Posizione eccezionale, dista a pochi passi dalla metro. Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si è alla Sagrada Família che tra l altro si vede dal terrazzo della struttura che offre un bel panorama oltre che ad una piccola piscina e una zona relax. Struttura dotata di ogni comfort… Staff eccezionale! Una sera a tarda ora abbiamo avuto un problema e sono stati eccellenti nel risolverlo in tempi record.

Un cartel en la cocina advirtiendo de que si no se dejaba recogido te cobrarían la limpieza, entiendo el mensaje pero a mí parecer la redacción era brusca.

Il manque un peu d’équipements, tels que une poêle pour cuisiner et du savon pour se laver. Mais rien de dramatique

Ev sabihi bazı mesajlara hiç cevap vermedi bazılarına ise çok geç cevap verdi.İletişim çok zayıftı.Daireye girdiğimizde koltuğun üstünde kırıntı gibi şeyler vardı.Eşyalar pek temiz değildi ve eskiydi.Yatak gıcırdıyordu.Kıyafetler için dolap yoktu,askı gibi bir şey vardı.Duş başlığından çok az su akıyordu.Yorumlarda sıcak su yoktu yazmışlar ama suyun sıcaklığıyla ilgili sorun yaşamadık.Check out yapmadan önce bulaşıkları makineye yerleştirmenizi ve çöpleri dışardaki çöpe atmanızı istiyorlar aksi halde 50 € depozito alacaklarını yazmışlar.Şimdiye kadar hiç böyle bir şey görmemiştim.O kadar para veriyoruz ama çöpleri biz atıyoruz ne kadar saçma.Ayrıca 300€ depozito ücreti kesiyorlar ve ödemeyi booking üzerinden değil de attıkları linkten yapmanızı istiyorlar.Tabi bir de turist vergisi var.Karttan çok fazla ücret alınca fatura atmalarını istedim öyle gördüm.Böyle önemli bilgileri daha dikkat çeken bir yere yazmalılar.Bu fiyata baya kötü bir daire.Kısacası şimdiye kadar kaldığım en kötü daire.Bir daha tercih etmem.

Muy bien ubicada y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos gustó el sillón y muy cómodo

El departamento estaba un poco sucio cuando llegamos, específicamente del piso, había mucho polvo y las esquinas muy sucias. Nadie nos advirtió del ruido que íbamos a tener de todos los vecinos, se escucha mucho el depa de arriba, sobre todo los pasos y voces. Y no tenía shampoo.

We had a really wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also loved the neighborhood — it was peaceful, pleasant, and very convenient, with a bakery, supermarket, and fruit shop all nearby. The only thing that surprised us a little was that the €300 deposit is kept for up to 10 days after check-out. Apart from that, everything was truly great and we were very happy with our stay.

Every thing is the best. Just The shower drain was a bit slow, so the water didn’t drain away very easily.

Uncomfortable beds. Shower had not working properly. Pool too small and not as depicted in pictures. Noisy area.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location! Highly recommended. We had a great time. The house was perfect for us and had plenty of space. Everything was clean. The neighborhood was central and near everything. We parked in a nearby parking garage. The location close to everything that we wanted to see.

Nicely located for transport on all metro lines. Slightly out of main town centre. App access to building and apartment. Once I got a whatsapp co tact things were easier to report

Some issues with safe. Air-conditioning was only in main lounge. Ceiling Fan in one bedroom was not great. Boiler kept tripping so needed resetting daily. Some maintenance issues. Double bed was very worn and noisy.

Duże braki, jakość wykończenia bardzo słaba. Podłogi brudne, kiepska wentylacja, klimatyzacja praktycznie nie działa. Winda wielkości 1x1 metr tak że ciężko wjechać z walizkami.

The property was clean and in a good location.

Some loose tiles on the floor of the smaller bedroom and the kitchen which was a bit dangerous in bare feet.

Perfecto para estancia por trabajo, tiene exactamente todo lo que se necesita. En un barrio residencial y con muy buena comunicación a otras partes de Barcelona.

La ubicación, está bien centrico

Mucho ruido, nadie supervisa, no hay teléfono en la habitacion para comunicarte con recepción, te dicen que tienes que bajar para cualquier consulta. Pasadizos sucios y oscuros, iluminación cuartos tenue.

Lovely place, not far from the main attractions, restaurants and cafes. It is well air-conditioned which is great during the summer stays.

There is no view from any of the windows. All you can see is a wall of another building, which makes the apartment quite dark and miserable.

Estaba limpio.

En el momento que llegamos tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el AC y contactamos al staff para exponer lo que sucedía ya que era muchísimo calor y su primer respuesta fue que lo lamentaban y que nos devolvían el dinero. Les dijimos que no ! Más bien les pedí apoyo de mantenimiento, a donde se supone que nos iríamos en pleno verano y ya todo ocupado ? La comunicación fue fría. La distribución del baño muy incómoda. La TV es súper chiquita, solo hay una y no puedes ver Netflix ni nada, ya que la distribución de la TV no te permite ni poner tu fire TV. Te piden dejar todo Muy limpio , trastes, basura afuera, recogido, te piden dejar exactamente como lo recibiste. Lo cual está bien pero son muy estrictos para lo que ofrecen. Y no es que uno lo vaya a dejar mal pero por el costo considero que la limpieza final debería estar incluida. No te dan nada de “Toileries”. La ubicación no es la mejor.

Un peu vétuste. Draps tachés. Les tables de nuit pleine de taches (qui se lavent ou pas ?!) Pas de clim dans les chambres juste ventilo au plafond. Pas de changement de draps et serviettes si on reste plusieurs nuits.

Apparemment très bruyant: bruit de la rue et des voisins jusqu’à pas d heure. Pas de grille pain, ni cafetière. Lit cassé. Lave vaisselle tout petit. Pas de partie congélateur dans le frigo. Roof top qui ferme à 20h aberrant

ouverture par digicode, simple efficace. l'application sur le téléphone était super utile consignes de chek in/out claire la clim etait essentiel et fonctionnait bien. la caution a bien été remboursée sous 48h

ça manquait d'un peu de vaisselle (verre assiettes) il manquait parfois des notices d'utilisation de certains appareils La TV, j'ai du relancer un recherche des chaines car elle avait été déprogrammée ...

Bien équipé et joli

Appartement en rez de chaussée sans aucune luminosité naturelle, le lavabo de la salle de bain bouché, des bouteilles sous le canapé quand nous sommes arrivés!

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage. Metro und Busse sind gut zu erreichen. Die Sagrada Familia ist in Laufentfernung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und klimatisiert, was bei der Hitze im August eine Wohltat ist.

20 min a pied de la sagrada

On m’a cassé la vitre de la voiture, les immeubles alentours et les commerces sont degradés, l’appartement est tres tres tres mal insonorisé, on entendait tous les voisins (dessus, a coté de nous), la piscine plus que trouble, les voisins faisait la fete.

Très joli appart hôtel à proximité de la Sagrada. Très confortable avec la clim, le wifi et un rooftop avec salon de jardin et piscine : séjour au top! Accès très agréable avec un système de code, bâtiment très joli, quartier sympathique, 8 stations de bus de la plage, station de métro à 4min à pied 👍

Que la equipación de electrodomésticos del apartamento no estaba en las condiciones adecuadas y el trato no ha sido bueno cuando lo hemos reclamado

Loved the location and the ease of access with the keys being on your phone. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchenette well equipped. There’s no freezer compartment in the fridge but that was ok with us. The Sagrada Família was a 15 minute walk away and there are lovely restaurants nearby.

There was a slight smell of damp but once the air con was on you couldn’t notice it. We had an issue with the air con dripping water but they sent a technician the following morning after check in who fixed it straight away. The tv was a little smaller than the pictures suggest. I only say this in case you want to watch TV which we didn’t.

Apartment itself was pretty good. I did not have any issues with noise. Easy access to Metro.

The only thing I did not like was the rules posted on every wall. They disrupted the cozy atmosphere and interfered with relaxation.

The little pool was actually cleaned (we feared it wouldn’t be) very very good location in a really good neighbourhood some other areas were not so good. It was also very cool in 32’ heat. Beds clean and comfy. Shower a movable head.

It had a microwave not an oven… with so much fresh meat and fish locally an oven would have been wonderful! Unsure floors ever been mopped. Balcony isn’t worth the extra money. Hidden charges (300€ deposit) and booking.com cancel off the free cab but easy enough to get to

We loved the location and the accessibility to restaurants, super markets and the sites. Definitely a place that I would like to stay again.

The directions. When I booked the space there apparently were two addresses listed and so, when bookings.com asked me if I would like a taxi and I said yes, the address that bookings.com used was a street away to one of the properties it seems is owned by this same company, which meant that our taxi dropped us off at the wrong apartment and we kept trying to get in to the wrong building. This being my first time in Barcelona, and it was night time, it was scary not being able to find where I would be sleeping after a long day of traveling. We then had to try and find the correct address and rebook another taxi to get to the right location which turned out to be on the other street. The city tax was also unexpected and changed how much I really wanted to pay for the property. This increased the stay to almost 100E more. I think more information about stays in Europe need to be provided on the bookings site and not be so much of a surprise closer to the time of checking in.

Het was alsof we in een kelder sliepen, bijna geen lichtinval. Heel donker en het terras stonk naar geur van de wc heel veel lawaai s avonds in de gang waardoor we niet goed konden slapen. We hadden liever een balkon en lichtinval en buitenlucht gehad .

Na plus zdecydowanie lokalizacja – około 15 minut spacerem do Sagrady Famílii i 5 minut do najbliższej stacji metra. Bardzo blisko deptaka z restauracjami, kafejkami i sklepami.

Niestety apartament jest zaniedbany, meble są stare, a czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Ogólne wrażenie nie było najlepsze.

Locking the door wasn't straightforward and the picture in the advert wasn't the same as the apartment we got.

Strong smell of a synthetic air freshener in the apartment. One of the soap dispensers was broken. The fan in one of the bedroom was malfunctioning too. The bed in this room was squeaking terribly. Hot water disappeared because the boiler turned off suddenly during the use. The fridge was too cold, it freezed our watermelon. Noise late in the evening upstairs and the noise catcher didn't seem to do anything about it. Washer in the rooftop doesn't have instructions and is dirty inside (full of someone's hair). The entrance door automation broke and we had to wait until someone opens the door from inside. Calling support is useless because there is no support in English.

Great location near Sagrada, but to other landmarks you have to travel for a while via metro

Great location. Walking distance to good food and sights.

Everything. It was already cooled off when we arrived on a warm day. The amenities and the location. Beds and pillows comfortable and no neighborhood noice at night.

The front door had some issues and thank goodness a tenant helped us. But I must add your communication was quick to resolve the issue.

The apartment was cozy, and we really enjoyed the terrace. Despite being a bit farther from the city center, the location was manageable by taxi and public transportation. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The apartment could definitely use some remodeling, especially the furniture. The full-size bed was broken and had been repaired with duct tape. Every time someone got on the bed, it sank down, and because we didn’t want to damage it any further, we decided to put the mattress on the floor for the night. We were only in the city for a concert, so we didn’t report it at the time. However, if we had been staying any longer, it would have been very uncomfortable. The air conditioning is located only in the living room and doesn’t cool the bedrooms very well. This should be made clearer in the property listing, especially during the warmer months. If I filter for accommodations with air conditioning, I expect the bedrooms to be adequately cooled as well, not just the living area. The pool could also use a more thorough cleaning.

La luminosità dei piani alti, l’arredamento, il check in semplice, biancheria pulita

L’oscurità dei piani bassi, l’appartamento al 1 piano era troppo buio non arriva molta luce, la posizione non comodissima. La piscina non era accessibile a fine maggio.

I liked the location, the quiet atmosphere, the peace and security of the neighborhood.

I didn't like that the air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. The house was not very clean, and there was a terrible smell. Because of the smell, it was impossible to keep the windows open, and there was no fresh air inside the house.

Great location, if you don’t expect the hotel comfort this is more than good. Simple old renewed flat, it’s a pity Barcelona is getting so expensive but this was one of the cheapest options we found for a good quality/ price. The flat was clean

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and I suggest ear plugs if you’re sensitive to the noise. The lift is very small, 3 people almost don’t fit , but otherwise is a simple good accommodation

Útulný a čistý, dobre vybavený.veľmi dobre sa nám spalo na posteliach. Bazén a posedenie na spoločnej terase na najvyššom poschodí príjemne prekvapil. Tiež poloha dokonala, blízko metro, obchody, jedlo.

Apartamento limpio y agradable. Ubicado en una zona tranquila de Barcelona. Utilizamos el app para entrar al edificio y apartamento fue conveniente.

La cama de la recámara principal era tan dura como una roca y malas almohadas. Ambas recámaras cuentan con solo abanico de techo por lo que fue algo incómodo dado que hacía calor, solo cuenta con un aire acondicionado en el área de la sala el cual hacía un ruido fuerte.

Se si viaggia con un minore, è essenziale un alloggio confortevole con una doppia camera, e quello di Happy People era perfetto: due camere comunicanti ma separate, letti confortevoli, ampio disimpegno, La posizione era un poco decentrata, ma la metropolitana a duecento metri risolve ogni problema E non dimentichiamo la terrazza, per indimenticabili sigari serali!

In an area of “locals”!rather than tourists. Nice vibe in the neighbourhood

The noise!! You could hear everything in the adjoining flats/apartments. People in stair talking at 2am. Taps running/dishes being washed- all bathroom noises and there are noise alarms in the flats that kept going off in other flats that we could hear.

Clean , spacious for families . Good location for exploring barcelona. Great to have a kitchen for breakfast ect . Beds comfy with lots of storage. Lovely old building with original balconies and features . Easy to access with codes , no need to worry about keys etc

The floors are original but were quite cracked and stained in pmaces due to age , would not go barefoot in apartment . The fan/air con was quite loud during the night but also necessary . The apartment conpmex has a tiny lift , unfortunately someone before us has vomited in the lift and my daughters walked in it , not the owners fault but still very unpleasant.

The location is spot on! Very good felt safe and secure.

The beds need to be proper beds they are fold out style metal frame and squeak when you move. The shower drain I had to clean out.
