The location was perfect - Yorkville village is at the footstep of the property and it is walking distance from UofT - which was perfect as we came in to help settle our kid to the school.

A beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Communication with the host was great throughout our stay, and Ahmed was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is in a great location, within a short walking distance of the metro station, as well as many restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

The only downside was the street noise at night. We could hear several cars revving their engines, which made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was superb! The hosts, Ahmed and Tamer, were very responsive whenever we had any queries and even checked in to ensure that we were okay. The security at the building is excellent, and we felt very safe. The apartment is located less than a 5-minute walk from the metro, making it convenient to get around. The apartment also appeared to be located in a safe neighbourhood. There are also many good restaurants in the area.

There was nothing I disliked.

The stay was spectacular. The place is cozy, with natural light and a beautiful view that does not give beautiful sunsets every day. The apartment has everything you could need in a modern and pleasant atmosphere. It is in an elegant neighborhood surrounded by restaurants for all tastes. Equidistant location to most places of interest. Something special about this property is the treatment of its owner Ahmed and Tamir his co-host who were aware that we lacked nothing and that we were having a good time. It will definitely be my selection when I return to Toronto.

Location was fabulous. Very easy to Walk. The sunset was Stupendous - from the bedroom.

More Paper Towels Hand Towels - there were none for the bathroom Wash Clothes Nespresso machine was easy, but there weren't enough medium roast pods. The existing flavor pods weren't to our liking.

It was advertised to me as a 2 bedroom unit with the ad changed letter to 3 bed. I was very unhappy to find this difference on arrival at the unit.

Les parking sont un peu chère mais l'hote nous a montré un parking a 2 min a pied pour 20$ les 24h j'ai laissé la voiture au parking pour me balader a pied ou en uber les parking public sont très chère

We loved the view of the main bedroom and living room, it had everything we expected and needed for our short stay.

Incredible view and location. Yorkville is an incredible neighbourhood. The apartment was clean (I have a dust allergy, so always know!) and well equipped.

Das Apartment war klasse. Liegt mehr im teureren Viertel von Toronto. Alles sehr schön und die Betten sehr bequem. Badezimmer sauber und alles toll ausgestattet (wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc.). Die Aussicht auf tornoto ist fabelhaft!

The apartment was clean, the view was amazing.

No Wi-Fi in spite of many attempts to sign in. No bath mat Not enough towels for 4 people Coffee machine with not enough unflavored coffee and no cream or cream substitute. No instructions on the washer/dryer No instructions on the AC Great response time by owner, but on phone had limited ability to rectify problems.

Our host Ahmed could not have been more helpful. Great information prior to arrival, met us with keys at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. View was amazing and the apartment was well equipped. Allowed us a late, late check out which helped us enormously. We travel a lot and prefer to stay in apartments rather than hotels. I can honestly say that this is one of the best places we've stayed. Thanks Ahmed.

The property had a beautiful view and was located in a safe area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was very nice, and the host was absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and accommodating. Everything was also very clean, and they offered parking, which was affordable and convenient.

I have no complaints about the property. Everything was great!

The location was amazing. The apartment is in a lovely apartment block with great views over the city. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby (special mention to Summers ice cream parlour, Coco cafe and Cibo Italian restaurant) with some more budget options within walking distance on Yonge Street (recommend Naan Kabob for Afgani food and Lee Chen for Chinese). There is a subway station and a supermarket a couple of streets away. The apartment was on a high floor, so street noise didn't bother us, and we didn't hear anything from other apartments in the block. An added bonus for our teenage son was that it's in an area where people come to show off their supercars - it's a great place to spot Lambos, Ferraris etc if that's your thing. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for our 9 night stay. Communication with the owner was good both before and during our stay. Check in and out was smooth and easy. I would happily recommend this apartment to my family and friends (or other booking.com users 😀).

I loved the fact that the owner personally met us and showed us the apartment. The apartment is on a high floor with phenomenal views from both the bedroom and the living/dining area. The apartment is in an incredibly convenient area (close to both food/groceries, shopping, shows, and sight-seeing) where it was easy to walk or take the subway system. I had forgotten how much FUN Toronto is! I haven't visited in years, and this was a spur-of-the- moment trip (kinda). I will definitely be coming back and staying at this apartment. The owner was so incredibly kind and helpful, and nicely touched base with us to make sure that we were doing ok and if we needed anything. The home was charming and the building and surrounding area was very safe. I highly recommend staying here! Amy

The apartment is small but very comfortable and clean.The hosts were gracious enough to allow us early check in and made an effort to prepare for our arrival. Although we ultimately did not have time to check in before the performance we had booked, the owner came to where we were to give us the keys. He also invited us to stay as long as we liked the following day as the unit was not booked. All in all, an excellent stay.

The description suggested the presence of two bedrooms when, in fact, it is one bedroom with two single beds in the den. Nonetheless, the beds were comfortable.

The apartment is gorgeous with an amazing view. It situated close to many interesting things in the city. We had everything we needed and more. The host was very friendly and always willing to help.

Great location, had everything we needed in the apartment. The host had brilliant communication and was very accomodating to changes in arrival time.

Walls were a little scuffed, visible water damage to the bathroom door. The room was also very warm, even with the heating turned off.

We couldn’t control the heat, and elevator was not working. It was tossing us around like salad. Very disturbing.

Location, location, location. This condo is all about location, located in downtown of Toronto, best neighborhood in the area. Walking distance to museums, boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc. Love the area!

Parking is the only issue. You have to park your car in the public parking next to the building.

Fantastic view and awesome location!! Quiet and clean!! Many excellent restaurants and coffee shops in area!! Several Subway stations very close. Would definitely stay here again!! Ahmed is very helpful, checking to make sure your stay is going well!

The view and the light are amazing. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and has everything one needs. It feels calm and peaceful. A great space to unwind and relax! Ahmed is so helpful and friendly and he did everything he could to ensure my stay was a happy one and that I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!! The bed is also very comfortable as is the couch for watching a movie.

Ahmed is a great host and the apartment is beautiful. It's not just the glorious view, which is impressive, but everything in the lovely apartment is comfortable and luxurious. More supplies than we needed, all of high quality. Ahmed was so nice and made the whole process easy. I had been confused about the layout and he was so concerned I wouldn't be happy that he offered me a full refund the night before, but I'm glad we didn't take it. Would definitely stay there again. I was traveling with my two kids (ages 16 and 20) and they loved it too.

The only thing that would've been more helpful was a second key, but we worked it out.

Perfectly located in Yorkville Village with a concierge reception. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient amenities in apartment for everything you need. For example, there is a washer dryer with super fast cycle options. The owner was extremely communicative and kind.

Location, furnishings and supplies were all great. Owner was very friendly and helpful. I left a valuable item in the apartment. The owner texted me with a picture of the item and met us at the apartment building to return the item to me.

We waited about 20 minutes for the owner to come to the facility to let us in and give us keys. He was kind and helpful, but it would be better if the key could be left somewhere to pick up. The booking said we would meet in the lobby, but the outside doors were locked and we had no way to get inside.

Location was central to everything, a few minutes walk to the TTC. Very upscale area, felt safe walking even at night. Building is very secure. Apartment was perfect for our stay. The view was spectacular! The furnishings were very modern and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Even the pods for the Nespresso, sugar and creamer were supplied as was bottled water. Ahmed met us on site to show us around and give us the key. Super friendly and helpful. Would be an excellent place to stay for a longer duration as washer, dryer and dishwasher were also included. Will definitely be contacting Ahmed the next time we visit the city!

Super clean, modernly decorated apartment centrally located near the University of Toronto and the Royal Ontario Museum. Breathtaking views from 27th floor!! Very friendly and helpful owner. I fully recommend.

The only thing I would have appreciated having was body wash/soap in addition to shampoo/conditioner, and/or some smaller hand towels, but overall very negligible inconvenience 😊

The host Ahmed was very welcoming. We had a very late check-in, but he prepared detailed video instructions and had his assistant come to help us with the access. I was enquiring about slippers and body lotion with the host, I knew that would be usually provided by the hotel but not necessarily by private hosts, but Ahmed kindly placed the orders and had them ready for me on the same day! I was so pleasantly surprised and the flat is very centrally located with a beautiful sunset view with all the facilities one need. It was like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed our stay and will have no hesitation to stay at the same place if we come to Toronto! Or recommend any friends when they are in Toronto.

We were honestly convinced this used to be a 4 seasons Hotel room. It was so clean, with a fantastic view out the window. Great location, a few minutes walk to TTC line 1 so you can get pretty much anywhere. Also Ahmed is the best. He was so nice and accomodating

The view is also very cool. There are many nice shops, restaurants and cafés all around and the subway is just around the corner. This was definitely a great stay and we will come back for sure!

Location is great. The host is very kind and polite. The view is exceptional. The facility is clean and there is all you need, including a well stocked kitchenette. Parking is just around the corner and soi are shops and restaurants.

All was very good

Location was beautiful, right in Yorkville. Morning coffee was provided as well as a few chilled waters in the fridge. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and soap and an excellent shower. Owner responded promptly to any questions, met us for check in and showed us around. I will stay here again when in Toronto.
