Jim was so helpful and accomodating, we felt so welcome, breakfast was delicious & the location was excellent

Fantastic landlord, very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Great location close to the city walls, but with street parking outside. Clean & comfortable. Excellent breakfast including some additional options thrown in by Jim.

The en-suite shower room in our bedroom was a little small, but perfectly fine for our short stay.

Lovely host, excellent facilities. Very clean. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Central to where I needed to go. The host was so knowledgible about Derry and was great at giving advice on routes to take as there were a lot of road closures due to a triathalon taking place on that weekend.

I would have preferred an ensuite but that said I did have my own private bathroom just a short walk down the hall which was spotless and had ample towels, complimentary shampoo etc.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Besitzer gibt viele hilfreiche Infos und macht ein tolles Frühstück, und zwar alles was man möchte.

Das Bad in Zimmer 1 war sehr klein.

Posizione , pulizia, colazione ha preparato anche colazione gluten free per mio figlio celiaco. l’ho apprezzato tantissimo.

It was not as in the city centre as we thought you would be best to taxi home at night but we would still go back

Super friendly helpful staff, nothing too much bother. The room was beautifully clean as was the bathroom. The bed was really comfy The area felt safe and friendly Breakfast had a huge selection of food and a full Irish breakfast is recommended!

Location was central. Very easy to get to all the important tourist sites. Host was exceptional.

It was spotlessly clean and central for everything. Jim the host was absolutely outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. He also cooked the best fried breakfast I have ever tasted, in my life !!.

Gastheer gaf uitgebreid advies over wat te doen in Derry, was heel waardevol. Verder een prima uitgebreid ontbijt en kamers die klein maar compleet waren. Parkeren voor de deur ging makkelijk en het oude centrum ligt op loopafstand.

Posizione assolutamente perfetta, a pochi passi dalle mura e con parcheggio gratis davanti alla struttura. Colazione ottima e cucinata sul momento. Camera e bagno con spazi un po’ ristretti ma comunque confortevoli e pulitissimi. Host molto gentile e prodigo di utili informazioni sui punti d’interesse della città.

Uitstekende bed en breakfast. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, schone en gezellige kamer, goed ontbijt (zelfs gemaakt op basis van persoonlijke voorkeur) en tot slot fijn dat je gratis voor de deur kan parkeren.

Tutto fantastico, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni sulla città e un'ottima colazione nord irlandese entrambe le mattine. Inoltre ci ha pagato il taxi l'ultimo giorno perchè eravamo in ritardo per il pulman. Ci ha inoltre fatto fare il check in anticipato il primo giorno senza attese, così abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli e cominciare a girare subito la città.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, situata appena fuori dalle storiche mura di Derry, permettendo di raggiungere il centro storico comodamente a piedi in pochissimi minuti.La camera era semplice ma estremamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. Il vero punto di forza della struttura è stato l'host: una persona simpaticissima, accogliente e molto disponibile, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per la visita.La colazione è stata ottima e abbondante, ideale per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Inoltre, la comodità di poter lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio proprio di fronte alla struttura è un enorme valore aggiunto.Un'esperienza eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista, super consigliato!

Bit noisy but to be fair we had the window open all the time. Could hear the other guests in the next room but it wasn't to bad.

Close to the city centre

Our host, Jim, was very personable and had many helpful suggestions on what to see and do in Derry. He was a very good cook. There was a very large variety of hot and cold dishes available for breakfast. And Jim prepared exactly what we wanted. We could not have been happier with the way that Jim took care of us.

There is nothing that we could say that we didn’t like.

Comfortable beds, cozy place. The owner and chef was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Had a few good chats. Got great advice on where to go. He cooked us a fab brekkie. Overall he made a HUGE effort, which is very rare these days. Sad we didn’t stay longer 😢

Fresh clean and close to centre of town. Our Host was amazing he made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived provided information on what to see where to eat and where to avoid. Then we woke to an amazing home cooked breakfast with all the trimmings. Such amazing value for money.

The owner was very knowledgeable and passionate about his city. He gave us many suggestions which were invaluable to us.

Room 2 was hot as a result of the boiler for the property being located in a cupboard in the room.

Jim was a terrific host. Very friendly and helpful with great recommendations for our stay in Derry. Our room was on the small side, but the beds are comfy and has a great shower. Very walkable location to everything.

Rooms are a bit small and the breakfast room was pretty stuffy.

What a Surprise! This adorable town house located a few mins from the heart of Derry city near the Bishops Gate.. Warm welcome from Catherine . The cosy bright spotless room, was a haven of peace and rest. Crisp bedlinen with comfy bed. Tea/ Coffee making facilities in room. Ideal location if visiting Derry.

This place was amazing, breakfast was no trouble no matter what you wanted. Was flexible on breakfast times which was a bonus for 1 morning we needed get going early and then next wanted a lie in. Great location to bars. Also the main guy was great with knowing all the history and best places to go. Lovely room ,warm,clean and wel maintained. No issues at all.

Only issue was in room 1 the water pump kept going off but think it was when someone ran the hot water . But didnt ruin the stay at all.
