非常不错，希望下次继续入住

都挺好的

Need to put a 3000RMB deposit even where I offered to pay in full for me short stay. But waited for sometime for refund after stay. Now, not sure if hotel refunded me the balance to my youtrip card. Cannot find the record that hotel refunded. May be they did refund???

La Ubicación, Aseo y camas cómodas. Deben mejorar con el ingles

Ingles menos que regular

The breakfast was normal for a five star hotel.

The check in too long.

L'emplacement

Les personnes d'accueil

The room was great, and the view was spectacular. The location was also good, the metro station only a short walk away. The Xuanwu Lake touristic area is 10 mins walk, and nice for sightseeing. The city walls, some of the templeas are also accessible easily.

The staff don't speak good English, and some of the facilities are definitely not 5 star. I will consider this hotel 4 star, given the price.

Peaceful stay. Surrounding area. Cooperative staff.

Breakfast options could be better

staff atittude

The room is exequisite, spacious, polished and clean

Find it a bit difficult at the beginning to make food order by the bar code but was able to get it right later on. Hotel should look at the option of placing order via telephone or other suitable means

Amazing buffet breakfast; spacious and clean room; comfortable bed; great location close to everything.

Car park is bit crowded.

The pillows were too high for us. But they have lower ones upon request. They note your request from previous stay which is very nice touch. The room was a bit outdated. One of the tile of the tub was off and movable in the bathroom. Which could be a safety concern.

Great breakfast, and good location

counter flexibility

The room is spacious. Good view of the lake

The sewage was choked on my first night. Got a replacement room pretty fast.

5 star service, clean, comfortable and convenient location

Nil

Breakfast is good Great location connected to an improved mall Nice swimming pool Cleaning staff very friendly and they clean well

I stayed in this hotel frequently about 10 years ago. Overall quality decreased: Floor in the room and the bath tub shows some small damages Tap not well fixed on the sink Cabinet did not clsoe well Roof of the swimming pool has severe damage If you look at the hotel in the details it needs an upgrade

Everything

Nothing

Very good

Staff behavior

the room, the service. the staff's attitude and ease of asking to reserve taxi to get to where I needed in the city. excellent location attached to mall with plenty of food. lake view and xuanwu lake park access.

the booking was cancelled prior to arrival leaving the staff at lobby confused during check in but they upgraded my room in the end to resolve the issue and reassured me that I had a place to stay even with the fully booked status of the hotel.

I liked the pool, the lake view, the breakfast

Nothing

Spacious, clean and near train station

Location is very convenient and the value for money is good

Business centre is no accessible to all which makes printing difficult

Outstanding facilities, nice location by the lake

Booking at their desk was cheaper :(

Very good location, nice view. We can see lake view and city view from the room. The hotel upgraded our room. The cleaner serviced on level 34 is very good. She made the room so clean and tidy.

View, location and breakfast were great

The facilities (swimming/gym) are long walk through several corridors

facilities and location are great!
