The house keeping stole my jacket and some money, also the apartment was overflowing with ants.

The view from 25 floor and its convenient to our purpose.

We were late on our arrival but still our room wasnt ready till 5pm .

Overcharging, every item we had to pay for including toilet paper, shampoo, soap etc.. Description said pool view from terrace there was no view of the pool, the view was of the street. Very misleading description. Very overpriced. Also you have to pay to swim!! I think they should add in somewhere on top of the room cost you have to pay for every little thing in the room. It was a very misleading description.

Makes you pay 150 peso extra for a thick blanket while the provided free blankets are thin sheets. Only gave you 2 thin towels and if you needed to use more it was 50 each. The shouldn't try to get extra money out of your customers after they've paid so much already.

Location is perfect and close to all amenities Sinulog party location. The host is very attentive and very easy to contact. Answer all our questions.

The unit is only good for a max of 3 persons. Maximum 5 people is very inconvenient. No induction stove. Lack of kitchen supplies such as knives and can opener. Cleanliness needs improvement.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were top-notch, with a free pool and gym available for guests. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Great location

Ideal for a stopover before our flight and it was great to use the pool and gym! Self check in was smooth Lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby

The contact with the host is very good, the location of the building is close to downtown and a lot of good food and stores around (get a grab and visit the night market nearby) we used the nice pool and gym it a lot.

The apartment could require some serious deep cleaning, especially the bathroom.

Room: compact but charming, the bed was on a platform which made it slightly harder to get in and out of. Great view - we loved watching netflix in bed on the huge TV with the curtains open at night so you could see all the city lights. Staff: we were provided with detailed instructions on how to access the flat which were great and the owner was very responsive on booking.com chat but we never met them. Facilities: amazing, huge pool with not many people around. Gym was well equipped and the 2 times we went we were alone. Really cheap laundry place just around the corner.

Honestly the place could have done with a deep clean, the shower head needed a good scrub so the holes would let water out evenly, and the shower smelled a bit mouldy when you turned it on. We found a few spiders in drawers and next to the bed. It's obviously surface cleaned but not all the nooks and crannies or the sinks. Sheets and towels were clean. It certainly wasn't a hotel - you could tell someone used to live there and left a lot of little bits like a face mask, trinkets, random utensils - perhaps this gives the place a certain charm? No shower gel so we had to use hand soap. There was only an air fryer to cook, which was fine but not if you needed a hob. We stayed for 2 nights but would have found all of the above a lot more annoying if staying for any more than that.

Location was great, the view from the room was magnificient, the pool was superb (very well maintained and with a view). The host was helpful and lovely.

The view was fantastic ! We could enjoy a pool very much. Very convenient that supermarket is just down the condominium. Coffee shops,laundry shop, convenience store and restaurants ice cream shop are just around the condominium. Security guards are very kind. Owner is very kind and I could ask anything at anytime!

Shower pressure is weak.

The view from the balcony truly is one of the best in Cebu. Shops/cafes right under the unit. Unit is very clean, well equipped for a short stay and tastefully decorated. The slide out second bed is handy The host is very responsive and accomodating.

DO NOT book this unit if you are planning to have any visitors. The building has very strict policy that only the 2 registered guests are allowed to enter. I found this out after booking, and had to cut my stay short there, as this was runining my holiday experience. The host was kind enough to accomodate. The bed is awkward to get in/out of. Aircon is very cold at night even on minimal setting. Only very thin sheets are provided to cover youself with, i found them to insufficient to keep warm. The tiny foldable chairs with no back rest are uncomfortable to sit on for a long time

The view is incredible. Many restaurants and convenient shops around.

There are no cooking facilities actually. There is not an electric stove only a microwave, so you can not boil an egg, let alone gooking a spaghetti or fry something. So the advertisement in that matter is a lye. But anyway, if you stay only a day or two, this is not a big problem.

The room was comfortable and the furnitures are functional. They made sure to make out of the space. There was a pull out bed, pull out table under the tv set and foldable chairs. The pool also was great😍 I wish we could’ve stayed longer and decided beforehand to stay for one more day.
