Чудесная вилла (отдельное здание с отдельным входом через территорию живущих рядом хозяев и их храма)) с отличным бассейном. Все очень чисто, хороший холодильник, кулер, плита. Хозяева помогли с багажом (его нужно спускать/поднимать к вилле по уличной каменной лестнице). Хозяйка готовит вкусный завтрак на выбор из нескольких вариантов меню. Место тихое, хотя буквально за стеной санузла какой-то отель. У хозяина можно арендовать мопеды, что очень удобно - не нужно искать другое место аренды и можно взять и вернуть в любое время. Припарковать машину смогли прямо напротив входа.

До центра Убуда ехать 15-20 минут на мопеде, но это не недостаток, а просто надо иметь в виду, что пешком не добраться.

The hosts were the best part! They were friendly and lived next door if there was any issue. It was a great getaway and super peaceful. There were some little cute lizards too!

We had an wonderful stay at this villa. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect. One of the highlights of our stay was renting a scooter, which made it very easy to explore the surrounding area. The host was very friendly, helpfull and we highly recommend this villa 😊

It’s a beautiful villa, managed by a very kind and helpful family, they were great hosts. The breakfast was amazing, and it’s like an island of peace. We could also rent scooter from the place, which was comfortable. Everything was very nice!

It could be a bit cool in the evening and the bathroom is opened, but it was ok.

Mi estancia fue maravillosa. La villa es preciosa, rodeada de naturaleza y con una tranquilidad que la hace muy especial. El anfitrión fue encantador, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar, haciendo que todo fuera fácil y cómodo desde el primer momento. Sin duda, una experiencia preciosa que recomiendo totalmente.

Everything was truly outstanding! The property is exactly as advertised with clean amenities, privacy and beautiful set ups. The location is also perfect for a quiet getaway from the bustle and business of more high tourist areas. There are also cheap and tasty food options close by but the villa is in good location to reach many of Ubud's tourist sites including Tegalalang rice terraces.

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. The place itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. It is located on the property of a local family who were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. They also offer helpful services such as motorbike rental, which we highly recommend since the villa is a bit further from Ubud. The only downside we noticed was the limited kitchen equipment. It would be great to have a few more basic items available, such as a cutting board, more than two sets of cutlery, a kitchen towel, and essentials like salt and pepper. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this villa to others looking for a quiet and authentic experience.

Its little bit far from ubud market area but however this is not downside of this property . They had also scooter rental which helped us a lot. And we enjoyed a lot

Absolutely beautiful, modern, private, spacious villa. Run by a beautiful family, the villa is peaceful and secluded but only a short scooter ride (can hire from villa) into central Ubud. The bed and linen were lovely, clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and water dispenser provided. Having a lounge area with tv and streaming services is a big bonus. Beautiful big breakfasts provided daily and the hosts were very attentive to any requests (such as providing mozzies coils and plug-ins). Wayan is also happy to drive you anywhere you wish. He took me to Mount Batur and days later picked me up again and drove me to Amed.

The villa was amazing - just a couple of small details would greatly improve the stay, such as having a luggage stand in the bedroom (plenty of room there) and providing basics in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, bottle opener (which they brought me once I requested it), etc. I also found the sofa extremely uncomfortable but this is obviously just my preference.

Het was een hele rustige en comfortabele plek, met veel ruimte. Heerlijk zwembad ook!

De locatie was goed, maar wat verder weg van het centrum.

Lo mejor fue la hospitalidad de los anfitriones, que en todo momento se mostraron dispuestos a ayudar. La villa está en una zona muy tranquila, y aunque pertenece a la casa de los dueños, tienes mucha privacidad. Los desayunos eran riquísimos, la cama muy cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio.

El baño era muy moderno pero su diseño abierto puede no ser para todo el mundo. Aún así, tiene ducha y bañera, así como champú, gel, acondicionador, secador, etc.

El alojamiento es nuevo y está impecablemente limpio. A pesar de encontrarse dentro de la propiedad de los dueños, la privacidad es total y sin ruidos apenas. Ellos son encantadores y te hacen sentir como parte de la familia desde el primer momento. Ella es una cocinera excelente: los desayunos son deliciosos, variados y preparados con mucho cariño. Él es muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesites. Además, ofrecen servicio de alquiler de motos, organización de tours, experiencias y traslados en taxi, lo cual hace la estancia aún más cómoda. Se encuentra a 12 minutos de Ubud en moto y sino quieres desplazarte, se puede ir caminando a varios Warungs buenos y a buen precio. Sin duda volveríamos allí de nuevo. Nos dio mucha pena marcharnos.

Kadek und seine Familie waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Villa ist es schön eingerichtet und das Frühstück kann man täglich unkompliziert vorbestellen. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Auswahl vollkommen ausreichend. Man hat viel Privatsphäre, erreicht schnell mit einem Fahrer oder dem Roller die Innenstadt. Gleichzeitig kann man auch zu Fuß in die nahegelegenen Restaurants zum Essen gehen. Dadurch dass die Villa offen gestaltet ist, trifft man auf jeden Fall einige Tiere wie Geckos oder Ameisen an. Dessen sollte man sich beim buchen bewusst sein. Das Schlafzimmer ist jedoch geschlossen, sodass man dort keine Sorge haben muss. Wir fanden unseren Gecko als Mitbewohner super! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt 😊

Die Sauberkeit hätte an manchen Stellen besser sein können, sodass es ein 10-Sterne Aufenthalt gewesen wäre. Dabei geht es vor allem um Flecken auf den Polstermöbel und dass das Bad nach dem Duschen jedes Mal leicht überschwemmt ist.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. La villa est super ! En plus d’être magnifique, son emplacement est top ! Nous avons loué un scooter directement à la villa, ce qui nous a permis de faire toutes les activités qu’on avait prévu. L’hôte est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, extrêmement serviable et prêt à répondre à tous nos besoins. Très bon petit-déjeuner !

We have had such a wonderful time at Anya Villa Ubud. The villa is absolutely beautiful, with a perfect mix of modern comfort and Balinese charm. The pool was super clean, private and surrounded by a lovely atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy. The location is ideal for resting, but at the same time very close to Tegallalang rice terraces and just a short ride to Ubud city. What really made the stay five stars was the lovely family. They are amazing: kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you might need. They made us feel like part of their home, which gave the experience a very warm and personal touch. Looking forward to coming back soon!

It was a really cool place, intimate and clean. It was our first contact with Balinese culture and I can tell that stay is the reason we want to visit Bali again soon. The staff is kind and always smiling, the breakfast is amazing and I consider myself a picky eater. I have nothing to complain about it. In the night will be some geko lizards in the yard but they are harmless and kinda cute. So in conclusion, it’s the best place we stayed so far and we’ll definitely come back in a few years. Recommend it 100%

The property was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, the owner lives next to the property so he is always there to help, you can rent a scooter, 10-15 min form Ubud, near to Tegallalang. A very quiet place, good breakfast.

Nothing bad to say. The only thing is that the hot water ran out after a certain time but that didn’t bother us because it was hot outside anyway.

We liked the property, which was very clean and in a very quiet location , the owners who live nearby were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was great. You can rent a motorbike at the property as well or use a driver to get to any place around.

We will remember of our stay at Villa Anya as it was perfect. From the welcoming, to the details of service as in a hotel (delicious homemade breakfast, cleaning service). This is more than just a stay, the family is taking care of everything and are happy to share with you the information and Ubud’s way of life. The villa is well conceived, kitchen and saloon are open to the nature and by the other side you have the bedroom closed. A place so restful and near of the center of Ubud (10minutes with a scooter that you can rent to the villa directly). One more thing to say: thank you again for everything it was a perfect stay ✨

Nothing all was perfect

I loved the layout and modern look of the property. Very aesthetically pleasing. It was throughly clean and the family/staff was so accommodating and helpful.

The villa itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained—truly feels like a 5-star property. The hosts were wonderful, always checking in, and even provided us with a pan for cooking. Kadek and the family made us feel at home, serving delicious, homestyle breakfasts. Their hospitality was top-notch, and we appreciated every bit of their kindness.

Unfortunately, our stay was heavily impacted by an overwhelming number of lizards and geckos. Large lizards (nearly half a meter) hovered near the entrance, while geckos of all sizes were scattered around the pool, bathrooms, dining area, and hallways. It became challenging to relax in the villa as there were often 3-4 lizards around the pool and even one near the bathtub, making us feel constantly on edge. We ended up spending most of our time locked in the room or out on tour, avoiding common areas due to the constant sightings. For anyone who is very afraid of lizards, this may not be a comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the villa is in a very secluded area, with no option for GRAB or GOJEK pickup, which may not feel ideal for solo travelers. It’s disappointing that we couldn’t fully enjoy the stunning amenities like the private pool or bath due to the lizards. Everything else about the stay was lovely, but the lizards made it difficult for us to fully relax and enjoy this beautiful property. This review might not resonate with everyone, but for those with a fear of lizards, this is something to consider.

It was a bit hard to find a villa because there was no sign.

The villa is brand new, nestled in a quiet area of Ubud but not too far from central so you don’t feel too isolated. The design of the villa is stunning with a beautiful aesthetic, meaning that even if you are doing nothing, the place is still enjoyable! Kadek and his family prepared a huge, fresh and delicious breakfast for me every morning. I feel lucky to be only the second guest who stayed here :) I booked this place last minute, and found it by pure chance, yet Kadek and his family were still prepared to welcome me despite me booking only a few hours before arriving. If you are looking for peace and serenity coupled with Indonesian hospitality then this is the place!
