Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Selim an der Rezeption. Er ist ein wirklich guter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch und hat uns immer gerne geholfen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und alles ist gut organisiert. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter!

Nichts – wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Es gab keine Beanstandungen.

Odalar küçüktü. Asasör de 1 kişi zorla girirdi. yemekhane de çok kısıtlı idi. Genel olaraq beyenmedim. Resepsiyonda kürt arkadaş vardı bir kez gördüm daha sonra gelmedi çok irkçii gibi davrandı Azerbaycan türklerini sevmiyordu.

What did you like about the property? The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect for tourists—just a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Everything you need (supermarket, fruit shop, and restaurants) is only a few steps away. The room had great amenities for the price, including a well-equipped kitchenette (stove, fridge, dishwasher), air conditioning, and a good breakfast. Excellent value for money!

Очень удобно расположен отель, вышла из метро, спустилась с горки и уже в отеле. Прекрасный и отзывчивый персонал, хорошие завтраки, выбор не большой, но очень вкусно, даже я находила что съесть, а я очень привередлива.

Номера требуют обновления, но в целом, мне уютно в этом отеле, буду в Стамбуле, с удовольствием буду останавливаться здесь

Schody do obiektu kiepskie . To uciazliwe dla osób starszych i schorowanych. Pod prysznicem grzyb i nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci i kanalizacji .panele odpadają. Podłoga skrzypi. Łóżka też . Oświetlenie w salonie raz działało...raz nie. Nieprzyjemny zapach z klimatyzacji.Śniadania 5/10 brak świeżej kawy ..mało urozmaicone. Za oknem albo ściana albo zapuszczony ogródek z którego unosi się zapach kociego moczu i śmieci . Ze zdjęć oczekiwałam czegoś innego . Niestety .

Breakfast was great, the staff even provided milk for my infant. Staff was very accommodating with our needs, and also booked the taxi and helped us to get back to the airport. Very friendly staff, everyone single one of them were kind and helpful.

The shower needs a deep clean/change of shower head, otherwise floors and sheets were clean.

Ļoti novērtēju personāla atsaucību un profesionalitāti – uz visiem jautājumiem atbildes saņēmām ātri un laipni. Viesnīcas atrašanās vieta arī ir lieliska: pietiekami tālu no trokšņainākajām vietām, lai varētu baudīt mieru, bet tajā pašā laikā tikai dažu minūšu gājiena attālumā no ballīšu ielas un visas aktivitātes.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ruhige Atmosphäre, großes Apartment, wenige Schritte zum Taxim Platz mit Metro und Bushaltestellen. Rund um Kleine Geschäfte mit alltäglichen Bedarfsartikeln und Lebensmitteln. Beim Frühstück sehr ruhige Atmosphäre, ausreichendes Angebot, Gemüse, Würstchen, alles frisch!

The location was very close to Taksim Square. However, the apartment is located downhill, so you have to walk up a steep hill every day to reach Taksim. It may be difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.

The apartment has only one air conditioner in the living room, while the bedroom has no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean. The staff experience was inconsistent—one staff member was friendly and helpful, while another was not helpful at all. The breakfast was very poor. I only had breakfast there for the first two days, and for the remaining ten days we chose to eat in our room instead.

Расположение отеля очень удобно. Недалеко от площади Таксим и станции метро.Поблизости большое количество магазинов,ресторанов и точек фаст-фуда. Пристань находится очень близко,там же трамвай,обратно возвращаться удобно на фуникулёре.

Был заявлен завтрак с 8.30 до 10.30. Если в 9.30 на блюдах уже ничего не было,персонал говорил:"Финиш!" Не было даже яиц, молока и хлеба. На столе оставался укроп,острый перец, остатки сыра и растворимый кофе....Вот как хочешь, так и завтракай этими продуктами. В номере из посуды были две чашки,одна кастрюля и одна сковорода размером на 2 яйца. То есть в номере позавтракать тоже не получится.В номерах курить запрещено, при входе есть специальное место для курения,но во всем отеле очень пахнет табаком,видимо,администрация не делает замечания гостям

Great location although there is a slight hike up some uneven stairs to get from the street to the hotel front door. There is an elevator for upper floors, which is nice (not all have). Great A/C! and I love having a washing machine. The breakfast was simple but adequate to start the day, having a kitchenette in my suite was a big bonus. The 24 staff is very nice as well, I left early in the morning and the desk clerk was there to help me.

Slight negative is that the TV is "smart only", I couldn't find any local programming and didn't want to use my home Netflix, etc, so I couldn't really use it, but this seems to be a trend with a lot of places.

Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie på dette hotel og kan varmt anbefale det. Fra start til slut har personalet taget rigtig godt imod os og sørget for, at vi følte os velkomne. Lejligheden var flot, rummelig og velholdt med to badeværelser, hvilket gjorde opholdet ekstra komfortabelt. Allerede inden vi ankom, havde jeg en god dialog med receptionen. Jeg kan desværre ikke huske alle navnene, men alle medarbejdere var respektfulde, servicemindede og utroligt venlige. En særlig tak skal lyde til Ilyas. Inden vores ferie hjalp han os med et eSIM-kort, som han sendte et par dage før vores ankomst, så vi havde internet med det samme, da vi landede. Ilyas gjorde virkelig alt, hvad han kunne, for at give os den bedst mulige oplevelse, og det satte vi stor pris på. Tusind tak til ham og resten af personalet for deres gæstfrihed og professionelle service.

Den eneste lille ulempe var, at man skulle gå op og ned ad trapper og bakker for at komme rundt. Det er dog en del af områdets terræn og ikke noget, hotellet kan gøre noget ved.

The personal was impolite and racist against Arab and he's happy to tell us that he's racist, last day of checking out they take our deposit for something broken in shower room and it was broken from the first day of our arrival and we tell them about it and they said ok we know don't worry, then last day they said no we broken it. It was the worst hotel never seen in my life. Services are bad 👎 very bad, don't book this hotel you will regret it. Message for booking: delete this hotel from your hotel's lists, this hotel didn't respect any criteria of good standing and doesn't live up to the hotels description. Очень близко к прогулочной улице и главным достопримечательностям( со стороны галатской башни), но было тихо; номер 4х местный, спальня с кроватью и зал с 2мя диванами, стиральная машинка есть и работает!) , сушилка в наличии, кухня со всем необходимым

Кондиционер только в зале, с него упал большой кусок льда; холодильник большой, но мы так и не смогли включить, просили персонал- так никто и не отреагировал; в целом нормально, если не придираться

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen, zwar bergab, sodass man sehr steil bergauf laufen musste, aber man befand sich direkt in der Stadtmitte. Das Personal war lieb, vor allem hat Yusuf auf unsere Wünsche geachtet. Das Frühstück war sättigend, es gab auch täglich irgendwas neues. Natürlich ist das Buffet klein gehalten.

Die Beschreibung des Zimmers auf Booking versprach einen Stadtblick. Ich sah eine Wand, ich war nämlich ganz unten. Ausserdem war es nicht wirklich sauber, nur grob gewischt, aber die Füsse wurden sofort schwarz und selbst grössere Flecken wurden vergessen. Das Bett ist für zwei Leute etwas zu klein.

Treppenviertel unterhalb Meydan Platz... Jede Nacht Lärm aus den umliegenden Clubs zu hören... Zum Frühstück keine Butter...

Das Apartment war deutlich kleiner als was beschrieben, Die Behandlung der Mitarbeiter war unakzeptabel, mein Apartment ist nur einmalig gereinigt obwohl täglich Reinigung ist in der Beschreibung vorhanden, idas TV hat die ganze Zeit nich funktioniert und keine Lösung vorgeschlagen, die Personal sind launisch und nicht alle sind hilfsbereit, ehrlich war diese Unterkunft gar nicht bequem.

Самый худший персонал! Особенно в ресепшене Юсуф просто безответственный, бессовестный и безразличный к гостям. Заселились 23.05.2026г. до 29.05.2026г. с двумя детьми 10 месяцев и 1,5 года. 2-й день перед выходом на прогулку попросили уборку номера, когда вернулись в номер везде было чисто и убрано, НО не были наши вещи, НИЧЕГО!!! Выясняется, что Юсуф сказал чек-аут и уборщики просто всё взяли и выбросили в мусорку!!! До сих пор нет предела моему возмущению. В номере было всё: ПАСПОРТА, ДЕНЬГИ, чемоданы с вещами, детские принадлежности подгузники, специальное питание для детей, лекарства, витамины специальные для аллергичных детей, повербанки, адаптеры оргинальные от айфона, дорогая косметика, парфюмерия и многое многое другое. Половину вещей нашли в мусорке🤢. Половины не было, даже то что нашли уже невозможно было использовать. Паспорта нашли в мусорке под завалами, а деньги нет. В итоге остались без денег и кучи вещей. Пришлось всё покупать опять на свои же деньги. Этот Юсуф сказал хозяин отеля не в Стамбуле и просто только нас переселил в другой отель.

Cerca de plaza taksim. Metro y transporte cercano. Como la ciudad tiene muchos declives , para llegar desde la plaza hay que bajar una via inclinada , con maletas es un poco tedioso . Del resto muy buena la estancia .

Я не могу рекомендовать этот отель, пока руководство не примет меры и не обеспечит надлежащий уровень обслуживания. The main reason is a staff member named Yusuf Altintash, whose behavior completely ruined our holiday. He was rude and disrespectful, made inappropriate remarks, and showed no willingness to assist with issues. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and does not meet even basic hospitality standards. As a result, our overall impression of the hotel is extremely negative. I cannot recommend this property unless management takes action and ensures proper service standards.

Die Nähe zur großen Einkaufsstraße!

Die Zimmer haben direkt auf eine Wand gezeigt, und da es ziemlich warm war, mussten wir nachts das Fenster auf lassen, was nicht sehr angenehm war! Die duschen waren sehr einfach und eine Klimaanlage gab es auch nichts. Auf jeden Fall nicht im Schlafzimmer. Die Zimmerkarte durften wir abends nicht mitnehmen und als wir zurück kamen, gab man uns eine andere Zimmerkarte, was ist der vertrauenswürdig?

Είχα κάνει κράτηση 2 μήνες πριν και μόλις φτάσαμε έλεγαν δεν είχανε δωμάτιο να μας δώσουν ενώ έχει πληρωθεί κι ολας , μας έλεγαν κάθε μέρα να αλλάζουμε δωμάτιο και διαφορετικά ξενοδοχεία , να προσπαθούμε να βγάλουμε άκρη με αυτόν τον μάνατζερ και ενώ μιλούσαμε σοβαρά αυτός να γελάει λες και ήταν αστείο που μας αφήσανε στον δρόμο . Locatia este excelenta, fiind foarte aproape de piata Taksim si acces la metrou.

Camera nu era pregatita la ora de check-inn. A trebuit sa mai asteptam o ora sa putem intra. Ne-a fost solicitata o garantie de 50 euro pentru eventuale daune/furturi!!! Au dat vina pe Booking.com cum ca trebuia sa ne anunte despre aceasta garantie. Absolut ireala aceasta afirmatie! Incredibil asa ceva!

Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich. Es gab kaum Auswahl und war zum Teil nicht frisch. Wir haben es nach zwei Tagen bevorzugt draußen zu Frühstücken.

Die Reinigung hätte besser sein können. Wir sind mit zwei Kleinkindern angereist. Es war Oberflächlich gereinigt, aber die Leisten und Möbel waren verdreckt. Der Parkettboden war voller Brandlöcher und der Raum hatte bedingt durch die alten Abflussrohre einen unangenehmen Geruch.

IT: Tutto. La camera che ci hanno dato non rispecchia minimamente quella scelta. Abbiamo fatto il check-out 15 minuti dopo il check in e abbiamo cercato un altro alloggio. Una volta rientrati in Italia abbiamo chiesto il rimborso della somma tramite booking e la struttura non risponde nemmeno a loro. Non veniteci. ENG: Everything. Room we were given was far different than the one we booked. checked out after 15 minutes after checking in and found another accomodation. Once came back to Italy we asked for a refund via booking and they're not responding even to booking. Don't come here.

It’s okay for a short stay, especially given its proximity to Taksim Square. The reception staff were mostly friendly, and the breakfast was decent.

The room had no view, which was disappointing. The stovetop was quite old and difficult to use, as it wasn’t clear how to adjust the heat. The flat appears to have been reconfigured, with an emergency exit passing through it, resulting in unusually narrow walls. It also felt odd that parts of it were built over parquet flooring. Noise was a major issue: whenever someone used the emergency exit—often to go outside to smoke—it sounded as if they were walking inside the room. The door was particularly disruptive, as opening or closing it caused loud vibrations, almost like a small earthquake. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom lacks proper ventilation—a fan is definitely needed.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé (à côté de la Place Taksim). On s'y sent en sécurité. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mortadha à l'accueil qui a été très serviable, aimable et souriant tout au long du séjour. De même que le personnel en cuisine lors du petit déjeuner était très agréable notamment le jeune garçon. La chambre était bien. Je recommande car avec Mortadha on ne peut qu'être bien accueilli.

Les marches de l'escalier avant de rentrer dans l'hôtel sont assez hautes mais à part ça je n'ai rien à signaler

Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσουν , μιλούσαν Αγγλικά . Το ξενοδοχείο σε καλή τοποθεσία, 5-10 λεπτά από στάση μετρό , δίπλα έχει μίνι μάρκετ και μανάβικο . Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό όχι άριστο αλλά ικανοποιητικό.

Μόλις μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο είχε μια άσχημη μυρωδιά , από υπόνομο . Θα μπορούσαν να αλλάζουν τις σακούλες σκουπιδιών και τουαλέτας αν όχι κάθε μέρα τουλάχιστον κάθε 2 ημέρες . Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται μεταξύ 2 μπαρ/κλαμπ που σημαίνει το βράδυ είχε θόρυβο από μουσική (φυσικά δεν ευθύνεται το ξενοδοχείο για αυτό ) , επίσης για να πας στην πλατεία Ταξιμ θέλει να ανέβεις μια τεράστια ανηφόρα .

Ήταν πολύ κοντά στην Πλατεία ταξιμ και σε όλα τα μέσα συγκοινωνίας τα δωμάτια ήταν μεγάλα και ευρύχωρα. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και κάθε μέρα είχαν και κάτι διαφορετικό.

Για 6 μέρες έπρεπε να έχουν στείλει να καθαρίσουν τα δωμάτια και το χαρτί υγείας μας το έδιναν με το σταγονόμετρο

The staff is the only good thing about this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel last year and had such a good experience that we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time everything was twice as expensive while the quality was much worse. It felt like the management had changed — everything from cleanliness to breakfast was very disappointing for such a high price. We were first given a small ground-floor room with a window facing a wall, and the third person had to sleep on an armchair, which was not suitable at all. The room was dirty and worn out. Everything was broken, even the elevator did not worked the last day. Walls are so thin you can hear all of the voices. The second room was on the first floor had a view of what looked like a garbage area. There was barely any toilet paper at first, and although the kitchen had dishes, there was no sponge or detergent (the staff kindly provided it when I asked, but said it’s not normally included). Breakfast was very poor — not even eggs on the first morning, and the coffee machine was replaced with instant coffee. One staff member in the kitchen was also quite rude. The only positive thing was the very kind and helpful reception staff. Overall, it is not worth the money.

Δεν θα το επέλεγα με τίποτα ξανά , πρωινό χάλια . Δωμάτια καμία σχέση με αυτό που θα δείτε στης φωτό , καθαριότητα καμιά . Και το προσκοπικό ζητάει να το βαθμολόγησης με 10 στο bookings

Локацията беше добра.. Закуската беше добра. Много добро отношение на господин Yusuf. Имаше добра WiFi връзка.

Стаите се нуждаят от освежаване, а нивото на почистване следва да бъде подобрено и контрола при смяна на чаршавите. Използват нафталин или подобни силни ароматизатори в санитарните помещения, които са много тежко за вдишване и неприятни. През вечерта се чува музика от дискотеките/баровете, които са на близо. Малко трудно се отключва врата на тоалетната на нивото на кухнята.
