Reviewed Oct 28, 2025The proximity to the hot springs was unbelievable! Even when we went to the hot springs, we could see how close it was and that’s the selling point of this place. Of course, it was also very clean and a nice stay overall!
It was very hard to communicate with the staff in English, we understood some Malay words and that helped but otherwise, that’s what could be improved!

Flat is not cleaned properly. Can see dustball on the bedsheet, dust on the top of the cabinet. Towels have turned into grey color. Some torn at the edges. Staff handles customer requests strictly by the company rule, lacking flexibility and personal touch, so don't expect free late check out even if the flat is available. Despite sound proof window and door, the noise from the theme park can still be heard, especially the 10pm final show. Plus the construction site right next to the building, the flat doesn't give the tranquility that I hope to feel.

Wir hatten das Appartment zur grossen Baustelle hin. Auf dieser Baustelle wird Tag und Nacht gearbeitet. In der 1. Nacht konnten wir kaum schlafen. Wir hatten auch nachgefragt zwecks einem anderen Appartment auf die andere Seite. Sie hatten keins zur Verfügung. Das einchecken war eine Katastrophe, ohne Internet ist es nicht möglich, da die Firma erst kurz vor Anreise die Zugangsdaten schickt. Da wir vorher unterwegs waren und kein Internetzugriff hatten, wussten wir nicht wie es funktioniert. Bitte gut informieren. Unten gibt es nur einen Pförtner, der uns dann in sein privates WLAN gelassen hat. Dann kamen die ganzen Informationen zum Einchecken. Das hat alles sehr lange gedauert.

Security rudeness for first timer like me and they cant speak local.language or English well. The process to get the key are so complicated and one set of door access cannot be used. Door knob does not display the keypad no for us to.enter the passcode. Too many instruction for us such to take photo of the access card and send video to the person incharge during check out and she just stay at home.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Alojamiento al lado del parque LWT, a menos de 2 minutos de la salida. El apartamento es amplio y muy confortable. Tiene máquina de agua, aunque no salía fría.
Por poner una pega, se agradecería para hacerse un café de cortesía en el apartamento ya que no hay supermercado cercano.

The Pool flooring is so slippery when wet Should complain to developer & architect that why not choosing the rough surface tiles & Kid Pool edging not do up the kerb to prevent water spillage of wastage, wetting entire floor causing slippery.... As knowing the kids will play around splashing water

Veel geluid van het pretpark tot 's avonds laat, matrassen waren niet top, maar één eetkamerstoel in het appartement. Maar één toegangspasje voor het appartement. Geen restaurantjes in de buurt, ze zijn wel bezig met de bouw van een grote mall tegenover.

Checking in communication was poor, check in by a security guard No further communication from the owner or at least the contact number person I booked a room with a view on the Lost World resort but instead got a room with a view of a noisy construction site, the ONLY reason I booked this place was because of the view from the room. Next time I will stay at the better Haven Resort TV in room that is supposed to be movable to watch in bed or the living room was not moveable Room safe not working A water leak in the bathroom Very bare essentials of plates, knife, fork etc. No powder for washing machine, no wash up liquid No sun beds, seating at the swimming pool All in all, not good
