Reviewed Sep 18, 2026It was a great stay, everything looked like on the photos of the room, it was very close to every main attractions and things to see, location was awesome, breakfast was very simple but very tasty, there were some Western and local dishes, staff was fluent in English and was very helpful and kind. We had 2 AC in the room, huge TV with Netflix and other sites, always hot water in the shower, which is hard to get in Vietnam. You could see trains on the train street from a window. Room was beautifully arranged and designed, lampions were doing a great job making a ,,Vietnamiss,, vibe in the apartment. I would surely came back here.
Sometimes it was loud from the busy street but in the night it was okay

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026ハノイ駅から徒歩5分くらい。子ども連れでも歩ける直線の大通り。館内は清潔で、エアコンもよく効きます。飲み水のサービスもありがたい。アメニティもしっかりありました。トレインストリートには徒歩5分くらい。周りにはレストランもたくさんあり、とても便利で夜も安心な雰囲気でした。

Ci sono delle mancanze, in quanto la camera in due notti non è stata pulita e non c'è stato il refill delle bottiglie d'acqua, tant'è che nella notte abbiamo preso una bottiglietta d'acqua dal frigo e al check out ci è stato richiesto il pagamento. Ritengo che l'acqua sia da offrire in un alloggio.

A tocar del tren i molt aprop del temple de la literatura. Ens han guardat les maletes durant una nit que erem fora i tot perfecte.

When we arrived there was noone at the desk to check us in and we couldn't find anyone. We ended up having to leave our bags in the lobby with a lot of others and go for a walk to wait.

The air con was not overly effective in cooling the room (noting we did stay in 40c heat) and the bathroom didn’t drain well.

Breakfast was wonderful and cooked to order, and included choices of western and Vietnamese foods, fresh fruit and coffee/tea/etc. Rooms made up when required and they helped me with a couple of tours to organise, which was handy. Location was good (near Train Street), so about a kilometre walk to all the action of the Old Quarter. I enjoyed staying here.
I have nothing to add here.

The lanterns were very pretty and made the space very cozy at night, and the sound from outside was not too bad. Location is incredible, right near the train. Quick walk to the old quarter, made our stay in Hanoi amazing. They would clean the room on request, provided some dishes. Bed was comfortable and a good size, and shower had good water pressure and maintained a good temperature.
Can be a confusing location to be picked up by grab - instead walk across the street and book to be picked up.

O quarto tinha teias de aranha, as paredes eram relativamente sujas, ao sair do quarto me deparei com rato subindo a escada. As pessoas são bem legais e prestativas, mas o lugar precisa de muita atenção. Só fiquei sabendo que existia café da manhã no último dia, ninguém me avisou.

Prostěradlo a povlečení bylo viditelně usazené, jako kdyby tam ležel před námi někdo v botech, dále na povlečení byly černé vlasy a chlupy, takže podle nás tam před námi někdo spal a povlečení nebylo vyměněné.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Großes gemütliches Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Klimaanlage und obwohl es mitten an einer sehr befahrenen Straße war, war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Frühstück a la carte war gut! freundliches Personal, konnten unser Gepäck zwischenlagern, bis die Zimmer fertig waren.
Mitten in der Nacht hat es sich angehört als würde jemand Koffer die Treppe runterwerfen (wahrscheinlich sind Nachts Gäste gegangen oder gekommen)

Man kunne høre alt nede på gaden, badet er meget småt og intet bruseforhæng, så derfor bliver badeværelset + toilettet meget vådt efter man har været i bad.
