Reviewed Sep 15, 2026This is the closest hotel to the airport and the shuttle service is efficient. The room was big and the bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Not particularly walkable but there is a restaurant nearby if you would prefer to pay less.
I was left wondering how a sealed room could have some flies and mosquitoes. Perhaps the door had been left open for cleaning but they should have attended to the insects once the doors were closed.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Very close to the airport with a free shuttle is a bonus. Nice pool where to relax. Nice and kind staff, welcomed us with a refreshing drink while waiting for our room.
It was somewhat loud, a group arrived late at night and were noisy. I would have appreciated for being able to use the room with a proper shower rather than the one for handicapped. It was messy to shower. The pictures online are AI generated which is misleading and should reflect the reality.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport. Les chambres sont très bien. Le personnel très aimable. Il y a même une jolie piscine mais nous n’avons pas pris le temps d’en profiter.
La porte de la salle de bain est très difficile à ouvrir.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Questo è stato il nostro punto di sosta prima della partenza per l'Italia, è ottimo perchè attaccato all'aeroporto, quindi consigliatissimo. Poi la struttura è molto bella, lussuosa, completa di ogni comfort, la piscina è enorme e i lettini comodissimi! La camera è bella, molto spaziosa, la nostra dava sul giardino della piscina, quindi molto silenziosa, a parte il rumore degli aerei che magari possono dar fastidio, ma di notte io non li ho sentiti. La cena a buffet... dopo aver mangiato in giro per lo Sri Lanka... bè.. appena sufficiente. Forse conviene mangiare nel ristorante, sempre all'interno dell'hotel. Lo staff molto carino e gentile, ma mi mancava la familiarità che ha regnato per tutto il viaggio, ma ci sta, questo è un posto più formale. Infine, ve lo consiglio caldamente se dovete fare una sosta.
Qui purtroppo mi tocca dire che non mi è piaciuto il buffet, per lo standard del posto si può decisamente migliorare.

Bar person needs serious training , we were the only ones in the bar & he couldn't serve us or couldn't be bothered. The last straw was when we ordered truffle fires & this small lump of old cold fries cane out- after waiting 20+ minutes!

Im Hotel befindet sich ein Club bzw. Disco. Bis 24.00 ging die Musik so laut, daß an Schlafen überhaupt nicht zu denken war. Wir wollten uns vor unserem 10 Std., welcher 4.35 Uhr startete etwas Ausruhen. Keine Chance bei den Bässen. Man sollte sich als Hotel Management im Klaren entweder Hotel oder Club, beides geht nicht

Het eten in restaurant is van een goede kwaliteit en het personeel doet hun uiterste best om het je naar de zin te maken In ons geval was dat Sampath, een zeer vriendelijke en gast gerichte jongeman

Rooms had some dampness in walls. Painted over and managed. Slight dampness smell in washroom. No late night room service. I just needed to sleep for a few hours so convenient and efficient and clean enough for my purpose

I had to change my booking and couldn't do it on booking.com as the room type wasn't available. It would have been easier to have the option to change room type but instead I had to contact them. The hotel were slow to respond to messages so I asked a Sri Lankan friend to call on my behalf and they were very helpful and sorted over the phone. I wasn't offered airport transfer when checked in and had to ask about it. I had already paid for hotel room at this point so when I had to pay for transfer (I'm sure I saw something that said they did a free transfer?) I had to do another transaction so was charged two fees by my bank. I would have preferred to do one payment. The restaurant had no soft furnishing to absorb sound and was incredibly loud to the point that we just wanted to eat and leave, so it wasn't the relaxed meal we had hoped for before flying home in the morning. Order to the room if you want a quiet meal.

Inflexible booking policy. We had 3 people and only needed a room for 6 hours from 2pm to 8 pm. We were made to pay for 2 rooms even though we weren’t staying overnight so had no use for beds etc.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Fantastic location for the first night after the flight arrived into Colombo just after midnight. The staff sent a bus to collect us from the airport and helped with the bags to the room as soon as we arrived. Was awesome to wake up and go for an early morning swim. Breakfast was great value for money and the Chef came out and chatted with the family. We also stayed here on the night before we flew out and the experience was even better. The staff are top notch and the dinner was incredible. Such a fabulous way to start and end our time in Sri Lanka. Each time we checked out the staff gave the kids little packets with cookies and we had a welcome drink waiting for us when we arrived.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Lovely all round. It was really comfortable and the pool was clean and large enough to properly swim. The staff were so friendly making us feel really welcome. The adjoining restaurant had tasty dishes and Sampath went the extra mile giving us extra bits of information as well as fabulous service.
Parts of the outer building were a bit untidy like the metal screening pool from building hence not a 10.

Shower head was extremely dirty. The bathroom had a bad smell.

They have two lovely restaurants on site, one international that also has Sri Lankan food and one Indian. Both had great food. Staff is really nice and helpful. Room was big and comfortable. Pool looked really nice and inviting (though we didn’t go in).
Don’t expect brand new and fancy facilities. It is quite dated. And the cleaning in the corners definitely could have been better. But overall it was good value for money

Tiene una piscina increíble, con zona muy cómoda para estar allí, gimnasio muy completo y habitaciones también súper amplias y cómodas. Está literalmente a 5 mins del aeropuerto.
Por poner una sugerencia: quizás tener toallas en el gimnasio vendría bien 😊
