Очень хорошее место, тихо, много живности (павлины, обезьяны, пальмовые белки, мангусты, множество разноцветных птиц, ночью много светлячков, летучие лисицы, гекконы). Прекрасный бассейн, живописная веранда, хозяева занимаются садом и облагораживают его, много цветов. Вилла как на фото, атмосферное место с ланкийским вайбом проживания в семье. Понравилось наличие кухни, для полноценной готовки всё было. Холодильник был не исправен, но его быстро заменили в первые 2 дня моего пребывания. Дом достаточно старый и со своими особенностями, но хозяева стараются сделать ваш отдых комфортным. Комната довольно тёмная и без солнца, с другой стороны она не нагревается + я там была только ночью, окно открывала рано утром проветрить. Ванная большая и всем укомплектована, мне было удобно. Матрас и подушки (кажется они были совершенно новые) тоже удобные, для Шри-Ланки супер. Стол, стулья и полочка, где можно было положить вещи, стояла доп кровать (читаем подставка для вещей), шкаф и сушилка для вещей. Я бы добавила сюда тусклую лапу у кровати. Мне было комфортно ходить до виллы, люблю эту улицу и давно её знаю. На углу кафешка с вкусными блинчиками, недалеко магазин, где можно купить что-то по мелочи. Уже у основной дороги находится медицинский центр, очень удобно, что так рядом. Хозяева стараются вам помочь, но никогда ничего не навязывают, не допрашивают, не пытаются что-то втюхать, не говорят с тобой при каждой встрече. Обращаешься с вопросом или поговорить — общаются, идёшь мимо и киваешь, тебя не трогают. Классно повеселились на НГ в мамбосе и утром 1 января на вилле (спасибо, что отпаивали меня кофе ))) Да, говорите хозяину, если будетет поздно, двери на ночь закрывают. Я попала в момент, когда взяли щенка, было весело поиграть с Тэнго вечером. Надеюсь хозяин реализует свою мечту и заведёт ещё несколько собак. Размещение полностью соответствует ожиданиям, было приятно провести месяц в маленьком домике, утопающем в зелени. По возможности вернусь сюда снова.

НЕ МИНУСЫ, но обратитет внимание, что бы не испортить себе отпуск: 1) Нет ветра = много комаров, берите средства от комаров, хоть мне и дали цитронеллу, спасалась я своими остатками спрея от комаров. Вполне ожидаемый нюанс проживания на второй линии. 2) Сыро, просушить одежду в номере проблемно, есть место на улице, но снимать надо до заката. 3) Тараканы посещают ванную комнату, попросите у хозяев средство от них (в целом они есть везде) 4) Моя просьба к хозяину сообщать, если у него будут гости вечером. Ребята хорошие и всегда можно договориться, но немного некомфортно, если хочешь лечь пораньше и встать в 6 утра, а у ребят пятница и они играют до ночи. Опять же мы не плохо подружились и договориться было легко. 5) Слышимость, двери тонкие + над дверьми проёмы для вентиляции. Опять же не хочу писать какие-то минусы, в данном бюджете, сравнивая с другими местами, где я была, вопросов нет. Хочу, что бы для следующих гостей это не стало сюрпризом и не было испорченных ожиданий.

Mi estancia en esta villa ha sido simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, todo superó mis expectativas: la propiedad estaba impecablemente limpia, bien cuidada y equipada con todo lo necesario para una experiencia cómoda y relajante. Los espacios son amplios, luminosos y decorados con muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones ofrecen privacidad y comodidad, y las áreas comunes —especialmente la terraza y la piscina— son perfectas para disfrutar del clima y desconectar del día a día. La ubicación también es ideal: tranquila para descansar, pero a la vez cercana a tiendas, restaurantes y puntos de interés. Además, la atención del anfitrión fue excelente; siempre disponible, amable y atento a cada detalle. En resumen, una villa que recomendaría sin dudarlo y a la que me encantaría volver. Ha sido una estancia inolvidable.

. 3 Hygiene - We saw two cockroaches, the bed had a spot. The room’s corners had some webs and dust. On first look it looked clean though. Also the owner was swimming in the pool in his underwear and they were smoking in the room next to ours. 6 Comfort - The bed was nice to sleep in. Main light is a bit bright and there’s no smaller lights to read or make the room more cozy. The room is quite noisy, so you do hear the owners’ tv. They weren’t watching at unreasonable hours though. Next to the swimming pool some chairs to sit on would be nice. However the pool itself sits nicely. 1 Facilities - So many things were missing from the list on booking that this has to be a one. - WiFi: Wasn’t working at all and there’s no 4G reception in the house. - Free ⁠breakfast: was listed as free, but was 12$. - ⁠Coffee machine: it existed but you could not use it. - Airconditioning: was listed, but the room contained none. We did get a transfer for this though, but only after “proving that they were incorrect”. 10 Location 6 Staff - Nice people, but could be a little more professional. 5 Price-quality This place could be great with some small adjustments!

Obiekt ma swoj niepowtarzalny klimat 🥰 villa zachwyca swoim pięknem i oryginalnością! Obiekt ma swój orientalny styl a zarazem nowoczesny basen z fontanną i jacuzzi w którym można się schłodzić w upalny dzień. Obsługa dodatkowo umiliła nam pobyt, dostarczając wszelkich starań abyśmy czuli się zadowoleni. Serwują pyszne śniadania i robią niesamowite koktajle. Wieczorami mogą przyrządzić kolację na zamówienie lub wspólnie ugrilowac świeże owoce morza. Mogę ze szczerym sercem polecić to przepiękne miejsce a zarazem oazę spokoju. To nie będzie nasz ostatni raz w tym miejscu. Z pewnością jeszcze wrócimy :)

Casa de Ceylon.It is a beautiful old house. With amazing veranda and beautiful garden. It is in a quiet area at a walking distance from the beach and all restaurant and shops. It is a great place for a long stay, the host is sharing all the facilities of the house. Kitchen, washing machine. Wifi. Rooms are spacious and had private toilets with hot watter. I highly recommend it if you want to feel like at home

One of my favorite places in Sri Lanka. Very comfortable, clean and super lovely owners. The garden is beautiful and full of fireflies at night. It is very quiet, but the beach, restaurants, shopping and medical services are within walking distance.

The villa is located 3 minutes walk from the ocean, in a quiet place surrounded by palm trees. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with air conditioning or a fan The staff is very helpful and cheerful. They organized interesting excursions for us.

Place good, facilities more less as expected.

Sound isolation very bad. As front door usualy is locked from inside, you have to find host somehow, espcially at night it is long and not always possible. Even in the mornig it is locked and you have to wait for half hour or more to be let in... When other guests return the also make noise and efforts to access their rooms... There are two showers, hot and cold, but not mixing.

Cozy place. We spent one night there, but I recommend staying longer. There is a kitchen and a refrigerator

Beautiful house and lovely garden. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a family room which had two rooms with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Every room was big with plenty of space for your things. The outdoor space is great - there is a big patio with plenty of seats and tables. There’s also a nice living room and kitchen. It’s a short 10-15 minute walk into Hikkaduwa or an even shorter tuk tuk ride where you can reach beautiful beaches as well as plenty of restaurants and beach bars. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us fresh coconuts from the trees. You can use the washing machine too.

I like all the facilites they supplied for me and the staff of the villa was very friendly As soon as we came they gave me a cocacola and supplied the bed tea every morning also a vey cool climate it is

This place… just so lovely. The garden and house are so beautiful. So peaceful and really good vibes. The owners were amazing. They took so well care of us, from coffee and coconuts in the morning and helping us with anything we asked! Genuinly kind people, I really appreciated their hospitality. Location is great, short walk to beach and food and shops. The house itself has a fully equipped kitchen aswell. Im only sad we didnt have time to stay for a longer duration!! Thanks for everything!
