adecuada para leer en la noche. El baño es muy estrecho; apenas para 1 persona. La ducha se cierra con puerta, pero la persona que la usa apenas puede moverse dentro. Ofrece jabón todo uso sin otras ammenities. Dan 2 botellas de agua al día, pero no hay vasos para tomarla. En el baño dan 2 “vasos” de papel café que no llamaría vaso. En la habitación hay una pequeña mesa con una tetera eléctrica y café y té. La silla está rota y no la cambiaron al solicitarlo 2 veces. No hay aire acondicionado; eso es de suma importancia en la temporada alta en verano. El desayuno ofrecido en la reserva se otorga en un restaurante alejado en el mismo Mount St Michel. Es bueno: abundante, tipo buffet con productos locales y variados. La atención acá es muy buena. En fin, es un pésimo modo de ofrecer hospedaje en un pueblo medieval. Para llegar a las habitaciones, hay que subir mucho; no lo recomiendo para personas mayores o con algún problema de movilidad. Sugiero equipaje mínimo y liviano.
