The location is excellent, with trams, buses, ferries, all nearby, plus lots of restaurants and cafés and Galata Bridge within easy reach. Overall, everything you need for a great stay in Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Die Lage ist 1A sehr gut. Man kommt vom Hotel aus mit dem Straßenbahn und Fähre überall und sehr schnell hin. Zimmer sehr modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

تجربة سيئة ومخيبة للآمال بكل المقاييس. وصلت إلى الغرفة لأجد ملابس داخلية للضيف السابق، وهذا بحد ذاته دليل واضح على أن الغرفة لم يتم تنظيفها وتجهيزها بالشكل المطلوب. والأسوأ من ذلك أن الماء يخرج من الصنبور بهذه الصورة العكرة والملوثة، وهو أمر غير مقبول إطلاقًا في فندق يفترض أن يوفر أبسط معايير النظافة والسلامة. كيف يُسمح بتسليم غرفة لنزيل جديد وهي بهذه الحالة؟ وكيف يمكن الوثوق بمستوى النظافة بعد العثور على ملابس شخصية للضيف السابق؟ هذه ليست ملاحظة بسيطة، بل إهمال واضح في النظافة والخدمة. دفعت مقابل إقامة يفترض أن تكون مريحة ونظيفة، وليس لأكتشف بنفسي أن الغرفة لم تُنظف والماء غير صالح للاستخدام. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق التعامل مع الموضوع بجدية، لأن مثل هذه التجربة تسيء لسمعة الفندق وتفقد النزيل الثقة فيه. لا أنصح بالسكن فيه قبل معالجة هذه المشاكل بشكل فعلي.

I loved everything about my stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and very comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring Istanbul. I especially appreciated that the hotel contacted me in advance to help arrange my airport transfers, which made my arrival and departure so easy. Above all, the staff were exceptional — incredibly kind, welcoming and always willing to help. A special thank you to Metin for his outstanding attention and kindness. He truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

Exceptional service beyond expectations! We stayed at this hotel before our cruise and were absolutely blown away by the level of care. I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush after we had already checked out and were at the Istanbul cruise terminal. I called the hotel in a panic, and without hesitation, a staff member personally drove to the terminal to deliver one to me — completely free of charge and with a smile! This is the kind of genuine hospitality that you rarely find anywhere. The room was spotless, the breakfast delicious, but it’s the people who truly make this place special. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into such a ⭐A hotel that truly cares about its guests I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The room was immaculate, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop views of the city were breathtaking. But what sets this place apart is the extraordinary staff. Here’s what happened: we checked out in the morning and headed to the Istanbul cruise terminal to board our ship. It was only when we were already at the terminal that I realized I had left my toothbrush back at the hotel. It sounds like a small thing, but with a long cruise ahead of us, it was a real inconvenience. I called the hotel, half-expecting them to simply apologize. Instead, the receptionist immediately said, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” Within 30 minutes, a staff member arrived at the cruise terminal — in person! — holding not just a toothbrush, but a complete dental kit, beautifully wrapped and with a handwritten note wishing us a wonderful voyage. I was speechless. They refused any tip and simply said, “Enjoy your cruise.” This is not just customer service; this is genuine Turkish hospitality at its finest. They went far above and beyond what anyone could expect.

Very nice hotel in Izmir. Staff were really helpful and the room was spacious and very clean, we loved it. We really appreciated the private parking as it is really hard to find a place outside.

Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très propre, calme et bien insonorisée, avec une climatisation parfaitement fonctionnelle. Elle disposait également d’un coffre-fort ainsi que d’une bouilloire avec du café et du thé à disposition. Lit très confortable. Le personnel a été particulièrement courtois, gentil et disponible. La réception étant ouverte 24h/24. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié qu’ils acceptent de réceptionner certains de nos achats en notre absence et de les conserver en sécurité jusqu’à notre retour. L'espace communs est calme et joliment décoré, des boissons chaudes et des petits gâteaux sont proposés à volonté. L’hôtel se trouve à proximité de plusieurs sites touristiques et d’une station de métro, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. On trouve également à proximité un restaurant ouvert toute la nuit, très pratique en cas d’arrivée tardive, ainsi qu’une station-service permettant de faire rapidement quelques achats à toute heure. Un hôtel confortable et accueillant. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et je le recommande sans hésitation.

위치 좋음 - 공항 접근성 1) IST-에미뇌뉘 공항버스 타고 트램 타면 평지 위주 이동 가능 2) SAW는 카바타쉬까지 트램-페리-M4타면 어렵지 않음 - 대존맛 고등어케밥이 근처임 - Tophane 트램이 가까워서 진짜 좋음!! - 갈라타 타워도 도보 접근 가능

숙소 앞 도보가 캐리어 끌기에 좋은 상태는 아니라는 것 정도..? 엘리베이터가 있긴 한데 로비층에서 계단 3칸 정도는 내려가야했다.

The location was great, near the tram, restaurants, shops, mini mart. Walking distance to Galata tower. The staff, especially Emre was super helpful and friendly.

I wish breakfast, even just baked goods (muffins, croissants, was included. They had coffee and small cookies but not enough to last you until lunch.

Their standard room is a bit tight on space, we were having trouble where to place our bags.

Останавливались в этом замечательном отеле второй раз. Все на высоком уровне, приветливый и гостеприимный персонал. В этот раз нас заселили в двухкомнатный номер с балконами на четвертом этаже. Номер очень понравился.

Жаль, что в этот раз на завтраке не было выпечки.

Goede ligging, vlak bij de pier, Istanbul Modern, Galata Port en levendige terrasjes. Vriendelijk personeel. Rustige, nette kamer - de enige waar ik het minst last had van omgevingsgeluiden.

Номер хороший: свежий ремонт, приятный интерьер, всё выглядит ухоженно и комфортно для проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал на ресепшен — очень любезные, внимательные и доброжелательные сотрудники. Всегда готовы помочь, подсказать и решить любой вопрос без лишней суеты. Также понравилось местоположение отеля: удобно добираться, рядом есть всё необходимое, при этом атмосфера спокойная и приятная. Отличный вариант для отдыха в Турции, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel situato nella parte moderna di Istanbul, in una posizione comoda per visitare la città e muoversi facilmente. La camera era piuttosto piccola, ma accogliente, confortevole e sempre molto pulita. Un punto di forza è stato sicuramente il personale: tutti estremamente gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità, facendoci sentire ben accolti durante tutto il soggiorno. Sebbene la colazione non fosse inclusa, al mattino erano disponibili biscotti per gli ospiti, mentre caffè, tè e acqua erano sempre a disposizione gratuitamente durante tutta la giornata, un'attenzione molto apprezzata.

Очень хороший небольшой отель. Расположение супер: близко к паромам,трамваю/атобусу. Удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей. Очень чисто, уборщица русскоговорящая, очень приятная, как и парни администраторы. Понравилось, что в отеле было тихо и уютно. У меня было день рождения и ребята даже украсили номер шарами и сделали небольшой комплемент. Было очень приятно, большое им спасибо! Надеюсь, качество отеля и обслуживания останется на высоте. Обязательно бы вернулась сюда еще 👍

Любой транспорт под боком: автобусы, трамвай, паром — невероятно удобно передвигаться по городу. Рядом множество классных баров и ресторанов, крупный торговый центр и отличные продуктовые магазины — всё, что нужно для комфортного отдыха. Персонал просто восхитительный: отзывчивый, внимательный, помогает моментально, с улыбкой и искренним желанием сделать пребывание идеальным. В отеле идеальная чистота, а круглосуточный чай, кофе и печенье создают ощущение домашнего уюта. Очень рекомендую — место, куда хочется вернуться!

La estética del hotel, es sencillo pero elegante. Camas cómodas, agua de cortesía y tetera.

Quizás en la doble standar el hueco de almacenamiento es bastante justo si vas muchos dias. Por el resto todo perfecto

Tout. C’est un petit hôtel avec un super confort, il y a exactement ce qu’il faut et la localisation est parfaite, à deux pas du Tram 1 qui dessert tout le centre historique. Il y a de bonnes adresses pour dîner le soir et c’est loin de l’agitation touristique, mais ça reste un quartier très animé. Le rapport qualité prix est top, et le personnel très sympa. N’hésitez pas à réserver cet hôtel et si vous hésitez sur le quartier, j’ai pour ma part trouvé que c’était un gros +.

La bouilloire est un peu dangereuse car quand elle est chaude il ne faut pas toucher la poignée au risque de se brûler 😬
