Lalaport Suites At Lucentia Bukit Bintang City Center

Les piscines de l'hôtel sont magnifiques et propres. L'appartement était spacieux, propre, calme. L'emplacement nous a permis de rayonner en 10 minutes de taxi.

Rien. Juste, ce n'est pas un hôtel mais plutôt un airbnb. Donc la chambre n'était pas nettoyée pdt le séjour ce qui n'est pas dérangeant pour un court séjour. La personne qui nous a accueilli était facilement joignable par whatsApp

I was transferred to another apartment as there was no electricity or water at Lalaport. The new apartment at KLCC was luxurious but unfortunately had a smell coming from the drains in the bathrooms which would overpower the rooms.

Very well located with direct access to Lalaport mall and some 400 mts to Berjaya and really very near a lot of shops and attractions. The appart was well maintained. The staff very helpfull. Security there was on top. My familly had a very good time there. The pools and the gyms were very well maintained. You can find good pubs and foods at the mall. There is also a well equiped grocery in the mall.

Toilet smells. Something is wrong with your sewage because the unit above us has the same problem. TV does not work. The cost of per night’s stay does not justify these issues

Très bien situé près de bukit bintang et pourtant au calme. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, avec un personnel très disponible et agréable. Je recommande.

Everything was great, except the bed was a bit squeaky and the mattress felt too soft.

Mooi appartement niet ver van het centrum en de bezienswaardigheden van Kuala Lumpur. De beschrijving stemt min of meer overeen met de realiteit. Het appartement was proper. Het uitzicht vanaf het rooftop zwembad is fantastisch zowel overdag als ‘s nachts. Er was de mogelijkheid de bagage langer in de kamer te laten aangezien we pas ‘‘s avonds vertrokken.

We hadden een appartement met uitzicht op de Petronas Towers geboekt maar kregen een ander aan de andere kant van het gebouw. De host meldde bij vertrek dat dit was omdat er een probleem was met het initieel geboekte appartement (geen warm water). Toch jammer. De communicatie voor check-in en vertrek verliep stroef met lange wachttijden; door de vele security overal kom je nergens binnen zonder een badge dus wachten op de host. De zwemkleding gebruikt in het rooftop zwembad is helemaal verkleurd (roestvlekken).

City view very beautiful, worth for money, extraordinary services & room.

Put a mirrow for women to makeup 🤣 Coz mirrow at toilet not too big & quite dark for herself to makeup.

1) Room given not as per requested 2) Mattrest sooo uncomfortable 3) Power point very limited 4) Thermos flask given only for 1 room. 5) 1 of our booking were cancelled due to credit card not valid.Whereby the other booking credit card valid.

The location is excellent walking distance to Hang Tuah station and Lalaport mall. The staff have been exceptional and has exceeded my expectations, I would highly recommend this place to stay as the location is ideal and I had a very comfortable stay overall at Lucentia

Excellent apartments with all amenities.

Efficient staff who arrived upon calling for help. Ability to extend check out upon request Good water pressure from the shower and sufficient toiletries for a short stay Bedding was comfortable, air con was good. Washer and dryer were very efficient in getting the job done The mirror is behind the bed and doesn't serve a use in this case..

The access card has some problem with the contact with the card reader causing some difficulties to press the lift buttons. Toilet has some sewage smell and it will be good to take some action about this. If there are some hooks or pole in the bathroom will be helpful to hang towel or clothes.

The unit was absolutely comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. Will surely come here again

Check in is easy and fast. Good location, close to monorail and LRT stop. Plenty of restaurant and Lalapot shopping is just downstairs. Nice view from 35th floor swimming pool and other facilities.

Very well maintained property that has everything you need. Two gyms, sauna, jacuzzi and two swimming pools including the infinity pool with a stunning view. Kamran gave me lovely welcome and was nonstop available for any questions I had. Thank you so much.

The host was absolutely wonderful. He fully accommodated us and looked out for us on the early checkin when he saw we were absolutely beat. I sincerely appreciate him to the fullest. The lalport mall is absolutely convenient and the place is walking distance to all the cool parts of the inner city.

Well maintained. Clean home is important for us. There are 2 pools located at 3A & 35th floor. Easy access to grab rides & grab food. Location is great next to Lalaport. Nearby Lrt. Security is strict. All location access by card only. We are able to do laundry- washing machine & dryer work very well.

Wish there are more hooks in toilet and boxes of tissue for living area. Newer floor mat will be great.

The property was in and ideal location, the rooftop pool was unreal, the host was very helpful and replied very quickly if we needed any advice.

We do not have a bad word to say about the property.

Will be look forward to stay here again in future ! The room was clean & comfortable. All was well prepared . Pool view also amazing and fascinating. I will recommend this stay to my family & friends .

KLCC twin tower as ur room view, this room was have an excellent location. The room was clean too, and the host is very approachable. in just one message he will answer, he will give also anything u need. This is very worth it.

The room is clean and bright. You can enjoy the night view from the balcony. Washing machine and refrigerator are in the room. Lalaport mall is just downstairs from the apartment where you can find a lot to eat. It just takes a few minutes to get RapidKL.

You need a QR code to enter the main gate. Just remember to conform with the owner before you check in.

The unit is new, it was clean and nicely decorated, the host was polite and welcoming-offered to provide extra water or towels if needed. The place was quiet at night, no noise from the outside. The Lala shopping mall was downstairs and the Berjaya Square Mall was easily available though the walking bridge. The pools were great - especially the one on the 3rd floor, very relaxing. The rooftop pool with the see-through hole was a nice addition :) The gym is also spacious. Great value and cooperative and polite host.

Just the sofa cover and cushion covers in the living room could use extra cleaning. There was a blanket covering it so that's a plus but it would be more pleasant to enjoy the space.

Very clean apartment with good view and very quiet environment for a good break away from the rush of the city. Has hot water, clean towels, toiletries and all the basic amenities like microwave, fridge and TV. Overall very satisfying stay. Friendly staff and great security. Has a kitchen with the basic equipment and they even set the table up for you to welcome you.

The instructions for access to the carpark could have been clearer. Security is too good that they denied us access to the carpark due to a faulty key card 🤣 Had to trouble the staff to assist us to scan with another card for entry.

This place is luxurious and everything is well prepared, from toothbrush, soaps, shampoo, dishwasher liquid and even laundry detergent in case u needed it 👍 not to mention lalaport is just righ behind it

Car park is a bit hard to find as the numbers were painted on the ground, with some already faded a little
