Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The breakfast was poor. The room lacked facilieties such as mini fridge, coffee machine was not functioning and i asked if they do have an iron (for my clothes) they said no. I thought the staff was nice until i asked for an invoice under the name of the company. They provided one with a wrong name and without VAT number. I asked them to update and until now i got nothing.. very dissappointing experience

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la gentillesse du cuisinier au moment du petit-déjeuner, et son omelette à la demande. Egalement, la localisation, près du centre moderne de Tunis, lorsque c'est cette partie de la ville qui est nécessaire, et non plus la médina.
Les possibilités de changement de chaines sur le téléviseur pourraient être augmentées. Un accès pour visiter la terrasse pourrait être proposé.

Le personnel au moment de payer essaie toujours de nous arnaquer malgré les prix qui sont affichés à côté d'eux.. Il faut sans cesse négocier pour ne pas se faire avoir : additions fausses, prix inventés, etc. On se sent être un portefeuille..

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Понравилось всё. И расположение рядом с жд вокзалом, и вкусный и насыщенный завтрак, и номер. Всё удобства в номере. Великолепно! Жаль, что по приезду в Тунис мы забронировали на 5 ночей другой отель перед поездкой в Сусс, и в этом провели лишь 1 ночь по возвращении домой.

Honestly, there was absolutely nothing to complain about; I took other trips around the country to explore, and I received explanations and useful advice—particularly regarding the must-see monuments and the best times to visit. Vraiment, il n' y avait rien à redire, j'ai fais d'autres voyages dans le pays pour découvrir, j'ai eu des explications des conseils utiles, notamment les les monuments qu'il faut visiter et les bonnes périodes.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The hotel is located in an excellent location, close to the railway station and Barcelona Park, which features a beautiful fountain. The hotel is clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly and always willing to help. The reception staff even helped us find an affordable taxi to the airport. They used a local ride-hailing app and booked the taxi under their own account to help us avoid scammers. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the main street and is very well connected to the rest of the city. If you want to experience everyday life in Tunisia while staying in a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, I highly recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the housekeeping staff were highly professional and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh vegetables, pastries, bread, cheeses, and many other options. The reception team was outstanding. Maryam, along with all the other staff members, was extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.

La scarsità degli arredi, il bagno con le piastrelle rotte, la vasca da bagno macchiata, difficoltà nella regolazione dell'acqua calda. Il balcone non accessibile e per poter regolare l'aria condizionata bisogna chiamare la reception in quanto detengono loro il telecomando. La colazione è la cosa peggiore.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Hotel di passaggio e di buona posizione. Camere da minimo sindacale e ai piani alti. Colazione passabile per un giorno. Servizio di ascensore necessario. Alla hall il personale é stato gentile.
La struttura necessita di lavori e rispristino importanti e da quello che abbiamo visto ci sono piani chiusi e non servibili. La zona, a quanto ci é stato detto é piena di furti spicci e vivi sempre guardandoti le spalle. Le moto sono state posizionate in un anfratto dell’albergo e quando le abbiamo portate all’esterno al mattino, eravamo osservati in ogni movimento per paura, evidentemente di evitare da parte nostra il furto di qualche birra nelle casse del magazzino. Pazzesco.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Perfectly met our needs. Simple but functional. We didn't want to be far from the medina. We wanted to be able to park our hire car. We wanted decent Internet, as I needed to join a few work zoom meetings, but had read Internet in Tunisia isn't always reliable. This hotel met all our needs and was very comfortable, clean, safe, quiet and airy. Plus a simple but sufficient breakfast. All for very good value.
It's not super luxurious, but that's what you'd expect for the price point. No complaints.
