I appreciate the location , about a mile to a mile and a half away from all the celebrity bars. Lots of walking. Not worth having a car and renting it and paying for all that parking.

What I did not like is there a cafe. Food was able to fill you up, but definitely not worth the money. Doordash or going out to the local restaurants is a much better choice

Location was good, right by Broadway but still a walk to get to the main strip. Which was good because we still got the quiet nights, whereas if we would have been closer to the strip, I think it would have been noisy and I would not have been able to sleep. So it was just right for us. The decor was cute matched the "Country" theme.

Our AC kept dropping back to 74/75 in the middle of the night. We like our room cold and would set it the temperature we liked before we left for the night and when we returned, it was back at the 74/75 temp.

Everything was clean. Let me check in early everybody very nice and helpful.

Parking horrible that you can’t pay for valet and park it yourself. I paid WAY too much money for parking those days.

Location was very walkable to restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly. I liked the ornament and small souvenirs for sale next to the checkout desk. The elevator system was wonderful!

The rooms were late for Check-in, and we were disappointed with the check-in experience. Staff had promised us the rooms would be ready earlier (3pm check in) but we only ended up being able to check in after 4:30 so there was a long wait. would have rather the check in team been upfront and honest about the time and rooms being late.

It was clean and designed very well.

Not the quality I was expecting for almost 500 a night beds too close together feeling me a studio apartment and parking was expensive and .7 bucks for a cup of coffee was ridiculous!

Downtown. Close to everything.. Within walking distance to most all attractions. Great bar with friendly staff. Management very friendly and available.

Ceiling in room seemed unfinished with what seemed to be exposed drywall. Perhaps that was the look they wanted in this modern facility.

The staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming ! My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location literally a 15 minute walk to down town.

That they spring on you a $50 a night security charge but no where does it mention this when you book

The location

The staff at the front desk. I am a Hyatt member and I was charged for a one hour late check out - which was supposed to be free!!! The sink counter in the bathroom is way too small. The water in showers was almost non existent.

Good location to broadway walking distance. Nice bar and coffee bar in hotel. Comfortable bed.

The room itself was nice but the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in. There was zero water pressure could hardly rinse the soap out of my hair. Had to pay to park for an already overpriced stay.

The property was nicely appointed and clean. It was only a short walk to the downtown attractions. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was excellent. We expected a nice place based on the price point, and were not disappointed.

Not the hotel's fault, but there were some homeless people hanging around the corner near the hotel. They did not bother us, but just wanted to mention it as some guests might find that off putting.

What a phenomenal location. I spent just as much time in “the gulch” as I did downtown. It was easy to get everywhere without too much of a hike and there were a lot of great restaurants literally across the street. The staff is also amazing going above and beyond every interaction.

The room needed a little help not a ton but some attention to detail would really take this place to the next level. I understand the climate but I feel like there is a way to combat the fruit fly situation in the bar area

It was a nice, modern hotel. Room was a good size and all staff were professional, pleasant and approachable. Property was very clean and well maintained

The restaurant/bar area could have been bigger and the menu could have provided a few more choices.

We had a reservation from quite a few months ago yet once we got there, the room we reserved was taken. Lucky for us we did get an upgrade at no extra charge.

The food made us sick a couple times. The staff didn’t tell us the doors slam shut every time someone shuts the door making the room you’re in shake and wake you up at night. The shower isn’t hot and the room doesn’t stay cold even though the AC is on. There’s not much available to see on TV making you connect to streaming services every time you want to watch tv.

The bathroom was really nice with the detachable shower heads and nice countertops.

The breakfast was confusing (sit and wait to be served) with no instructions and no breakfast buffet. I did not like that everything was individually priced. Pancakes but not meat and no eggs, etc. was not good. The VALET PARKING WAS HORRIBLE. THEY QUOTED AN ENCYCLOPEDIA that i was not in the mood to comprehend. it was late. we were tired. i needed a drink and bed but didn't feel good that maybe i didn't hear or pay attention to something that might have been said. PARKING WAS TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE. It appears as if i was charged twice, one from Booking.com and once from the hotel.

I loved everything about the property a swimming pool would elevated to another level however, I am unsure if they have the space for it.

No windows to look outside. Only window looks out on to hotel landing so guests constantly walking by. Curtains have to stay closed unless you are ok with people looking in to your bedroom. No natural lifht
