Prachtige setting, dichtbij alles maar buiten de drukte. Mooie, goed uitgeruste kamer, uitstekende keuken en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Huge room and comfy bed! Lovely warm welcome with juice, an upgrade and a cool towel. It wasn't too far to walk round the lake and into the city and the views were simply stunning. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of variation and all the team were so helpful and friendly.

Just a thing to note is that the hotel doesn't have a bar and beer and wine are the only options but the wine is by the bottle. It was fine for us but could catch some visitors off gaurd.

The location was walking distance to lake and restaurants, the room was spacious with sofa lounge area and nice bathroom. Breakfast was buffet with options and eggs to order. Staff was fabulous throughout.

Pool was underwhelming in an uninspiring setting. Our first room with forest view faced the road and was noisy despite double doors. We moved to back facing room overlooking the lake which was much better.

This hotel is incredible value, huge rooms, walking distance to the sacred tooth temple, beautiful views over the lake. They even upgraded my room to a lake view.

Loved this hotel and a perfect location for the tooth temple being only a 5 minute walk away. Was also only a 15 minute walk back from the Esala Perhala festival that we came to Kandy for as could cut along the river. The mezzanine room lake view was perfect for the us with the 2 children and not too noisy as away from the road side. The breakfast and dinners were all great and really reasonable prices. The coffee shop was pricier but really nice to have this facility on site. The staff were all ever so friendly. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Nothing apart from not understanding why so many hotels in Sri Lanka have single use plastic shampoo and shower gel. Please can they all make an effort to move to refill large bottles…….

Absolutely perfect location to visit the Temple of the Tooth (200 meter walk). The hotel itself is very comfortable and clean. The staff is so kind. A wonderful stay!

We had a suite on the top floor of the hotel. It was amazing. The views across the lake were spectacular. We ate at the hotel and apart from some blackouts that affected the whole region, our experience was excellent. The staff were let on that it was a member of our party's birthday and they presented him with cake at breakfast which was great. This hotel is in excellent proximity to the Lake, Kandy, and nearby temples. A great base from which to explore

Het appartement was erg groot met uitzicht op het meer. Er waren twee badkamers.

Er was best veel geluid van de straat ook al zaten de ramen dicht. Het zwembad kwam niet overeen met de foto's. Het zag er niet uitnodigend uit om een duik in te nemen. Voor de slaapkamers heb je een apart pasje nodig. Dit is wat onhandig, omdat de slaapkamers zich in het appartement bevinden en je al met een pas bent binnengekomen.

De bedden waren de beste tot nu toe! Zeer ruime kamer, goede airco, geweldige locatie, goede koffie en lekker ontbijt.

Het zwembad was koud en troebel. We zijn er niet ingegaan.

房间总会从屋顶传出持续2-3分钟时长的不明噪音，街上路过的巴士喇叭也很吵，而且隔音也很差，能很清楚的听到隔壁人在聊天，住了一晚根本没办法睡觉，和前台反应了以后也只是说很抱歉，他们会向上级反应这个情况，总之住宿体验很差

The people were the nicest, helped me out very well with everything and made sure that I had all that I needed. I really appreciate them! Breakfast was nice with Sri Lankan and western options. Pool was clean and cold-ish, but I'd argue this is a good temperature to actually swim in it. If you just want to stand yes it's a bit cold. Location is good, I always walked to the city centre of Kandy. Due to a road closure this is faster than going around the lake, especially during rush hour.

Dinner options at the restaurant were a bit limited

The fact that it was a little bit different! We had a loft apartment with two bedrooms on the top floor and it was such a beautiful space with amazing views overlooking the lake. The food was also really good from the restaurant and the adjoining cafe! The staff were really friendly and attentive - we really enjoyed our stay here!

Need to make it clear on booking.com that the 15% discount on food only applies to the restaurant not the cafe.

Hotel in posizione centrale a Kandy, giusto a pochi minuti a piedi dal Tempio del Dente! Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti a inizio agosto e ho avuto modo di stare nella camera matrimoniale al piano terra, che era molto grande confortevole. La struttura affaccia sul lago ed è tutto molto curato e pulito, offre pure la piscina, seppur di dimensioni ridotte. Buono anche il servizio colazione e ristorante anche se per la sera suggerirei un po' di varietà in più :)

Fijne rustige plek, kamers zijn ruim en bedden heerlijk. Voor dat geld voelt de kamer echt luxe. Grote keuken en koelkast. Airco die het goed doet. Schoon!

Zwembad zat in de kelder met een klein stukje dat buiten is. Kan wel wat gezelligheid gebruiken. Op het balkon staan geen stoeltjes, terwijl je daar best lekker zou kunnen zitten. Ook het terras aan de achterkant bij het restaurant is niet aangekleed. Je kunt er niet zitten. Paar tafels met parasols zou leuk zijn. De wasservice was heel duur.

Das Hotel punktet vor allem mit seiner zentralen Lage direkt am See. Der Zahntempel ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und damit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Kandy zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und wir haben außerdem einmal im Hotelrestaurant zu Abend gegessen – das Essen war gut und wir waren zufrieden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Waldblick. Wer die Möglichkeit hat, sollte eher ein Zimmer mit Seeblick wählen. Der Waldblick zeigt zur Hauptstraße, wodurch es zeitweise recht laut werden kann. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Kandy – besonders, wenn man den Zahntempel besuchen möchte.

לא אהבנו כלום. מלון מאוד דל ועלוב. חדרים מנוכרים, מרפסת לא שימושית בכלל. אין שירות חדרים. לא מתנהל כמלון אך המחירים מאוד גבוהים. קיצרנו ביום את החופשה במלון והחלפנו למלון אחר. ארוחת בוקר דלה.

Nous avons apprécié à pied de la ville, le personnel de l'hôtel très serviable et professionnel, la surface et les commodités de la chambre.

מלון קטן ונחמד במיקום די שקט ונוח מהאזור הסוען והרועש של העיר, צמוד למקדש השן. צוות המלון שירותי ואדיב מאוד שעזר לנו לסגור אטרקציות בעיר. חדר יחסית גדול ונקי והרגשנו בו בנוח. צמוד למלון יש בית קפה מעולה במחירים נוחים מאוד.

מים חמים במקלחת נגמרים יחסית מהר. ארוחת בוקר לא עשירה ודי מצומצמת.

We stayed 2 nights, and the location is superb. The Temple of tooth relic is in walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice food. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you, and we will visit again.

Het verblijf is zeer netjes en ruim, niets op aan te merken. We moesten heel vroeg uitchecken, er werd voor ons speciaal personeel vroeger gestuurd + we kregen een ontbijtpakketje mee waar veel lekkers in zat. Vervolgens hebben ze ons enorm geholpen met het zoeken van onze paspoorten die we dachten kwijt te zijn (uiteindelijk lag het niet daar), hier zijn we heel dankbaar voor.

Het was op loopafstand van tempel van de tand, dansshow, Kandy Lake. Goed restaurant en een leuke koffiebar waar ze heerlijke lunch hebben.

Hotel nuevo y moderno. La localización es excelente a 5 minutos del centro neurálgico. Habitación más grande de lo que las fotos reflejan. Baño moderno y bien equipado. La cafeteria con buenas opciones y en el restaurante hay buenas opciones s precios razonables. Preguntan si necesitas limpieza habitación o cambio toallas. Muy buen desayuno. En base a mi experiencia muy recomendable.

Nos gustó mucho la amplitud de la habitación, es muy cómoda, el balcón y sus vistas, todos los detalles que tienen tanto en baño como en habitación, está todo muy limpio y nuevo. El desayuno con la bollería y todo recién hecho. Esta cerca del templo del diente.

Se podría mejorar la limpieza de la piscina. Echamos de menos platos más locales en la carta de cenas.

El hotel es excelente y está muy cuidado. El personal es super profesional y tienen ganas de dar un buen servicio. Me encanto recibir un nivel de servicio tan elevado sin ser un hotel de una cadena internacional. Además les pedí una habitación familiar y hicieron todo para que estuvieramos toda la familia junta. Muy amables.

Podrían mejorar el café del desayuno y tener una oferta un poco más internacional, por si un viajero quiere tomar un café expresso o algo menos local que se pueda. Pero la comida que nos dieron era muy abundante, era buena, ... no es una queja sino una sugerencia.

The apartment was huge, beds were very comfy, rooms were clean, nice breakfast (have an omelette), great location and nice staff!

The hot water in the shower didn’t last more than a couple of minutes … and if you had wanted to cook a meal, there was no equipment! Despite have 2 small pans, there were no plates or cutlery!

An absolutely beautiful property! We were so lucky to have been able to get the two-bedroom duplex. It was huge and my family and I did not actually feel like leaving the accommodation. It overlooks the Kandy lake and is beautiful during the day & night! Staff were attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was very good as well. Wish we had more time as we only stayed for a night. Well done to the team!!!

Not exactly as on the picture. Its more 3 star hotel than 4, to be honest if i will knew reality i would not book. All not super modern need some lift . Hotel not directly next to lake there are buildings.There is school which make noice morning plus roads . The biggest disappointment breakfast- there is no buffet like most of hotels.. just you can choose way of eggs, bakerys juice small plate of fruit tea coffee thats eat. What with people not eating eggs? If they want a la cart at least should be more options some cheese, ham , veggies or whatever.

This hotel enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Kandy, just a short walk from the city’s most iconic attractions, including the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake. It is also within walking distance of the Kandy Lake Club, which hosts popular evening cultural dance performances, as well as the Kandy City Centre shopping mall. We stayed in the Family Suite, which offered great views of the surrounding hills and Kandy Lake from its private balcony. The layout was perfect for our family of four, featuring a comfortable double bed on the main level and two single beds in the loft area that the children thoroughly enjoyed. The suite also included a small kitchenette, a cozy living area with a sofa and television, and ample space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The in-room dining menu offered a good selection of dishes, and service was consistently prompt and efficient. Breakfast was enjoyable, although the variety of options was somewhat limited. Overall, we found this hotel to offer excellent value for money. Its central location, spacious family-friendly accommodation, and convenient amenities make it an ideal choice for travelers who wish to explore Kandy on foot while enjoying a comfortable stay.

During our stay, the swimming pool was under maintenance and, even otherwise, did not appear particularly inviting. At checkout, the credit card payment machine was not functioning, so we had to settle our in-room dining charges in cash, which was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the rooms could benefit from better soundproofing. Noise from neighboring rooms may be an issue for guests seeking a quieter stay, especially if adjacent rooms are occupied by louder groups or families.

Wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel, Staff is extremely helpful, room is clean and spacious, views from room to the Kandy lake are magnificent, and the best part of this hotel is the restaurant, we had B&B, breakfast was excellent with decent variety, we had dinner and the food was just perfect, seafood salad,fried calamari and seafood Tempura, food was so delicious and very reasonably priced noting that we were given also a 15% discount with our booking for food and drinks, after dinner we had a blueberry cheese cake from the hotel connected cafe and it was also perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Kandy as the hotel is a very short walk from Kandy lake

The family suite was large with double bed and further two beds in balcony. It was in walking distance from the centre of kandy. The staff as always were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a great stopover hotel but in my opinion not a holiday hotel. I really missed a community area such as a bar or lounge. It does have a swimming pool but its in basement but you end up just being stuck in bedroom.

We had a terrible experience on airport transport service they send inexperienced driver who got lost and we ended up in airport again to find private driver. Lost more than 2 hours to reach hotel and they were sensing message for late arrival charges. Absolute dissatisfaction

It wasnt clean, had other’s hair everywhere including towels. Has the same hair issue in breakfast which was fixed menu not a buffet. I wasnt hoping a prime service for such price but prices were not high for Kandy anyway.

The location was excellent, very convenient for all attractions in Kandy. Breakfast was excellent . The best was the staff. Very helpful attentive and very prompt with helping with any issues we had. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay for a group of 7 of us. We had one family room and two double rooms . The view from the family room was beautiful looking at the lake, Definitely could recommend for any travellers looking for peaceful convenient location when travelling to Kandy.

Few minor maintenance issues.

We only stayed one night in this lovely hotel and enjoyed a two bedroom apartment overlooking the lake. It was very comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast was great and the staff very kind and helpful. A great one night stay.

The hotel is located quite centrally in Kandy. After 10 min walk you are in the centre. The rooms are big and clean with a lot of storage space. The hotel team was very welcoming and attentive. All stuff was always looking for our 2 small kids and trying to entertain them :) In this way we had also the chance to enjoy our breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant serves very tasty dishes to very reasonable prices. Not to forget about the cafe bar where you can have a good espresso, cappuccino and also good deserts.

The floor in the shower is quite slippery. Some maintenance is needed, especially in the pool area. The pool area is very dark, even if you switch all lights on. Therefore the area does not give such an inviting ambience.
