Reviewed Aug 16, 2026When we arrived, the hotel had lost our booking and spent about an hour trying to find us a room. When they found one it did not meet our original criteria and we had to book another hotel at the last minute. Quite a nightmare. However this was during an exceptionally busy time for the hotel so I imagine that in another period you will probably be safe from this.

Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, как на ресепшене так и горничные и повара - готовы помочь в любых вопросах в том числе и с покупкой супениров за короткой время. Номер с большой кроватью, смена полотенец и уборка номеров каждый день. Завтрак большой шведский стол с разнообразными блюдами как традиционной так и стандартной китайской кухни. Остался очень доволен.

They provide bottle water every day. The only thing you might be picking on is their room size and bathroom size are quite small.
