O apartamento é maravilhoso , bem espaçoso , os quartos tem um tamanho excelente . A casa é bem aquecida. Todas as informações são claras e fáceis de seguir . O apartamento fica próximo a um lago ( o que é muito bom pra quem está procurando pela aurora boreal).

Koti oli viihtyisä, siisti ja kivasti sisustettu. Sängyt olivat todella hyvät ja niissä olevat petivaatteet laadukkaat.

Mi estadía en rovaniemi fue excelente. La casa de tina es muy bonita, cómoda y acogedora. Todo estaba limpio y bien organizado, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy agradable. El ambiente era tranquilo, ideal para descansar, y me sentí muy a gusto durante todo el tiempo. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendaría y al que volvería encantado.

Todo! Es muy amplio, perfecto para familias, muy calentito, con suelo radiante en la zona de la ducha, que se agradece con el frío finlandés. Tiene de todo lo necesario, incluso trineos para jugar los niños en la nieve. La dueña súper atenta. Cerca de supermercados, zona tranquila para jugar, pasear…

Tina has thought about everything you could need. A perfect space for 1 or 2 families to stay. We had a car and in just over 10 minutes we were parked up at Santa's village. The photos don't do the place justice.

Tres días antes de nuestra estancia, Tiina me comentó que había obras en la calle y que no podríamos aparcar delante de la casa.Me ofreció si queríamos ir a Villa Naava, otra casa que tienen a 15 km de Rovaniemi. Aceptamos.Y fue una gran decisión, la casa, en medio del bosque, y junto a un precioso lago es simplemente perfecta. La casa es grande, acogedora, perfectamente equipada y decorada con un gusto exquisito, llena de cuidados detalles. Muy limpia. A destacar el porche delantero acristalado con vistas al lago, y el plus de la sauna. Ideal para quien busca paz y silencio. Gracias Tiina ,por tu amabilidad, y por ofrecernos esta alternativa, aunque en el otro apartamento estoy segura que habríamos tenido también una estancia perfecta. Sin duda un sitio para volver, la próxima vez en invierno a ver auroras boreales

The sauna was absolutely perfect, and the instructions were very clear on how to use. It was a wonderful addition in the cold weather. The host was very nice and checked in on us through the app often!

The busses do not run on the weekends so you definitely depend on a taxi or a car. I think that would’ve been nice to know.

I liked everything in general, the apartment was clean, near to the places we wanted and it was easier to connect to everywhere, the surrounding was cool and quite. Our children liked it and we were able to see northern lights on the first night just outside the apartment. Tiina was very helpful in answering any of my questions and for that I will recommend the place to my friends and some of my family members who are looking forward to visit Rovaniemi . Tiina, thank you for the good work you are doing, keep it up

The house exceeded expectations 100%. To start with the communication with the owner was quick and direct. The house is spectacular, much better than the photos. It has all kinds of details that make you feel at all times in your own home and it was super clean. Without a doubt I can say that it is the best apartment I have ever stayed in and I can only recommend it to everyone. The location is perfect because you are a 20 minute walk to the centre of Rovaniemi and being a bit far away the relaxation and silence is maximum. Thank you very much for everything, we will definitely come back.

Fantastic location, amazing house with large kitchen lots of space for the kids and very comfortable beds! And the sauna was fantastic too. Tiina was so helpful with guiding us how to make the most of our trip. Even telling us where to see the northern lights! Thank you

Absolutely everything, this home had everything we could have asked for and more. A home away from home, local to everything. Only minutes to santa village, Rovaniemi and all local shopping centres.

Nothing, stay here with your family if you're planning on visiting Santa.

The location is amazing. River is just across the road. It’s a cute house with all necessities. Owner, Tiina is a very nice lady. She allowed us to stay a bit more after the check-out time since our train was bit late. She even let us keep our luggage till evening.

The location of the property was great! Free parking space. The house is spacious and the host was amazing at communicating with us and provided us with all the info and maps even prior to arrival. She also left 2 sledges for us to use, tea coffee and chocolates 😊 Sauna was great after a day in the cold. Overall, we all loved being there!

The house is extremely confortable, well equipped and near the city (5 minutes driving), Santa Klaus park (10 minutes), sky station (3 minutes). If you don't have a car there is also a bus stop nearby and a gas station/ k- market. The neighborhood is calm. Tiina (the owner) is very friendly and receptive to your needs. I totally recommend this house.

Very clean and organized, very big townhouse. Everything I like here. The location the house itself, sauna.

The host Tinna was so friendly and welcoming. She picked us up upon arrival , brought us to the local super market and even gave us a lift home to the airport ! We would highly reccomend this stay to anyone . The house was very clean and felt like a home away from home. Its about a 30 min walk into the city centre, the walk itself is very lovely ! You get to walk over a bridge that looks amaing in winter !
