Air Residences Makati with Sunset View

I traveld all the way from Hungary to the Philippines and found this accommodation online – it was the best decision! My fiancé (who is originally from the Philippines) and I stayed here for more than 3 weeks, and the apartment was absolutely perfect and ideal for a long stay.It is fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is also amazing; it’s very central, so we could reach everything with ease.I especially want to highlight our host, Rowell. From the very first moment, he was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful with all my questions. He always responded super fast. We are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality, and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a condominium so had a kitchen and utensils to cook in. But really liked our breakfast because we cooked it:-)

While it was a nice and cozy condo, it was tiny but, again, nice. I had my girlfriend and my 3 year old son; the glass sliding doors in the center of the room, between the bedroom and the living area was hit a few times by all three of us, since it was very clean and clear! The light curtains could have been not transparent so that some privacy could be had, if traveling with a child as I did. The sliding glass doors in the center of the condo a good idea but it does present a clear obstacle if one is not paying attention as I thought the sliding doors were not there and bumped either side more than once. Haha! But luckily no damage but they do present a potential hazard if more active children get wild and run from room to room. Again: this is not a ding on the condo itself just an observation and perhaps to change the see-through curtains in the middle to solid color to provide some private for the mom and dad;-)

Everything is good in the property. But be aware with the loundry shop down in the basement abit pricy. 2 kilo of loundry they charges for 1000 peso.

I loved everything . Beautifully decorated , you can feel that money has been spent on good quality furniture , bed is super comfy . Clean and insect/cockroach free, didn’t see a single one in my whole stay. Very helpful host, who replied fast to messages , with all the answers asked.

I LOVED EVERYTHING about this condo. Super clean VERY HELPFUL HOST Condo is beautifully decorated and very stylish, pictures on booking.com are exactly what you get. no cockroach’s seen in the whole week I stayed .

Beautiful condo! Everything is close restaruants, supermarket, etc.

It was small and cosy. Bed was comfortable, settee pulls out to be wider, TV has Netflix and more, cooking facilities, compact shower but with good water power.

They didn’t clean good the cover of the bed and they are always check in our room about when we are cooking the guard is always because of the fire alarm is always ring!!

Close proximity to greenbelt

The apartment is nice and tidy, contains all necessary equipment and facilities and Netflix plus YouTube on the television. Bed is rather small for a westerner like me (185+ cm). The location is in a quite clean businessy area of Makati, Greenbelt mall is at a walkable distance and so is Ayala Museum.

I had to cut a day short and let know but wasn’t refunded for it and there were insects inside regardless of the altitude sadly.

It’s tiny but functional

The location of the property is very convenient and accessible. The unit was clean, simple and minimalist. You get basic toiletries, towels, etc., and utensils for cooking and eating. Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The host was very responsive to my queries.

Wow, Rowell was very responsive & friendly. Appartment is on the 53rd floor and has a stunning view. Its small but very nice! I do reccommend it!

The house is cozy and warm, colors, furniture and all what is in the house make you very confortable. What I liked mostly is the attention of the owner, in the house you could find towels, soaps as you are in the hotel ( not common if you stay in an house )

Much of this is a criticism of property in Manilla and the Philippines generally. The property is very small including the balcony. You have to pay extra for use of the pool. Generally Philippine property does not have a good price to value ratio
