Staff were lovely, rooms nice enough.

The property is in very poor condition and is not fit for purpose. The building has a serious damp problem, and the smell of dampness is noticeable from the moment you walk into the reception area. The overall condition of the property is concerning and needs urgent attention.

La chambre était très propre. Il y a de la place. Salle de bain propre et spacieuse. Nous avions une chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. Code d'accès pour rentrer dans le bâtiment et dans la chambre. A une vingtaine de minutes de marche du stade de Wembley.

C'est vieillot, pas de prise USB pour charger les GSM ou les PC. Une seule prise disponible avec adaptateur, vu que nous sommes à Londres. Prix TRES élevé pour une nuit, mais bon, Bon Jovi était en concert à Wembley. Nous avons payé 359 livres pour 1 nuit, 2 personnes.

This hotel is in a good location for Wembley Stadium. It is within walking distance or there is a bus stop just outside on a route to Wembley and Wembley Park Tube Station.

Took ages for the water to run hot in the bathroom. Lamp didn't work in bedroom. Bathroom nice and modern but seemed unfinished.

It was unclear . The bathroom was dirty and had an odour of urine. walls unkemp and not kept maintained. We did not receive any toiletries or chocolate as stipulated.

Wasn't very clean, dust on top of wardrobes, TV had no signal for normal channels and was permanently locked on audio so when you used the remote, the tv would say what button you just pressed

Je me suis fais escroquer j’ai payé un bonus pour une chambre à 4 lits et je n’ai eu que 2 lits dont 1 lit pour une personne et une fois arrivée pas d’accueil je suis arrivé avant 22h un hote très désagréable qui me dit que je nous n’avons pas le droit d’être 4 même si nous avons payé que mes 2 frères seront considérés comme des visiteurs donc interdis de rentrer et que la garantis sera encaissé si ils dorment au logement je déconseille au plus haut point à ne jamais réserver

La atención del personal fué estupenda no nos falto nada para tener una estancia cómoda y el sitio era muy tranquilo, buena conección para ir a todos sitios

The staff were amazing, so helpful, and they checked up on you. Our room was good for the most part. Secure doors made you feel safe. It was close by to Wembley Stadium and a whole bunch of shops like Lidl and a few restaurants

Our shower was dirty as well as the bottom sheet covering the bed base apart from that beds where clean and tidy aswell as room

It was a comfortable stay for the nights, the actual rooms were pleasant

The bathroom was very unsanitary and uncomfortable to be in. The managers insisted on keeping photographs of my ID even after check-in and wouldn’t let me delete it. They were also rude during phone calls when I asked simple questions.

The hotel was a 15 minute walk to Wembley stadium and parking was easy. The room was clean and there was water, and brew making facilities in it. There was no air con, but 2 fans in the room. The staff were friendly.

The shower door was broken and one of the sockets above the bed was hanging off the wall. Although the room was a good size, it was a little cramped for 4 people. We paid just under £400 for 1 night and it was not worth that cost. We also paid an extra £30 for parking which was steep considering the cost of the room. We wouldn't stay here again to be honest., not because of issues, but because it isn't value for money, sorry.

Very basic room, not fully clean. Mattress was awful, springs very prominent and uncomfortable. Also battery low on door panel upon return so could not access room, had to call out of hours line for access

Shower tray nearly fallen through floor and a lot of black mould. For £300, felt a little overpriced. £200 more realistic given the shower tray would flood with every shower

The staff were really friendly and the stay was made super easy with a key coded door and easy check in and check out. It was a great location as we were a ten minute walk from the stadium to go to our concert.

I couldn’t really fault this because it was a great stay and I’ll definitely be returning but the shower was flooded a bit and the main door to the hotel was quite loud slamming so people leaving early hours would wake you up if you were sleeping.

Wasn't like the pictures on the site and having to pay £40 extra for parking and £20 extra to book in an hour earlier. Think £420 already was a lot for the room to start with. Will not be visiting London ever again.

easily accessible, very clean and good looking, perfect walking distance from wembley stadium, in a nice are. Lovely and helpful staff.

when i stayed it was 35°C in London and there was only one fan in the room, but it wasn’t that bad.

It was fairly close the arena and the safety of PIN codes was reassuring

The beds were hard the pillows were extremely flat the bedding was stained. There was also a wasp nest right outside the window which meant we couldn’t open the window and as there was no one in reception in the evening we couldn’t let anyone know

Was very tidy/clean and a good find considering we booked last minute for something near Wembley! About a 20 mins walk and avoids the tube queues when leaving :). Staff were very nice and helpful and provided a WhatsApp message system if any help was needed! Room was a bit warm but fan was provided so was perfect:) .

Tad bit pricey but to be expected during a concert, no other issues!

Location was ok to catch trains or bus into London central from Wembley park.

Entrance is too exposed to traffic on the main road, no fence or gate for privacy. Our room was just facing the road and loud once windows are open. No wardrobe or somewhere to keep your clothes. No fridge etc. Just the essentials stuff to ease your stay

Not cleaned properly! Dirty shower tiles, dust in bathroom corners, behind TV. Dirty tissues left behind basin. No shower gel provided. No tea spoons provided. Loose socket above bed. Stained towels.

Nada, quizá que está relativamente cerca a la estación de wembley park que conecta con el centro, pero hay que caminar unos 20 min a la estación

Limpieza e instalaciones sucias e incómodas, para ser un hotel deberían limpiar y cambiar sábanas a diario y no lo hacen hasta que se los pides, el baño estrecho incómodo y con mobiliario muy viejo. Hacía calor en Londres y solo teníamos un pequeño ventilador, no tiene aire acondicionado. Por otra parte se escucha todo, cuando camina alguien por las habitaciones de arriba, oyes todo además del ruido de la calle, oyes camiones ambulancias, policía etc, sumado a esto que apenas tiene una cortinilla que le queda muy justa a la ventana y entra luz por todas parte, lo cual dificulta mucho descansar allí, tuve que usar tapones de oídos y tomar medicación para dormir, de lo contrario imposible.

It was convenient in location for easy walk to Wembley. The room was clean and the bathroom fixtures were quite luxurious for the venue. They also provided a fan which was very helpful with our recent heatwave.

Check in was 3 and the front car park was quite full of people at 2.20 of people waiting to check in as to go in a little earlier would have incurred a surcharge of minimum £20. It was not obvious at time of initial booking that parking also required an additional payment. The room due to its easy proximity to Wembley stadium was already quite a high rate so the push for additional charges did seem unnecessary. That said it is a small business in a good location and fine for a one night stay.

It was clean, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. It’s within a short walk of Wembley Stadium which is why we chose it. Modern room fine for a good nights sleep.

The room had a few maintenance issues, primarily the shower wall being broken and other little stuff. While it is a short walk to the stadium. I would stress to be careful at night , the area isn’t the safest. (We were three men and all above 6ft)

Location. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean.

I prebooked a parking space for £30. My plans changed and the space was no longer needed. I contacted the hotel twice in advance of the booking date to advise so the space could be re-allocated and asked if the £30 could be refunded. These messages were ignored and the money was not refunded.

Not worth the money paid for one night, Especially when you get charged £40 for parking ontop of the accommodation price. (Never stayed at hotel where parking isnt included) Ceiling was leaking and dripped on my daughters head and arm, the lady on desk was informed and we got the reply of" yh were aware thanks" The sockets were hanging off the wall, squashed wasps on door frames. The shower and sink was not pleasant sight, bed sheets stained. The view from the window was ridiculous, Just like scrap yard. Area very loud at night Definitely wont be staying here again

Perfect location for Wembley stadium, 15 20 minute walk and easy to find. We got an uber back to the hotel after the gig with ease.

It would have been nice to have a breakfast on offer, but there's a few places nearby to grab a bite so it didn't really matter.

Gute Anbindung durch die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und Nähe zur Wembley Arena. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Lidl) in der Nähe. Nettes Personal und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Ventilator während der Hitzewelle.

Ständige Sirenen in der Nacht. Auch wenn das Hotel selbst dafür nichts kann, war es leider sehr störend. Etwas staubig in versteckten Ecken. Abgenutztes, teilweise etwas fleckiges Bettzeug. Kaputte, schimmlige Silikonfugen im Bad.

I liked how close it was to Wembley

There was a hole in the bedroom wall. Dust at the side of the wardrobe and the shower tiles had no grout.

Their was nothing I didn't like. The room was on the smaller side but we managed and as a single night stay it was ok.

After reading the reviews we were a bit worried about what we would find. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom. Check in was easy and staff were lovely. Even got given water, chocolate and crisps. It was perfect for attending a concert in Wembley. 20 min easy walk.

Only thing is could do with air con. Was 30 degrees when we visited and the room was very warm. Fans are supplied, and we also brought our own. Would definitely recommend bringing an extra fan if visiting in Summer.
