Great location and quirky property
Shared bathroom and no TV
Everything was good ,
Only thing had trouble with was parking
I like the location and that there were comfy chairs in the large room to sit and read. A lovely one night stay.

Everything was just right. Will be returning.
Very friendly welcome from the host and a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast in the morning was simple, but well catered for.
The rooms are next to each other, so heard a little noise from neighbouring room, but this did not disturb me. Otherwise, the location was very quiet.
The accomodation was spotlessly clean. The host was friendly and went out of her way to set up breakfast early.
Tricia is a wonderful and warm host. Her townhouse is beautifully presented and has many thoughtful touches, esp in the kitchen. The bed was so comfy. Location is A+ , I had a great time. Many Thanks
I needed more time……Margate is fabulous…..I will be back!
The host is incredibly warm and truly makes one feel at home. She takes care of the property by herself and you feel the personal attention right from the moment you arrive
Patricia was very pleasant, she was onsite for check in, and explained everything.
Very clean and well presented.
My own preference would be a slightly larger shower cubicle. The bathroom is large enough but the shower is a slim one. Not really suitable for various adult sizes.
Die freundliche landlady alles tipptopp sauber Einfaches frühstück zum selbst zubereiten
Die toilette 5 stufen ausserhalb tiefer ein tolles bad 1 etage höher
Lovely acommodation and perfect host
Nothing. All.perfect.
accueil - réfrigérateur dans cuisine partagée - proche centre ville - cadre typique - petit déjeuner pour dépanner
pas de ventilateur en cas de forte chaleur
True gem of a place. Would highly recommend
Everything. Location cleanliness. Hostess top marks
Great location and nice townhouse building.
The parking states free; however, the location is incredibly busy so you are lucky if you get a space. We did, but if we weren't as fortunate, I'm not sure what we would have done!
The room was cosy, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Tricia is an excellent host and even offered to store our luggage whilst we explored Margate pre-check in. The continental breakfast provided in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!
Nothing - everything was perfect. Could not recommend more.
Very clean
Good location near the town centre and short walk to the seafront. Staff friendly and very polite. Room very clean and comfortable
Limited free parking but car park nearby which is good value for money
La chambre, l’emplacement et notre hôte!
Perfect breakfast. Perfect location
Would really have preferred if the room was en suite
All good
Maybe some bottled water in the room would be a nice touch
Second time staying here. Love the room and the location is very handy. Tricia is a great host, friendly and knowledgeable. I have already booked to come back.
Not a problem for me but bathroom is upstairs, separate to the room. (There is a separate en suite room you can book.)
Good position, very pleasant and helpful owner. Nice and clean room.
Nothing really.
Good location
Needs better signage
Great host, felt very welcome. Breakfast was great as was the location. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
Room was a little warm but host did their best to keep it cool as possible in the lead up to the stay.
This B&B is spotless, central and well-appointed.Tricia is friendly and helpful. The ensuite room was good value and worked well. Tea and coffee and snacks available, there's a fridge in the breakfast area. All good.
Don't want to diss it!
For the price and location we were extremely happy and comfortable. The square that it's located in gives the place a nice open feel with a either street parking or a reasonably priced 24hr carpark just across the road. The experience exceeded all our expectations regarding cleanliness, design of room, comfort of bed, the lovely breakfast of fruit, cereals, bread, jam and juices and it is only three minutes walk into the old town which in our opinion is the nicest part. Luckily we had a sunny couple of days so we were able to enjoy Margate to it's fullest visiting the Turner Contemporary Exhibition which faces the seafront and enjoyed the quieter scenic restaurants and bars along the Harbour Arm.
Fantastic night sleep in a lovely, historic, Central, friendly, non-expensive hotel. Couldn’t ask for a better nights stay.
no improvement points
Patricia is a very warm host, and her house is beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay and really appreciated her kind hospitality in a very old & unique building which has been very tastefully modernized in keeping with its history. Thank you so much!! A++++
Very friendly and helpful owner.
Amazing nights sleep. Gorgeous bathroom very big. Tricia was so friendly and everything worked perfectly from a practical point of view. Can’t wait to return.
Nothing I didn’t like.
Location was very good. 2 min walk from the old town which is the nicest part of margate. The property was clean and modern. Host was friendly and knowledgeable. Cute breakfast laid out. Cereal toast jams.
The room was very small. Ensuite was more like a large wardrobe with a shower toilet and basin. Would benefit from a small TV in the room.
The lovely welcome which is always important and reassuring
Nothing
Very clean room, excellent location, and a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.
Great location, comfortable and full of character. Tricia was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you.
Very clean and comfortable
Bathroom upstairs
Great location, great host, very comfy room, added bonus of no television. This added even more to the relaxed atmosphere. Also nice simple but filling breakfast. Although I like a fry up, it made a refreshing change to have light breakfast, with local produce.

Excellent place to stay! The lady who ran the place was incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was the right blend of classic and modern, and was very well kept. The included breakfast was delicious and high quality. The parking was nice and convenient. My only regret was that I only spent two nights..!
extremely clean, great location, v comfortable room
Great redeveloped property and super clean.
Soooo noisy due to being on a major road junction with boy racers til midnight. And awake before 6am for same road noises. Sadly, a nosey host too asking if I had another person in my room at 8pm. No subtleties, in fact plain rude. I was a single traveller & the cctv over the door would have shown them if I had a guest (and a side point, surely I could have someone in my room for a coffee!). Advice. Not sure the host has personally stayed in a B&B themselves as illogically placed facilities such as no tea & coffee facilities directly in the room. And saying breakfast included should be more than toast and jam with clingfilm over one dish of yogurt. Was that to share, yuk.
amazing location right in the heart of Margate. Gorgeous large rooms in a quite part of town, perfect location for the night to explore Margate with plenty of on street parking available.
Would have preferred small baked goods to match the aesthetic of the homely place, however plenty of lovely brunch options nearby
Une Guest House très bien placée , proche de la vieille ville et du front de mer. J'ai été très bien accueuillie, l'intérieur est très propre et le petit-déjeuner est composé de bons produits. J'ai passé un agréable moment et recommande cet endroit.
The owner was friendly and there was a good breakfast. Could have had a few more options but it was lovely
Couldn’t swing a cat in the room super small and compact.
Clean , good location
No TV Street car parking could pose an issue but we were fine
gorgeous old house, room was big and everything was as described. property was immaculately clean, and sharing a bathroom with the host was not a problem at all. location was ideal! and host was super friendly and accommodating.
unfortunately my first of two nights was extremely disrupted by an inconsiderate guest. the two guest rooms are side by side and it’s an old house so naturally noise travels which can’t be helped (i have to add night 2 with a different guest was absolutely fine! night 1 was definitely an exception) the host did everything she could to control the guest which was much appreciated, and i fully understand it’s pretty out of her hands what guests are going to be like! i would have appreciated a gesture eg money off bill or return stay to make up for the disruption as it was quite significant
Room was very quiet!
Patricia greeted us with a warm welcome and was informative of good places to eat
We were fortunate to stay in two rooms. The first smaller room was really comfy, but if I had to be picky, I’d say that the wardrobe hangers were so high, that I couldn’t use them, and wasn’t much space to place vanity items etc.. the front room Was perfect..
Trinity Square is a lovely house and my room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in an excellent location - just a few minutes from the sea but also close to a bus stop to do the coastal loop!
Peaceful, clean and cosy double room with ensuite shower room. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless! Breakfast room was lovely, with tea and coffee available through out my stay. Very kind and friendly owner. Would highly recommend.

Location, cleanliness, coffee in the morning
Sliding door on toilet, rough towels
An ideal place to stay in the historic centre of Margate. A short walk from pubs, restaurants, galleries and shops. An ideal place for birding the sea-watch points at Foreness Point and North Foreland. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The hostess was very helpful and charming. Breakast was served in a kitchenette next to my room, where I was able to sit and eat at the breafast bar with my laptop linked to the free wifi.
Being in an old town centre parking is tricky. If you're lucky enough to find a free space in the street outside that's great but I had to use the public Trinity Square car park just over the road, which was £8.50 per day. My room wasn't ensuite so the loo was either down a few steps or on the floor above, where there was a well-equipped bathroom/shower room.
Great property close to the old town. Super accommodating when I arrived into Margate early and let me get into my room. Lovely stay in Margate for a great price, would totally recommend staying here
We had a wonderful stay. Compact room with smart, super clean facilities and really close to the old town. Lovely host. Tasty breakfast. Brilliant value. We'll be back! Thank you.
War englisch, einfach
This is a finely restored old townhouse on a square right next to the old town area and all the stuff people come to see in Margate. My host was there on my arrival and let me into the room early - great! The room itself was lovely - immaculate really. I also appreciated the small kitchen next door with its selection of teas and coffees. Breakfast was help yourself - which I prefer - cereals, toast, jams, etc.
This is a house not a hotel, so the walls are quite thin and the varnished floorboards in the hallway carry sound. As I get up early anyway it was no problem for me, but some might be woken earlier than they would choose by the sound of departing guests.
Met by the really friendly owner who welcomed me warmly. Tea and coffee always available in the dining area next to the bedrooms. Biscuits provided in the room. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent self service breakfast provided-porridge, juice, yoghurt, toast, jams, fruit and beverages.
Host was fantastic and location was easy access to all areas
Possibly tv in room if I was staying longer. But didn’t have a bearing on my experience
Beautiful property in a lovely location. Everything we wanted to do was within a short walking distance, beach, art galleries, shops, cafes. Lovely host, very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very close to the centre, lovely host and nice breakfast
Thin walls
Lovely friendly and helpful owner, everything super clean and convenient, well located, excellent value for money
Our host was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was also great
The shower pressure was a bit lackluster, but otherwise no faults
Clean, good facilities excellent array of breakfast items. Would recommend as a place to stay in Margate
Parking depends on time of arrival and access of free available off street spaces, however Trinity Square has some free spaces access depending, there is also a car park just yards from the property with free parking available from 10 pm to 7am daily. Also, free parking spaces up the road.
I stayed here with my mum for her birthday and we loved everything about this place. It was an easy location from which to explore Margate. The light breakfast was lovely and everything was clean. Patricia was a great host.
The road was a little noisy early in the morning, although simple ear plugs would have helped with that.
The properties location was perfect, in a beautiful artsy corner and a stones throw from the beach and some beautiful restaurants and eateries, plus convenience stores like Aldi and Morrisons. The property itself was stunning! From the hosts interior taste to the period features and real hard wood floor, gorgeous historical property. The how’s attention to detail is exceptional, breakfast was simple but so fancy with little jars, labels and good variety.
Nothing to dislike, everything was mama lately cleaning, high end very comfortable bedding and furnishing.
The apartment was very comfortable and all that I needed. Conveniently located, good communication and breakfast items provided. I only stayed one night but would definitely recommend.
Lovely location and a lovely room
Nothing.
The location was amazing. The lady of the house was lovely as was the house.
nothing to dislike
The location was excellent, and Tricia was very welcoming and friendly. The bedroom and breakfast room were nicely appointed with everything I needed.
Wonderful weekend in Margate, Trinity Square is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything I wanted, very comfortable, very clean, very central. Thanks
Clean modern. Great host.
Beautiful period property close to the old town. The room had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Bonus was the help yourself breakfast. Simple but healthy and delicious. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing
Great location, friendly host, comfortable bed and very clean room and facilities. This place worked really well for my short stay in Margate. It's an old house restored to a high standard with charming features. I'd stay here again.
Unrivalled location - on the border between Old Town and Cliftonville and right near the beach. Tricia, the host, was very knowledgeable and helpful and makes sure you can access her by phone whenever she goes out. The B&B is furnished to a very, very high standard - the bathroom has a shower and a bath - and it is excellent value for money. Most hotel rooms in the area are more expensive and do not meet the same standard.
Lovely Welcome Comfortable, contemporary accommodation Delicious nourishing breakfast option included Great coffee available In the Heart of Margate’s Old Town to start Our Adventure
Absolutely Nothing at all; just wished we could have stayed longer on this visit!!
Lovely room in Margate, good breakfast, helpful host
Location, breakfast provided
No TV in room
Geat location to visit the centre of Margate. Small B and B so you get personal service.
Lovely room no Tele but that's a good thing.
Nothing to dislike
Very well located, clean and comfortable. My room had everything I needed and an extremely comfortable bed. Tricia was a wonderful host and gave great suggestions for things to do in the area
It was a bit noisy at times from the other guests
Characterful and clean
Location is a short walk uphill from the old town centre of Margate and the main bay, with opportunities to park for free in the street nearby. Patricia was home to greet us and friendly. The room was comfortable, with a decent shower. Toast, cereal and fruit were offered for breakfast.
Host very nice, even went out of her way to let me know I accidentally forgot a sock in the room. Easy location. Host also kind about accommodating an early breakfast.
Great accommodation, friendly owner
We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. Tricia greeted us when we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and everything looked new. Tricia had provided everything that we needed. The room was warm with a spare radiator if we needed it (it was -2 outside and we didn't need it). I would 100% stay here again.
Nothing
Mrs Patricia Blake was a delightful host and very welcoming. The room was clean and well appointed and I loved the house which was full of character. I used the bathroom which was separate to my room. It was very clean and well appointed.
The bathroom up two sets of stairs, proved to be a difficulty. I had to dress each time that I needed to go to the bathroom throughout the night (which was twice at least).
Great location, lovely room very clean and comfortable, really nice breakfast room with a great selection of drinks and food ,
Patricia is kind and friendly makes you feel at home. Very clean, comfortable bed and good continental breakfast. It's very close to the old town and the bus stop.
Nothing all was fine
Perfect location, beautifully renovated property, immaculate room and facilities, lovely coffee and breakfast bar, warm & accommodating host.
The location was great and the room was cozy, warm and comfortable. It's really convenient for one-night stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
