Все не понравилось, ужасный персонал, грубый, на Английском тяжело найти того кто говорит, клининг просто отвратительная грубая женщина, сказал что не нужно убирать (спал) она долбилась в дверь 3 раза еще потом. В холле диваны просто пропитаны потом, ужас!

No facilities open - no bar or restaurant and not advised this at time of booking.

Good location for trains & subway

Room was good

AC was not working and we were asked to check out in the last minute. Any refund was denied . We paid for AC rooms and did not get it .

Lage perfekt, Frühstück war sehr gut für den Preis, großes Zimmer (Ja, es ist alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber vollkommen OK und das wichtigste Sauber!), freundliches Personal (auch bei Hektik, insbesondere beim Frühstück, immer nett!)

Die Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen, weil sie bis zum 31. Mai 26 aufgrund von Bauarbeiten geschlossen sein mussten.

フロントの人たちがとても親切、問題解決のためいろいろ助けてくれた。さらにホテルは駅出口から5分もかからず、ダウンタウンに食事行っいっても迷わず帰れる。日本語わかる人もいるが、多少の英会話能力と度胸はは絶対必要。

ホテルの周りには三ツ星レストランのようなものは全然ないが、一方、市民が食べている普通の朝食や、経済的な夕食を体験できる。

La localisation est très bien, à 5 min à pied du métro gare central

- l’hôtel n’a pas trouvé le référence de réservation booking…alors que l’hôtel est réservé 3 mois en avance - l’accueil n’a même pas pris la peine de réceptionner une livraison express (très courant à Shanghai)…en laissant le livreur poser le colis (non étiqueté) sur le comptoirs… j’avais en plus leur informé l’arrivée de ce colis. Sur ce point je suis vraiment déçu.

Room maintenance

Excellent location directly opposite the railway station, which made traveling extremely convenient. The metro lines nearby made it very easy to move around Shanghai and even access the airport without much hassle. The room itself was spacious and having a bathtub was a nice bonus after long days of sightseeing. Despite being in a very busy urban area, transport connectivity was one of the strongest points of this hotel.

The area feels very much like a concrete jungle, so if you are looking for parks, greenery, or relaxing outdoor spaces, you would need to travel elsewhere. There was maintenance work happening during my stay, and I did not get to experience the breakfast service since I am not really a morning person. Although the room had a window, it could not be opened which made the room feel less fresh. The wallpaper was also peeling in several places, so the rooms are probably due for refurbishment and some general updating.

One or two members of staff behind check in Uniforms were unwashed and grubby. A premium room was reeking of cigarette smoke .

Lovely clean property and perfect for a 4 day stay in Shanghai! It’s a little out of the way from downtown so you have to get a Didi / train but makes up for it as the hotel was great value for money! Would stay here again for sure!

Located right outside of Shanghai Station. We had some train rides planed during our vacation and this was very convenient.

We had to switch rooms because of a faulty shower (which was resolved quickly). The hotel was a bit run down and in need of renovation.

I love that it was very close to a train station and a metro and it was easy to get around.

It was ok nothing was great about it just another hotel for a decent price. The staff didnt speak english at all so that made it a little difficult to ask questions about anything and they weren't very personable compared to other stays. Very pay me and never speak to me again. It almost felt like they would purposely avoid you

Lage, Lage, Lage. Dieses Hotel liegt sehr praktisch an der Shanghai Railway Station und ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Stadt und in die weitere Umgebung geeignet

Etwas nervige Zugangssituaion. Wenn man von einer Seite kommt muss man immer erst an der kompletten Auffahrt zum Hotel entlang laufen um dann auf dieser in der Gegenrichtung nach oben zu gehen. Eine kleine Treppe als Abkürzung würde Wunder wirken.

Location is okay. It’s located near the subway, but hotel is connected to the huge highways.

It not even dirty- it’s just gross. Everything feels greasy to the touch. Carpet looks like it was never even vacuumed, let alone washed. Towels smelled old. We checked out the next day, because it was impossible to stay here for us. Photos aren’t displaying the reality. We checked out the next day and found another hotel at the same price even at better location. I forgot my headphones there, and the hotel didn’t even notify me, and wrote me back only after I contacted them days after check out.

please do include the breakfast facility as well

El último día sonó la alarma del detector de humo ( pensaron que era fumador pero no fumo ) y pedí cambio de habitación a la 907 y al otro día temprano oí que sonó la alarma en la q era mi habitación la 909 osea q no había nadie y sonó aparentemente un problema eléctrico

That they had a laundry and an excellent staff

almost everything was a disappointment except the friendly and efficient staff; rooms were too old and the carpet held old stains. We tried to use the area by the lobby to eat but the chairs has a strong not good odor and had butt imprints. it was expensive compared to another i stayed at but the value you get is low quality. it felt like it was on its last leg before a much needed major refurbishment. I will not recommend.

удобное расположение возле метро и railway station. отель сильно подуставший, и сантехника и мебель, но убирались каждый день. завтраки неплохие и цена приемлемая. в целом нормально

地点很好，在火车站旁边步行5-10分钟就可以抵达南广场

It's very close to the Shanghai Metro entrance/exit point. Staff were friendly.

The place is a little bit old. As my stay mainly involved being out and about, the state of the room wasn''t a major issue. But others might find it otherwise. The room doesn't have a mini fridge though.

The location near the train station is good as I had a train in the morning and i could walk. The sheets were clean.

The reception barely speaks english which is a big downside. Also, the furniture is old and not well maintained.

Although the location was quite far from the city center, it still saved us a lot of money even when we mostly took DiDi rides. The hotel itself was old upon looking at its interior, it still was clean and comfortable to sleep in. Nearby restaurants, milk tea places, and a C-Store. Beds were comfortable. The only downside during our stay were the staff (or I think only because it's their personality to not be as friendly and accommodating as hotel staff in the Philippines). No help was offered to help bring our luggages in our room, but we didn't mind it at first. What I was shocked about is how I called for a bell boy during check-out and they said "ok", but upon going down to ask again they just let me take the trolley to bring up to our room and transport the luggages down ourselves. Only the housekeeping staff were only the people greeting and smiling at us.

Location to the Shanghai train station. Nice eateries surrounding the station. Lots exits from metro. 2 kinds of tea at the lobby. A nice welcome drink as you return each day

The hotel is at Shanghai train South Exits. The long distance bus will terminate at Shanghai train North Exits. This will mean extra walk of another 500m to the hotel via metro underpass.

Location is very convenient. A very short distance from Shanghai Railway Station and a shopping mall. Room was clean. Seems like the facilities are good but didn’t have the time to explore. Easy to check in and out.

Bed was a little hard but was pleasant enough. The ventilation or A/C was a bit loud. Couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. Interior seemed slightly dated.

rooms smell of cigarettes, clearly the non-smoking policy is not enforced very well. Rooms are dirty with hairs everywhere and the carpets are awful with sigarette smell. Power outlets dont work very good. Wi-fi is non existent, you can connect but there is no internet. Was like this for 3 days straight without acces to internet. Staff speaks reasonable English.

Rooms are spacious and soundproof. Staff can speak English but very limited. The location is very convenient for metro and train users. The hotel locates near Exit 6 of Shanghai Railway Station, but the elevator to approach ground level is inside another building (with instruction) but you have to talk with the metro staff for assistance.

There is no minibar/fridge though there are plenty of spaces.
