The location was excellent—just a short walk from the Petronas Towers. However, our experience was disappointing. In the middle of our stay, we were asked to move to another apartment due to scheduled maintenance. There was no prior notice or apology, and we were only given a few hours to pack up and relocate. We had to rush back from being out just to pack, and once we were ready, we were told to wait because the new apartment wasn’t ready. It was poorly managed, caused a lot of stress, and wasted our time.

our first room was smell like garbage, ive made a complain and requestED to the PIC to change room. just waste my time with my family. and i thou for the price that i pay i will get at least a proper experience on that place but no.

The only problem was that they only give us one key card and it was so hard for individuals to go out alone. The apartment is in need of good maintenance in order to keep up its good rating.

Mold on bathroom ceiling; Broken outlets emitting smoke; Multiple unusable outlets; Broken shower heads that spray everywhere; Terrible smell from one of the bathrooms rendering it unusable; Grout and rust stains in showers One of the showers has a broken glass surface; Shower handle stand is held together with duct tape; Lack of double paned windows made street noise awful at night; Only one working remote for three AC units that need to have Freon replaced; No mop or dustpan, only a worn out broom; No drying rack for clothes; Couches are worn out and you can’t sit on them due to the springs; One of the couches was covered in crumbs; Cups in bathroom were not washed at check in; Building vibrates in an unnerving way making me question its overall construction integrity; The third “bedroom” is a stuffy small chamber with a mattress on the floor; Inadequate instructions from agent about how to use washer, where to throw trash, gym and pool use conditions etc

Service is poor. No cleaners. Washing machine/ dryer didn't work at all. House keeping poor. One night stay would be good. But for 5 nights , one needs house keeping and cleaning, which is hardly available. Swimming pool is charged every time/ person visits there. They even charge if you keep your luggage for an hour after check out.

the photos advertised not the same as what we got. The flooring at the kitchen is sticky. Whereas toilet flooring is slippery and floor mat is not as clean as we would expected. Shower wall grow some mold, would be good if the host could do a thorough spring cleaning. Few wall sockets didnt work . other than location is convenient and carpark is extremely narrow. those with big cars / sedan / SUV / MPV might need to be extra careful.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2025Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren sehr gross und boten viel Platz – perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants bequem zu Fuss erreichen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen Service: Da wir einen späteren Flug hatten, durften wir ein wenig länger im Zimmer bleiben – sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Waschmaschine hat während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht funktioniert. Auch wurde das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt, und es standen nicht ausreichend Handtücher für die gesamte Dauer zur Verfügung. Trotzdem waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

لا يوجد عوازل في الشقة ازعاج صوت السيارات والدبابات البرج مليان روائح كريهة والمسبح الدخول بفلوس 20 رنقيت للسباحة للشخص و10 للشخص الجالس فقط في الكراسي التسليم كان متأخر لا يوجد لوبي فندقي مجرد تستأجر من اشخاص آسيويين لا توجد خدمات غرف للنظافة وغيره مع ملاحظة انك ستدفع رسوم خدمة للخدمات مسبقا خرجت من المكان قبل انتهاء مدة اقامتي لا يصلح للعوائل الخليجية ولن اكرر التجربة

Primero te dicen un precio en la app y al llegar al departamento te cobran el doble, al momento del check out la persona demoró en llegar y perdí mi vuelo. Se cortó la luz en un instante y no sale agua caliente además para usar la piscina te cobran aparte y salen fotos que tienen vista a las torres petronas lo cual no es así
