Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Excellent location — Termini Station is only a 5–7 minute walk away. There is a bus stop nearby, and a supermarket is about a 7-minute walk away. We were allowed to check in earlier than expected, which was very nice. Check-out was also very easy — we simply left the keys on the reception desk. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The only issue was that, for some reason, there was no hot water during the daytime. Other than that, everything was great.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Locatie is echt super, hotel zit dichtbij 2 metrostations, waaronder Roma termini.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The rooms were lovely & very comfortable but most importantly the service from staff member Mr. Albertcassy was incredible. He really went above & beyond to help me during my stay in Rome. I was travelling alone and had a lot of luggage because I had been living in Australia prior and came directly to Italy with all of my belongings. So I was worried how I was going to trek all my stuff to the train station by myself in 40 degree heat. But Mr. Albertcassy actually offered to help me with my bags and I don’t know what I would have done without his help in that scenario. He was also so friendly and chatty from the moment I arrived, which provided such a warm, welcoming environment, which is hard to find nowadays. His service added that extra touch to the stay. Thank you so much Albert your kindness and assistance during my time in Rome. Much appreciated!!
Nothing, everything was great. Highly recommend to anyone looking accomodation in the city.

A special shoutout to Albert Cassy on the staff — he was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived and made our whole Rome experience so much better. He took the time to guide us on how to explore the city, sharing detailed tips and recommendations that we wouldn’t have found on our own. His warmth and genuine helpfulness really stood out — it’s rare to get that level of personal care and local insight from hotel staff. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if Albert is around to help you get started!

The room was not clean - there was splashes and marks all over the walls in the bathroom, the shower head didn’t work and there was no hot water. Wifi didn’t work, nor did aircon - it also kept us up all night because it made noises and kept cutting out, along side the loud buzzer letting people in. Property falsely advertised, it is not a suite it is a box room with an on suite shower, and a communal kitchen / coffee area. On the booking advert it says the rooms are sound proofed they may be sound proofed from the road but not for the several over people staying in the same property or any of the neighbouring rooms above and below from you. Music blasting till early in the morning, doors slamming all through the night, unfortunately this property is probably one of the worst nights sleeps I have ever had and when contacting the customer service via WhatsApp there’s no point they won’t even read your message.
