Difficult garbage sorting due to insufficient number of bins, we resorted to using plastic bags. Closest metro station is 9-10 minutes walking.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Het personeel was echt superlief en ontzettend vriendelijk! De kamer was enorm ruim en schoon. Vanwege mijn claustrofobie was dat extra fijn; ik voelde me er echt meteen thuis. De kamer had alles wat je maar nodig hebt en was daardoor ontzettend comfortabel. Ook de schone handdoeken die je elke dag kon halen was top! Een heel fijne plek om te verblijven!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026This is a hotel with a great location and helpful staff where you can enjoy a peaceful stay at a very reasonable price. We’re glad we chose this hotel, and I’d recommend it to everyone: We stayed at the Hız Hotel for two weeks at the end of July—two adults and two children. The hotel is located in the Ginza area, just a 5- to 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station. There are grocery stores nearby, and subway stations are also just a 2- to 3-minute walk away. You can easily get to different parts of the city using these. I should mention that it’s in a very quiet area. Ginza was the most well-organized place I saw in Tokyo. You’ll need to walk a bit to get to the Ginza shopping district, but it’s not a difficult walk—we went for a walk with the kids almost every day. There are few affordable hotel options near the shopping district, and it’s hard to find a room of this size at these prices. There are room options of 40 m² and 60 m². We stayed in the 40 m² room, which had a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen. I should also mention that it had a balcony. It was quite sufficient, but if the price difference hadn’t been so significant, I would have preferred to choose the larger one. There’s a small storage area in the hotel’s basement where you can pick up any toiletries you might need. There’s no shortage of towels—there were always clean ones available during our stay. Additionally, the staff made every effort to provide anything we requested right away. They were very helpful. We didn’t use it, but we saw that luggage could be left there upon check-in and check-out.
As a minor drawback, I can say that although the hotel generally looked well-maintained, some of the room furnishings were quite worn out and old. It might be helpful to replace some of the equipment (such as frying pans and the ironing board). A fold-out table could be added; the dining table is a bit small for a family.

The area is quiet, and the apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station, with two other train stations just a 5-minute walk away. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. She allowed us to check in early at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. There was also a luggage storage service available after check-out. I highly recommend this place.
A little bit small. But this is ordinary in Japan.

Las camas son muy incómodas, después de caminar y visitar todo el día te apetece descansar y con los colchones que tienen es imposible, te despiertas peor. Tampoco tenía muchos amenities, en todos los hoteles de Japón nos hemos encontrado todo tipo de amenities que te hacían la estancia más cómoda, en este hotel solo el champú.

The hotel is located in quite neighborhood and 8 minute walk to Hatchobori station and from there 12 minutes to Tokyo Station. Clean and all necessary kitchen bath supplies. The location has 5 to 10 minutes walkable distance to family mart, 7/11, local Ramen restaurants. Closure to attraction Teamlab borderless, Teamlab planet, Tokyo.Tower etc.
They had clothing drying option in the bathroom as well as in the balcony

We enjoyed the quietness, no noise at night and we slept really well. The kitchen was equipped well for us to make breakfast, check in easy and an area in the basement to collect more towels, dishwasher tablets etc. I felt there with some small refreshes it would be top marks all round - for example the rug in our living room looked a little grubby and some areas of mildew in the bathroom. All in all we really liked this property for the space it offered for a family of 4 and the location.
Some wear and tear that will need addressing to ensure this property keeps a high rating

A shame that you have to book in/pay for a clean. Self serve towels and toilet paper, as well as emptying the bins/recycling was a bit strange. Pretty minor complaints though - just being lazy whilst on holiday.
