The property was amazing location could not be better right in the middle of the city with everything on a walking distance all the shops available on the first floor. It was very well equipped with everything that you will ever need..

Everything was more than perfect. There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Contact horrible sur place. Apparemment pas du tout conforme à la description : loft de 65m2 réservé pour 4 personnes. Nous avons eu un petit appartement avec un seul lit ! Au lieu de nous proposer un autre logement avec 4 couchages, ils nous ont proposé un studio en plus, 10 étages plus bas… Et pour récupérer la caution, le contact n’était pas là à l’heure prévue la veille

The service was good, and the agent or host is very helpful in helping me, since it was my first time booking an Airbnb even if I unfortunately didn't manage to get the room that I paid for because it was fully booked. The room was clean and the facilities there were very good. The location was very near to the city centre and also within transportation distance.

The only downside to it is that there's not much channel to watch, unless you have your own account for Netflix and such. But it wouldn't be an issue if it's not the main target of the stay which I don't really mind. Other than that, it was all good.

The location is good,near the mall and other scenic destinations. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

What we don't like are the following: 1. Didn't fulfil what was requested. I asked if we could be accommodated earlier or have early check -in. They said yes, ànd no extra charges,but it was not done. We waited for many hours so ended up checking in on another unit. We arrived 4.30 am, and the guy said, we will wait until 3pm ,the check in time. We have no choice but to stay in another unit because we were too sleepy and tired. I paid another extra of RM230. According to them,recetionists there, no early check in . That was not a good excuse because the contact person in the WhatsApp said that the owner said ,we can.. 2. Another concern is the bathrooms or toilets are not well cleaned. A lot of hair at the drainage and the wall are not even brushed.The cleaner just clean what is seen and doesn't bother to clean very well.It is important since different people come and use the toilets . 3.The. floor under bed was so dusty and lot of dirt.My bottle happened to roll over under the bed an̈d when I looked for it, I discovered it. That shows it was not cleaned over ages. I hope my feedback should be for improvement and not criticism.

Personally, would not recommend if you want a nice stay in Kuala Lumpur. For context, we are currently backpacking, but decided to treat ourselves in Kuala Lumpur to a nice hotel with a pool and the view of the skyline. Oh how I wish we had stayed budget. Prior to arrival, we were bombarded with messages about a 200 Ringgit (approx. £40) deposit, which is way over half of what we had already paid for three nights - is a “deposit” not supposed to be a % of the total you pay? But anyway we gave it the benefit of the doubt. First, when you arrive there is no reception area as this is clearly a block of flats that is rented out. The “reception” stank of sewage and felt like a scam call centre, we were asked for the WhatsApp number of who we booked with (confused as we booked through booking dot com) so that these guys could contact him to check us in. Already we were on edge. We wait for our landlord, who seems alright at first, but when we told him we had no cash on us currently he completely flipped. I explained to him that firstly we had no time to get cash out as we had travelled directly from Singapore and it was late when we arrived in Malaysia and we had used all our cash at our last stop. He shouted at us that we had to pay, even in any currency, that the room had 400,000Ringgits worth of stuff in it etc. We eventually came to an agreement that he would hold one of our IDs, which I also wasn’t particularly comfortable with but we had no choice. We take some accountability that we should have had some cash, however, the way that things are ran from start to finish made us on edge about giving the owner anything. When we finally did get our key, we were on the 32nd floor and so needed a lift but Jesus Christ did we not want to get in one. There were 4 lifts in total for the whole building (35 floors I believe). Therefore you will be waiting at least five minutes for a lift.

Po potvrdení deň predtým či je všetko v poriadku s ubytovanim pre 5 ľudí, v deň pobytu ráno nám prišla sprava, že nám urobili upgrade na lepšiu izbu v inom hoteli Residencia Majestic, hneď vedľa tohto hotela... až na prekvapenie večer! Hotel Majestic bol síce pekny čistý, ale iba pre 4 osoby, tak sme žiadali pristelku, ktorá po dlhom zjednávaní, že Booking.com urobil chybu, sme ju nakoniec dostali...

Ak je zmena hotela na iný ak mám vykonanú rezervaciu pre 5 osôb, mám predsa záujem o apartmán pre 5 osôb! Nie zjednávať, hádať sa, vystupňovať svoju energiu na to, aby som dostala iný apartmán, až nakoniec sme aspoň dostali prístelku....čo mi nepríde adekvátna kompenzácia....

Dirty room and rude receptionist. He okayed my request of early check in then when i arrived he asked for 50RM. I had to pay extra. Room was without any window or ventilation just a small box. Felt trapped inside. I was tired of overnight flight this was my first hotel thus didn’t say anything, its not a hotel. I wonder if i got the same room. This guy who i met was from different company named Alaman something. Not once i read this name anywhere very sus. Some presetting done in ac. It would turn off every hour. I had to get up 4 times in the night

Bella piscina all’ultimo piano, che ho potuto ammirare prenotando con un altro vettore perché con Booking mi hanno cancellato alle 23 la prenotazione.

Disastroso, mi cancellano la prenotazione alle 23 mentre mi recavo in struttura, nonostante avessi già pagato on-Line e lasciandomi a Kuala Lumpur di notte senza camera. Booking non dovrebbe permettere questi brogli!

Le bâtiment est bien situé, la salle de sport est plutôt bien équipée avec une vue sympathique. La piscine avait également une très belle vue sur les tours petronas.

Le bâtiment n'est pas très propre et la chambre était vraiment sale (poussière, moisissure dans la salle de bain, cafard), des tâches sur les draps du lit et même en demandant un changement des draps, ils nous ont mis d'autres draps tachés...

Lo único positivo: el gimnasio y la piscina son realmente muy buenos.

He viajado durante más de 25 años y este es, sin duda, de los peores alojamientos en los que he estado (muy mala relación calidad-precio y clara sensación de engaño). El “lobby” es una oficina escondida dentro de un centro comercial, sin aire acondicionado y con aspecto cutre. Además, nos asignaron edificios distintos sin ninguna lógica. El edificio está muy descuidado, con suciedad visible durante días sin que nadie limpie. Los ascensores son infernales: sin ventilación, paradas constantes en casi cada planta y tiempos de espera absurdos (hasta 15-17 minutos). La habitación es muy deficiente: puerta insegura, pagué un “loft” (30m2) y era más pequeño que una habitación estándar (23m2), sin armario real, espacio mínimo, sin espejo de cuerpo entero, sin tabla de planchar ni extractor, ni luz ni interruptor cerca de la cama (habia que apagar desde la entrada y moverse a oscuras en la noche). El baño es inaceptable: mal olor, sin encimera, sin enchufe, sin alfombra y sin soporte para jabón. El ruido es insoportable: se escucha absolutamente todo de los vecinos, incluso el simple hecho de caminar (ni con tapones). El WiFi no funcionaba. La atención es inexistente: para cualquier problema tienes que desplazarte varios minutos y no ofrecen soluciones. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Superb location, next to a mall and next to the mall is a monorail station that links you to KL Sentral. Managed to get around without a car. Updated furnitures and exceptional comfort made me feel well rested to travel KL. And the pool and the view was amazing.

They are really not serious, not professionnel, not honest !! I booked for a price they charged me an added fees! I arrived during the night they told me we don't have a room for you !! Inacceptable not professionnel at all and not honest ... to avoid ! A éviter !!very bad experience !!

The view

I arrived to find the air conditioning leaking heavily, creating a large puddle on the floor next to the bed. This made the room unsafe and not fit to stay in. I requested a room change around 7:10pm and was told to wait, but after multiple messages and calls over the next hour there was no response. When the manager eventually called, the conversation was unexpectedly confrontational. I was told I was “trouble” and warned that if I contacted Booking.com I would not receive a room change or refund. This was very uncomfortable, especially as a solo traveller. After going to the office in person, the situation was eventually resolved and I was moved to a better room later that night. While I appreciate that the room was changed in the end, the delay, lack of communication, and tone from management made the experience stressful and disappointing. I hope the property improves how it handles guest issues in the future.

On était 5, il y avait 2 lits 2 places et un tout petit canapé sans draps. Il n’y avait pas assez de serviettes. Il y avait des travaux. J’ai été déçu.

La ubicación están muy bien. Casi todos los puntos turísticos están a 30 min caminando y además hay un centro comercial enfrente que está bien. Por otro lado, en la piscina no hay mucha gente. Y tiene unas vistas espectaculares.

La habitación no estaba muy limpia. Había unas chanclas usadas en el baño, además de las toallas bastante sucias. Por otro lado, solo había un rollo de papel higiénico, lo pedimos abajo y nunca nos lo subieron. La taza del vater estaba rota y la mayoría de enchufes no funcionaban. No se puede hacer el check in hasta las 15h. En la piscina hay una persona de seguridad vigilando el tipo de biquini que llevas y aunque en las normas sale que puedes ir en biquini de dos piezas, tiene que ser braga y top grandes. Para los hombres no hay tanta restricción, había hasta uno bañandose en calzoncillos slip.

Muy sucio. Los cubiertos sin fregar. En los vasos habia restos de ceniza. Las cucharas con restos pegados.Faltaban muchas cosas como el microondas. Lo solicitamos y nunca llegó. El apartamento estaba muy sucio. Pagamos por una suite deluxe y deluxe no tenía nada. El inodoro roto. Los jabones rellenos con agua, una caja de cervezas vacía debajo de la pila... El precio que ponen es uno y justo al pagar es mas del doble.

Absolument aucune information de la part du propriétaire avant le séjour malgré nos messages. L’offre paraissait très alléchante. 21h30, nous arrivons avec femme et enfants et là le propriétaire qui nous répond enfin au téléphone, nous annonce que la réservation est annulée. Aucune explication, il nous a fallu trouver une solution de secours, évidemment bien plus onéreuse ! Nous avions pour autant bien reçu une confirmation de réservation. Un propriétaire à éviter absolument……

Le lobby est vraiment craignos et le responsable pas super gentil. Il demande une deposit de RM300 en cash ou de laisser un papier valeur. La chambre est pas vraiment propre, la douche inonde la salle de bain car elle est bouchée et la porte vitrée ne se ferme pas. GROS point négatif est le règlement de la piscine. Aucune mention dans la réservation, l’accès est refusé si vous n’avez pas le type de maillot et ils contrôlent et te siffle dès que tu bouges limite. C’est tout sauf relaxant. Je recommande pas

Tra i dettagli della camera che mi hanno portato a prenotare c'erano il fatto che ci fosse un bollitore per l'acqua, la vista piscina, la vista città. Peccato che non fosse vero e che la vista fosse uno spazio tra due mura di circa un metro. Ho chiesto di avere almeno il bollitore ma mi è stato risposto che mi sarebbe stato dato solo se disponibile. Non mi è stato più fatto sapere nulla. Nel piatto doccia non defluiva l'acqua. Ante armadio rotto. Ragnatele sopra lo specchio del bagno.

They were very kind and waited for me, which I really appreciated after a long journey. However, once I entered the apartment, the experience was quite disappointing. First, the room was smaller than expected and the view of Kuala Lumpur was not really what was advertised. The atmosphere felt quite dark and cold, which was surprising considering how bright and appealing the property looks in the photos. There were also several maintenance and housekeeping issues: • the shower drain was clogged, • there was only a small amount of toilet paper left with no replacement, • the soap dispensers for hands and body were almost empty, • I even found a dead cockroach in the room. The bed and bedding were actually very comfortable, and I did sleep well during the night. The next morning I informed the staff about the clogged shower, the missing toilet paper and the empty soap dispensers. I was told that the shower issue had already been reported to the manager and that housekeeping would come during the day to refill the soap and add toilet paper. Unfortunately, when I returned around 6–7 pm, nothing had been done. What disappointed me the most is that the staff already knew the shower had a problem but still placed a guest in that room. A room with a clogged shower should not be assigned until the issue is fixed. Because of this situation, I decided to leave and book another hotel for the rest of my stay.

Purtroppo appena arrivati abbiamo trovato degli Scarafaggi che salgono dal bagno e dalla cucina, siamo andati al market a comprare un prodotto apposito. Viene fornito 1 rotolo di carta igienica per 3 giorni. Le lenzuola erano macchiate e sporche, così anche il pavimento. Bella anche la piscina ma non è possibile fare il bagno con il bikini. Avendo viaggiando parecchio solitamente ci adattiamo ai posti, ma qui il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo.

Unfortunately, the stay was not worth the price. This was nothing like a “suite”; it was simply a duplex flat. The unit I stayed in was not the one shown in the pictures, and I’m not sure I would have booked if I had known. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The AC did not work even though it was turned on, and the fan was not enough to cool the room at night when it was very hot. No towel was provided, which is surprising at this price point. Cleanliness was acceptable but not great (many marks on the windows).
