The son left a pair of shoes behind, i contacted the host who was very helpful and contacted the cleaners and got them for us and kept them aside for us to collect wen we returned to derry, thanks again, 👏👏👏

Sum lazy people came in wif take away nite b 4 but left all the mess on kitchen table for other guests to come down to the nxt morning which wasnt very nice! No call for that, but not hosts fault,

Very comfortable and close to bars and restaurants

The location is perfect, close to the centre, the walls, and the bogside. The room was cosy and clean, and the bed was really comfy

Very convenient to everything and liked the idea that you had use of the kitchen if you needed a tea or coffee. The apartment was clean and tidy all in all happy we booked and would book again.

Location was excellent The room was basically the roof space. It was minuscule.beds were ok although the bed cover and pillows were not fresh .the sheets seemed clean .no shower gel or any toiletries and tv had only sound .no picture .It was ok for one night .Kitchen and dining area were excellent with basic food supplied . our room no 8 was up 34 steps of stairs .

Just a small thing. Some basic breakfast provisions were supplied but we weren’t sure exactly what was for everyone and what was someone’s personal items as you could use the same refrigerator. Perhaps a small sign in the kitchen.

The room was small but clean and our bathroom was large and clean as well. The whole facility was clean and well maintained. Our facility itself was quiet as in we didn't hear any of our neighbors but the street noise behind the building was a bit more than anticipated. Door access was easy and convenient.

There was supposed to be a continental breakfast in the morning and 15 minutes after it was supposed to start we didn't see any staff or food.

Very much in the city centre, really close to the 'walls', lovely pubs, eating places. Comfortable room, quality furnishings, good cooking facilities, bedding was fabulous, super clean and comfortable.

Struttura accogliente, cucina in comune molto pulita e con generi di prima necessità. Noi l'abbiamo utilizzata per un thè pomeridiano per riposarci dopo un tour del Bogside. Letti comodi e bagno grandissimo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ad accogliere ogni necessità. Posizione super comoda per visitare il quartiere dove avvennero i sanguinosi eventi della Bloody Sunday e non solo. Bellissimi pub in zona. Non vediamo l'ora di poterci tornare!

Communication was clear and concise, and Eva was most helpful in responding to our queries. The location is perfect for accessing Derry City Centre and all historical sights. The staff were friendly, and the house itself was clean and represented good value for money.

L'établissement est très bien situé, dans le coeur de Derry. La rue est typique et on a vraiment le sentiment de vivre comme les Irlandais du Nord. Les installations sont propres, fonctionnelles, confortables. La salle au rez de chaussée est accueillante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et je recommande sincèrement

Excellent location, big rooms, bedroom and bathroom. Very comfartable beds. I slept so well. Quiet street below, but nice pubs just around the corner. Excellent kitchen with different coffee making facilities, bread, cereals, apples. Shower was good. Museums and murals are very near. Best still was the staff, especially Eva, who gave me very good recommendations and helped me in many ways, even with the weather. 😁

La situación para recorrer la ciudad. La cama es bastante cómoda y la habitación amplia. La cocina está bien equipada.

Très bien placé a 5 min de tout. Des restaurant sympa dans la rue parallèle. Le logement est très confortable. Les lits sont tops. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins. Très communicants et très disponibles. Les parties communes sont bien pratiques Vraiment que du plus. Si je reviens à londonderry, ce sera ici.

We liked the self check in, and the availability of the kitchen and dining room. Also that you could use these facilities after check out if you were on a later flight. The breakfast bits and tea and coffee was a nice touch. Cleaner was very friendly and always asked if we needed toilet roll or towels. Rooms were small but very comforable beds. Very close to everything so ideal location. Note, there is a fabulous butchers at the bottom of the road which does great breakfast barms, pulled pork, meals to heat up if you dont want the expense of eating out. Next door is a great bakery and City Cabs if you want to get around.

Attention to detail was lacking in some areas, spoiled apples were left in dining room on one day, and dead flowers for the length of our stay. Not stocking up on toilet roll on the landing shared toilet. Towels were quite thin and rough, and enough were not given for a couple. Lack of soundproofing, you could hear everything from neighbours and above you. Plus the fire door to the kitchen closes with a slam (the soft close needs looking at). The area although close to everything is looking a little run down, I wouldnt feel safe on my own at night, its a shame, as Chamberlain is a gem amongst the rough. Although not a problem for ourselves, the self check in was an inssue for other couples that received the entrance door codes but then not the lock boxes, being from France they struggled to contact the owner by phone or get on wifi, luckily we were able to help whilst waiting for our pickup. I can imagine this could be very stressful for people who are not tech savvy.

Great situation for the sights of Derry

Bed was a bit big for the room size making it difficult to move around. But it wasn’t a big problem.

Die Küche mit allem Drum und Dran ist einfach super und total sauber. Toll, so etwas nutzen zu können! Unser Zimmer war klein, für eine Nacht aber völlig ausreichend. Parkplätze gibt es vorm Haus und die Stadt ist gleich nebenan. Der Pub auch, aber in der Woche war dort ab 22:30 Ruhe ;)

Im Bad hing noch ein schmutziges Handtuch vom Vorgänger. Das ist keine Drama, macht aber ein komisches Gefühl.

Goede locatie direct naast de ommuurde stad en de bogside. Directe toegang via deurcode en sleutelkluisje. Snelle en prettige communicatie met Chamberlain House. Heel netjes en schoon.

Het is er een beetje gehorig maar dat is altijd wel in oude panden. Het bed was erg klein, maar we wisten van tevoren dat we in een kleine kamer kwamen. Prijs was aan de hoge kant

Die Zimmer waren zu klein für einen Aufenthalt von zwei Personen. In einem Zimmer konnte sogar nur maximal ein Koffer stehend untergebracht werden. Es fehlte jegliche Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für Kleider, kein Schrank, keine Truhe

The Chamberlain House was great. Directly in the heart of the Bogside. We did a tour of the Bloody Sunday and much of the events unfolded directly around our BnB. The breakfast was great to meet fellow travelers. The room & home were clean and nothing disappointed us about the facilities.

Not having known much about Derry prior to our trip - the location was problematic only in finding a pub that served food for dinner. We ended up at Kaboodles, food was good. There area is rough but nonetheless we truly enjoyed our time in Derry! The proximity to the museum and the wall was great. We even met Billy McVeigh a local, who's mural is directly across from the Museum.

Central location but also quiet! I was there on a Friday night so there was some noise until the bars closed but then dead quiet. There was also actual coffee (not instant!) in the kitchen! Super easy check in. Shower had great water pressure.

Beautiful house with fully equipped kitchen, great location, nice breakfast, lovely and a very communicative owner. Very clean and comfortable rooms, though a bit small.

Very convenient location for sightseeing in Derry Londonderry - central but quiet. Room and shared kitchen were very clean. Do it yourself breakfast was basic but fine - toast, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee maker. Parking not included, though easy to find free on-street nearby. Communication and self check-in were excellent.

Bedroom and bed was quite small, but good value for money.

Everything was clean and smart .The kitchen is excellent . Bed very comfortable and clean. Location is good in the sense that everything is close by ie shops

I noticed the chairs in the sitting area are a bit worn out,they could do with new padding or ulpholstery to compliment your standards . Overall everything ids great.

It was extremely hot in the room as there’s no a/c so we had to leave the window open. There was an extremely lively pub nearby that is open until 1:30 am and the sound of their revelry could be heard clearly unfortunately

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Alles hat gepasst. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sauber. Die Lage war perfekt zur City. Und morgens konnte man sich in der dortigen Gemeinschaftsküche ein Frühstück machen. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten.

Location and easy access to the town Centre, taxis and bus stand. Clean property with massive kitchen and cooking facilities were exceptional.

There is nothing to be pointed out as dislike but the checkout time should have extended like the one which I had received in my previous stay in Londonderry.

The room was nice, clean and cosy. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The kitchen is clean and had all the necessary appliances and basic food.

Eva, eine junge Frau aus Lanzarote hat das Haus seit kurzem übernommen und versucht nun schrittweise zu renovieren und das Haus ein neues Konzept zu geben! Die Küche steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung, Grundnahrungsmittel-vor allem zum Frühstück (Kaffee, Milch, Müsli, Butter, Marmelade, Obst,Toast und Gebäck) zum Nehmen vorhanden! Man könnte auch kochen. Die Chamberlain Street ist eine Parallelstraße zur Pubmeile (kann am WE etwas lauter werden, denn alle Iren sind im Pub!)und der Stadtmauer-somit sehr zentral. Derry ist -Gott sei Dank-noch nicht von Touristen überlaufen! Unser Zimmer 5 war klein, wie angekündigt, jedoch das Bad groß, so dass es kein Problem war das Gepäck dort auszubreiten. Eva informierte uns bzw. fragte nach, vor der Ankunft und auch danach laufend über Booking.com. Das Haus ist auf Self Check in und out umgestellt-funktioniert problemlos!

Anmerkungen: das gesamte Haus ist sehr hellhörig-die zweite Nacht waren sehr unruhige Gäste über uns in Zimmer 9. Zimmer 2 ist fertig renoviert. Unsere Dusche war klein und der Duschwand würde am Übergang zur Wanne eine Entkalkung gut tun. Die Reinigung am WE ist sparsam-wir haben aber Eva nicht verständigt (vielleicht lag es auch daran, dass wir den Schlüssel nicht in den Kasten verstaut haben?). Der Innenhof steht bei Neubuchungen nicht mehr als Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Da hat es einen Besitzerwechsel gegeben. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe.

The location was very good if you are looking for something right in town. The kitchen had complete amenities for self-catering, and was stocked with cereal and bread for breakfast.

Nothing at all

Chamberlain House was spotlessly clean & exceptionally maintained. Many small, thoughtful details were added …water, ear plugs, fruit & biscuits. The common area was warm & welcoming. Liam & Eva were excellent at communicating quickly, even early of a Saturday morning. It would be perfect for young travellers!

It wasn’t the property at fault by my faulty research. Our room was at the top of the- up 4 flights - & the room was tiny, both of which I didn’t take notice. We are okay with stairs but are pushing 80 so prefer fewer when we’re hauling luggage.

Nos tocó una habitación de arriba del todo, por lo que no se oía mucho jaleo ni de fuera ni de las demás habitaciones. Las camas muy cómodas, buena ducha, bastantes toallas. Pudimos aparcar el coche en la puerta y salir a patear por Londonderry.

Estuvo todo muy bien, aunque las chicas de la limpieza abrieron la puerta a las 10 de la mañana mientras nos estábamos preparando para irnos (el check-out es a las 11) y, obviamente, nos asustamos jajaja.

Quitan la calefacción por la noche y pasas frío porque no tiene buen hermetismo. Que nos dijo que usáramos la cocina y desayunáramos pero no había ni café y nos dijo que fregáramos lo utilizado.

No hot water which is an absolute joke! Cold water and room and bathroom filthy!

The location was fantastic and Liam and Tereasa were wonderful. Liam answered quickly and with great detail and Tereasa was fantastic helping us get into the very tight car park but it was great to have free parking. Tereasa also gave wonderful recommendations. The bathroom and room were both good size.

The continental breakfast was limited and the beds could have been more comfortable as you could feel every spring in the bed.

Location was perfect, the parking facilities was great as they had a lock garage for your car
